• Roman (10/5): Комфорт и отличный вид в центре Стамбула - Отель великолепно расположен. Район тихий, нет никаких толп туристов под окнами. Балкон и окно люкса смотрят на Босфор. В номере кровать с отличным матрасом. Есть батарея отопления и кондиционер, что гарантирует комфортную температуру при любой погоде. Номера, в целом, очень комфортные, есть всё что нужно, включая чайник. Хороший душ с нормальным напором воды. Отличный завтрак на крыше с разнообразием блюд. Есть открытая площадка и застекленный ресторан с потрясающим видом на Айя София, Голубую мечеть и Босфор. На завтраке есть и горячая еда, и фрукты, и множество десертов. Персонал превосходный и работает, как часы. Все очень внимательны и доброжелательны. Спасибо отдельное менеджерам отеля Нурси и Айдыну. Обязательно сюда вернемся. Немного слабоватая звукоизоляция, но шумные соседи - это гости, отель тут ни при чем. Просто просили быть потише и вопрос решался.

• Zulejha (10/5): Wir waren mit unserem kurzen Urlaub sehr zufrieden. - Probleme wurden unkompliziert gelöst, wir wurden sehr freundlich behandelt, die Angestellten waren sehr angenehm witzig und nicht aufdringlich, die Aussicht aus der Terasse war 1A, das Essen war lecker und sie sind auf unsere Bedürfnisse stets eingegangen. Die Wände zwischen den Räumen waren etwas dünn.

The hotel is located in the old town of Istanbul within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cisterns, and the Grand Bazaar. The staff is amazing. They were extremely hospitable and went out of their way to make our stay special. The hotel arranged tour guides for us that were very knowledgeable and entertaining. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The maid even left us a very cool artistic display our last day there. The rooftop restaurant has fantastic food and unbeatable views of the Sea of Marmara and the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia lit up at night. The waitstaff is incredible. I wanted to include a video of our very charming waiter doing the presentation of the testi kebab which is really quite something to experience, but apparently trip advisor won’t allow that. I highly recommend this place. Everything about it was perfect

• Tracy (7/5): On the noisy side but the location and breakfast are wonderful. - The staff is very nice and the restaurant is very good with a nice view. Breakfast was very nice. The location can't be beat. It's very walkable to everything you would want to do - even walkable to the Galata bridge. We had a King Corner Suite which had a nice view of the Sea of Marmar. However, there is a large pillar in the middle of the room which makes the room choppy and not really functional as you would expect. There was also construction on the room next door to us our first day which didn't allow us to rest comfortably after our long day of travel. I would still recommend this room, which is on floor 3 as compared to the floor 2 rooms where we have stayed prior and are much noisier as they sit above some sort of shop that opens at 6am and makes a lot of noise. The walls overall seem to be on the thin side. Also, we were there in April and there is no air conditioning despite what the booking.com listed. At least in this room. We were told the unit on the wall was for heat only. So they brought us a fan and we were able to open the windows a bit (though it can be noisy trying to sleep with the windows open). So keep in mind there is no AC unit in this room.

View from the roof top terrace and staff at the restaurant (not the owner/manager) were great. WiFi not stable in our room Owners son??spent 2 nights next to us and first night partied with friends until about 4 am. Even after knocking and requesting quiet he continued. Second night was talking on a cellphone and bumping things around in his room from around 12 to about 3- slamming the door in and out?? Make sure he is not saying there when you book.

Решили в этот раз добавить немного аутентичности в место проживания))) Расположение идеальное - рядом все возможные транспортные локации (метро, трамвай), кафе/рестораны. Цены в данном районе немного выше, чем в Бейоглу и меньше европейской атмосферы, но, сервис везде на уровне. За свою цену отель хороший, персонал вежливый, чисто, уютно, завтрак приемлемый. Переночевать и позавтракать комфортно. Помощь персонала нам не требовалась, но, видели, как сотрудники помогали постояльцам вызвать такси, объясняли, как пройти и т.п. Номера маленькие, но, в старом городе все отельчики камерные. Единственное, если будете зимой и с массой верхней одежды + чемоданы, возможно, лучше посмотреть отели "через мост"))

Die Fotos sind viel besser als alles wirklich aussieht. Enttäuscht. Das Frühstück ist sehr mangelhaft, schlechtes Kaffee, schlechtes Service, die Sauberkeit ist auch schlecht. Wenig Speisenauswahl. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Чистый номер, он не большой, но очень уютный, удобный матрас, белоснежная постель, доброжелательный и всегда готовый помочь персонал. У нас был номер с террасой, откуда открывался шикарный вид на город и мраморное море. После Истикляль мы выспались, было тихо по ночам. Понравилось всё!

• MOHAMED (10/5): Incredible experience with this hotel, would stay here again in a heartbeat - This hotel beyond exceeds expectations. The location of this hotel just literally cannot be beat. You are in the center of the old city, where 90% of the historic aspects of Istanbul are. You can see such a beautiful and breathtaking 360 view from the rooftop restaurant where Hagia Sophia and blue mosque look to be so close. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, no exaggeration. We literally were barely able to eat additional local food while we were there because every morning we would stuff our faces with such a wide and diverse array of food. There are so many local restaurants and stores nearby as well. At night (around midnight usually) we would walk about 2 minutes and reach a number of great restaurants. We had so many cats to pet in the local area (the whole city is full of cats) and the area felt ridiculously safe even at 3am we felt very safe walking around the area and even then many people could be seen on the streets (even older couples up until a little after midnight). We were treated like royalty here and I will recommend this place without a question to every single person traveling to Istanbul. Nothing. Wish I could’ve stayed longer. No negative findings whatsoever.

• Rene (10/5): Super Lage, Freundliches und nettes Personal, sehr empfehlenswert! - Die Lage kann nicht besser sein. Das Hotel liegt genau zwischen Hagia Sophia und Blauer Moschee. Vom Restaurant schaut man direkt auf den Bosporus. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können nur Gutes berichten. Uns hat eigentlich alles gut gefallen. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.
• Balog (10/5): Kiváló elhelyezkedés, nagyon jó reggeli - Minden nevezetesség pár perc sétával elérhető a történelmi óvárosban. Az erkély a Boszporuszra néz, az étterem körpanorámás, a Kék mecset és a Hagia Szophia nappali és esti pompájában gyönyörködhettünk. A szobák rendkívül tiszták, a reggeli kiváló, a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész.

• Cassandra (10/5): Highly recommend and would stay again - We booked for location and the rooftop breakfast view, and everything was even better than we hoped. Location was great for walking to top tourist sites. The entire hotel team was friendly and helpful - from the desk team whose straightforward information saved us money at local site, to the courteous young man at the door, to the delightful cleaning lady that hugged me goodbye. Breakfast had wide variety of tasty food choices but even better were the views from the restaurant and rooftop deck. It was quiet, warm, and beautiful inside on cold winter days and nights. Room and bathroom were comfortable, cozy, standard European style We liked everything about the property. We booked transport through the hotel due to a midnight arrival. Transport was an on-time, large luxury vehicle. The negatives were it cost 20 euros more than transport through booking.com and smelled very strongly of cigarettes.
• carronk (6/5): Nothing palatial about this 'palace' - This is a nice basic hotel, it is not a 5* hotel! I booked a superior sea view room - we looked at a near derelict building. We were on the 4th floor, the breakfast/restaurant was on the 5th, all we could hear were chairs scraping on the tiles & music from above. The room had a fridge with a glass frontage & an internal light, which was permanently on, which we had to cover with a coat every night to be able to sleep. Nothing luxurious about the room/hotel at all - clean & basic. The staff were extremely friendly, especially the maids. We had higher expectations given the price we paid for a week.
• Carron (6/5): Not the palace experience expected - The staff were all lovely, so helpful & smiling. The location is great. Bed & pillows were comfortable The view definitely was not a sea view! The bright fridge in the room. The small bathroom with no shelves. Room just wasn't luxurious at all!

• Nabil (10/5): Excellent stay. I would gladly recommend this hotel to friends and relatives. - The location is walking distance to a lot of tourist spots and shops. A very clean facility. The hallway, the room and the dining area.
• G C Spencer (9/5): Lovely, friendly, helpful staff, comfy room with stunning roof terrace - The roof terrace was amazing - seeing the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia lit up and so close was unfortgetable!

• Gomez De Marco (10/5): Capadocia in Hira Cave Hotel! - We had a wonderful stay at Hiran Cave Hotel in Cappadocia. Everything was truly amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. What we enjoyed the most was Fatima’s and Afifa’s breakfast. She is incredibly kind, and the food she prepares is absolutely delicious. Her hospitality made our mornings especially memorable. We would highly recommend Hiran Cave Hotel and would love to come back in the fut
