Own kitchen where you can prepare breakfast and other meals you want. We were able to be together, a group of four. In the hotel there would have been separate rooms and it would have been harder to keep in touch. The internet worked. Asunto on vanha ja sen mukainen tuoksu, kuten Lontoossa usein. Samoin portaita paljon ja jyrkät, kapeat kulkea -mikä tyypillistä Lontoossa. Petivaatteet voisi pestä/vaihtaa. The apartment is old and smells like it, as is often the case in London. Also, there are a lot of stairs and steep, narrow passages - which is typical in London. The bed linen could be washed/changed.

• Mélissa (5/5): L’appartement en soit est très bien localisé pour le prix. Il est assez petit mais suffit pour y dormir. Un petit coût d - L’établissement est un bon rapport qualité prix. Il se situe à proximité de la gare et d’autres commerces, ce qui est très agréable. L’appartement n’est pas du tout isolé. La nuit est alors très bruyante avec la rue. Nous avons également eu des voisins bruyants, ce qui n’a pas aidé. De plus, l’appartement n’était pas propre et il n’y avait pas l’équipement nécessaire pour 5 personnes.

• Taiwo (10/5): We love the apartment. - The apartment was neat and tidy. It was also quiet and peaceful. I didn’t expect such beautiful settings. It was a very short distance from the King’s Cross train station and there were lots of shops to buy what we needed during our stay. My kids were amazed and wanted us to stay longer😃. In summary, We love the apartment. I would have love to put up the video of the apartment but my family is in it which I prefer to keep private. The flight of stairs however it was no big deal because that’s the only access to the apartment and my kids enjoyed climbing it.

• Julia (3/5): - Lo único que tiene de bueno el sitio es la localización bien comunicada. El apartamento es mucho más pequeño de lo que aparece en las fotos, las habitaciones no tienen absolutamente nada que ver con las que aparecen. El apartamento es ruidoso hasta el punto de que tuvimos que dormir con tapones. La ventana de una de las habitaciones da directamente al cartel luminoso rojo de un Kebab, y no hay persianas ni una cortina gorda, con lo cual tienes la luz roja casi directamente en la cara. La cocina no tiene agua potable.

They should really improve that aspect, there is mold in the bathroom in many parts which makes it very unattractive. But as I said the location was excellent.

• steven (2/5): basic - Location checked in late evening, the entrance is nothing special, but the apartment itself was basic. The dirty bed sheet (including body hair?) was a real put off so I didn’t stay just booked somewhere different.
• Eric (7/5): It does the job as a simple place to stay overnight in London. - This is, by London standards, budget accommodation. It's clean, secure and everything works. It's fine as a basic place to stay. This was my second visit and I'd use it again. The location close to Kings Cross is excellent for my needs. The pillows on the bed need replacing. They are lumpy.

Sto ingen steder at det var lange, bratte trapper (vi fikk rom i 3.etasje). Fryktelig upraktisk med barnevogn. Vonde senger, sovesofa helt forferdelig. Skittent i leiligheten med støv og skitt rundt omkring, luktet mugg, og var mugg på badet. Dårlig inneklima med tung luft. Skittent kjøkkenutstyr. Fikk plutselig vannlekkasje nest siste dag, hvor det dryppet vann inn fra taket. Vert fikset dette dagen etterpå, men ingen spørsmål om refusjon eller flytting av leilighet. Dårlig WiFi, og mye frem og tilbake om hvilken vi skulle bruke. Var også dårlig dekning i leiligheten for mobildata.

• Darius (4/5): Decent location but bad conditions - The mattress was comfy and location was central. Internet had good speed. The tv didn't work, the ventilation from bathroom didn't work, room was dirty, the pics are misleading. There is no such thing as coffee maker. There is nothing else in kitchen except dishes and plates, not even basic stuff like cooking oil or napkins. We bought kitchen towels and salt and pepper and left for next ones. One window can't be shut completely and there is an insane noise coming from street. You can literally hear anything making so hard to sleep.

• Samantha (2/5): Wouldn’t advise at all. - Crisps on the bedding when I arrived. Bathroom smelled strongly of drains. Woken at midnight by heavy footsteps, heavy breathing and the sound of somebody running with carrier bags for 20 minutes. As a single woman, I was genuinely terrified. I never got a reply to the message I sent asking if there were cameras and what was going on.

Apartamento muy ruidoso debido a ventiladores en el patio , a la caldera en el dormitorio y por el temblor del edificio por el metro/ trenes. Escaso menaje. Apartamento con necesidad de una mano de pintura. Colchones muy usados. Suciedad en paredes, utensilios de cocina, horno, ropa de cama.... Escaleras muy empinadas y pequeñas para subir al tercer piso que es donde estaba el apartamento número 5.
• Roxana (7/5): I liked it - It was all right for the money, but it can be improved. The host was very communicative, but the wifi didn’t work and the apartment could have been cleaner. Overall it was good value for the money.
• Alessandro (6/5): Soluzione economica basica ma funzionale vicinissima alla metropolitana - La posizione a 3 minuti da King's Cross e St Pancras consente di accedere rapidamente a molte linee della metropolitana, oltre che alla stazione dei treni (dove per es. arriva il treno per Luton Airport) Il prezzo molto competitivo. La presenza di una cucina e di una lavatrice (che però non ho usato, quindi non so come performino) La pulizia è discutibile (pareti del bagno, utensili della cucina, asciugamani, divano) Non ci sono armadi utilizzabili per riporre indumenti: in camera un armadio è occupato dalla caldaia (a me non dava fastidio il rumore di notte, ma comunque non è bellissimo averla a fianco al letto), l'altro è scomodo da raggiungere, c'è davanti un attaccapanni con varie grucce che dovrebbe compensare l'assenza di armadi. Wifi e canali tv funzionavano a tratti.

• Duncan (4/5): Manger helpful. You pay for what you get. - Location next to St Pancreas for our Eurostar connection. We contacted the manger as the address seemed to wrong (budget rooms as opposed to prime stay) who replied immediately and checked on us once in. We were let in early which was nice even though we informed the manager of our arrival time. The wi-fi password did not work and was resolved. There were two flights of stairs to reach the apartment. I am not a youngster and would have needed this information beforehand. Fortunately, I have two young sons that were able to get our luggage up the stairs albeit with some difficulty. Although the location was handy next time I will book better rooms and take a taxi to the station. The TV did not work and was not resolved.

The staircase was incredibly narrow and steep which made it very tough to get to the 3rd floor with luggage. • Carlos (8/5): Si quieres algo cómodo y bien comunicado, es ideal. - Ubicación perfecta, con todos los transportes necesarios y supermercado debajo. El olor a kebab. No hay microondas. No hay enchufes en el WC
• sugen (7/5): Great location and transport mode, budget friendly. - The Apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the King's Cross Station and 2-3 minutes walk to the bus stops. Many restaurants, convenient stores in the block itself and nearby streets. Over all, it is above average. The noises from the shops downstairs until 2-3 am daily kept us awake - the thudding sound from the upper floor residents and constant police patrolling with sirens in the roads until wee hours. Only a small fan for a room, it was very warm during the daylight and at night also.
• David (3/5): - Only the location Finding the place difficult, no street number was given. Access difficult Place was not clean especially the bathroom/shower. Not particularly good value

• Alicja (7/5): Close to Kings Cross - Good location, only a walking distancr to Kings Cross station. Clean apartment Be aware some flats are on the 3rd floor with tiny staircase, we really struggled with out suitcases. Area a bit dodgy, didn't feel safe in the evening, but I guess it is nothing to do with the apartment , just another thing to be aware of. Horrible smell odour from the bathroom upon arrival, and we could not get rid of it.
• Haroldo (8/5): Londres com Glamour - Localização fenomenal. Pertinho da estação de metrô King Cross e de muitos bares e restaurantes. Subir escadas até o segundo andar com muita bagagem e uma criança foi o único ponto negativo.

• carl (7/5): Good stay overall and value for money for the location, would stay again but only as a couple and not as a family. - Great location. Easy check in. Excellent communication. Apartment could do with a good coat of paint, lots of scuffs on walls making it look a bit grubby in all honesty. The pull out double bed sofa was extremely uncomfortable.

• Rosario (1/5): Terribile - Niente. Siamo scappati dopo una notte. Le foto non corrispondevano affatto a quanto abbiamo trovato. Muri luridi, piatto doccia rotto e arrugginito, rischioso fare una doccia. Rumori molesti per tutta la notte dalle condutture, dovuti a chissà quale animale.

• Marine (5/5): Logement qui mérite un bon rafraîchissement et plus de soin - La proximité avec la gare, le nombre suffisant de couchage, l'arrivée en autonomie et la rapidité de réponse de l'interlocuteur Je ne laisse pas souvent de commentaires négatifs mais cette fois, le logement était réellement décevant. Il était sale à notre arrivée (croque monsieur dans le four, traces de saletés), il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude donc ce fut très compliqué de laver des enfants en bas âge. La porte de douche se dégonde facilement donc très dangereux !! Logement dans son jus qui mérite une rénovation et plus de soin dans le ménage. Nous avions pourtant choisi le logement pour son côté pratique avec de jeunes enfants. Dommage !
• Kerangoarec (6/5): Très bon emplacement - La localisation est idéal pour un prix raisonnable Horaires d’arrivée et départ souples et autonome En dehors des traces d’usures, la propreté pourrait être mieux. Poussière, traces de coulures dans la salle de bain, le frigo était sale…. Il faisait chaud et les ventilateurs n’étaient pas efficaces ni fonctionnels pour certains.
• Susan (3/5): - Location was great. The details of where on Pentonville Road were not given until the day of arrival. These came via message from "Budget Apartments." The entrance was a grubby door, leading to 3 flights of narrow stairs. Automatic lights were delayed so made entrance dark and scary for me and my 3 grandchildren. The 5 or 6 Apartments are above a takeaway. Photos gave an impression of "PRIME" it certainly was NOT.

• Katja (1/5): Wouldn’t recommend at all- needs a refurb - It’s central but so loud - no double glazing It’s old & rundown Wasn’t that clean: (pubic) hair on the ‘freshly made’ bed Bad to no WiFi connection in flat 4 Flat too small for a family of 5 No storage facilities Table sits 2 pax, could never seat 5 people Didn’t want to stay in the flat for our stay - left after 2 hrs . To small, cramped and stuffy
• Beat (5/5): Passable - Very noisy, lots of traffic at night. Hot in the rooms, no air condition in one room.

• Steven (2/5): Gals when we left. Shocked at the booking.com rating. - Not a lot Very unsavoury location in amongst homeless and filthy part of the street. We were on the 3rd level - a fire trap as no fire escape - it exit was down the 3 flights of stairs. If fire on 1st or second level - no way out.
• Anna (8/5): Very good - Very responsive and nice exchanges with the flat manager who provided us with adapter and there was instant coffee available in the flat
• Ranjani (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect for a full day out and going back to just sleep. The supermarket downstairs was easy to grab some essentials. We didnt cook or used any of thefacilities. Little hard to find for a first timer like me. We can hear the sound of people outside when the windows are open. I heard the police sirens atleast 7 times on my first night!
