A big thank you to Neha, Govind, Sona, Wasim, Kankana, and Sanmuga; you all were consistently polite, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. Itās the people that make a place special, and you all definitely did that for me. A very special mention to Kashiram; honestly the sweetest person ever! He used to serve us at our breakfast table with such a genuine, sweet smile. And every time we ordered something, his soft and polite āSure maāamā in that sweet tone just made our mornings better. Itās such small gestures, but they leave such a big impact. šø A special mention as well to Anil Reddy, the concierge, who was extremely helpful and made sure our stay was smooth throughout. The location is good and conveniently close to the offices located in Ecoworld. It should be a 15 to 30 minute drive to that office space depending on the in famous Bangalore traffic, but one also has the option to walk. special callout to chef Dharmendra and his team who made a special effort every day during breakfast to give special dishes and had a great interaction.

One morning, I had a slight cold and sore throat when I went to breakfast, and Chef Aayush noticed that I was struggling with a throat issue, so he made a special drink with various spices, which gave immediate relief. I really enjoy the breakfast as there are always Chef specials for the day, and the quality is good. The cleaning staff are very artistic and create welcome messages using simple things like flower petals and leaves to make the guest feel special when they return to their rooms. I personally prefer staying here during my trips and looking forward to the next one.

I would like to name some of them like Anil kumar (the concierge), Dharmendra, Jyotshna, Sneha, Yarusha and many more. The room was very clean and I had a special attention every day thanks to Homna. The hotel is located near by Ecospace IT tech park so it was really quick to reach the company. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to spend time on the swimming pool or spa, maybe next time.

The room smells damp and the pipes were very smelly at night, I woke up because of the bad smell one night. The hotel rooms could use a little update. Theyāre not bad but itās not 5 stars. This was my second stay here as itās near the Bangalore office but I would have preferred a more modern hotel.

However the staff make this beyond a regular business hotel- they look after their guests and make sure they have everything they need. Anil Reddy at the concierge was excellent - helped me with my misplaced bag from the airline, recovered jewellery that I had left behind and in general made sure I was well looked after.

During this long stay, I had the misfortune of falling ill for a few days and the chef and the hospitality team (Mohi comes to mind) made sure that the meals served were as light as possible. The rooms are ok in size if you are coming in from continental Europe and a tad small for folks coming in from the US. One other thing, the BG's grill on 1st floor is exceptional with its choice of burgers and pizzas.

Mosquito and tigerfly everywhere, so dengue and malaria are greeting you. Instead of servicing. Staff is standing around, instead of supporting. I asked for service at 22Ā³ā°, requested water, and found a letter " to not patronise the team"... after 11 years India, I was shocked of that treat. So be careful if you ask for roomservice, they start bullying you.

- 430sims (2/5): Horrible hotel . - The rooms stink bad..we got a room on 6th floor , it was stinking like a public toilet . we had to change rooms 3 times in 5 nights. Other than that, we had dinner twice at the restraunt kahwa....firstly the service is too slow. Secondly, we had ordered simple fresh lime soda and to our surprise , the waitress tasted it 3 to 4 times before serving it to us to check the taste....I could see her from a distance doing this and we refused our drinks after watching her taste it before giving us. Even after we complained about it , they only waved off the drinks bill and had the audacity to charge for the dinner. It was a horrible horrible experience staying at Fairfield by Marriott. It was our first time to bangalore and we regret booking this hotel.
