Das Zimmer kostet noch zusätzli - Das einzigst Gute an der Unterkunft war die Lage da man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Für Fotos ist es natürlich schön über den Dächern von Rom zu sein. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein das Bad ist muffig und es ist als ob man erstickt wir mussten mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt bei dem Preis schon echt unverschämt!

Very comfortable and in a perfect position. Lots of cafes and restaurants very close by all major sites easily walkable yet very quiet. The terrace is perfect for a sunset drink before diner. • Nicola (8/5): Would definitely return to this property! - The property is in an amazing location, on the 4th floor with lovely views - thank goodness for the lift! Minutes walk to Piazza Navona, then easy walking distance to lots of Rome’s great sights. The owner Vincenzo, was super helpful and booked us a cabs to and from the airport to the property. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was lovely and plenty of hot water. Good amount of wardrobe space and draws (we stayed a week). Tea and coffee in the rooms. I traveled with my mum and two adult children. Two of our party would have liked to have had breakfast included - not me, I don’t eat it. My mum wanted somewhere to sit and relax other than her room, like a hotel would have - this is a guesthouse so it doesn’t have that but I didn’t miss it.

• Glen (6/5): Perfect location & host but the room was small without a view - Location was perfect could not have been more central but very quiet at the same time. Felt very safe & could access everywhere with a short walk which is exactly what we wanted The room was much smaller than expected. I felt a little mislead as the main pictures on the site were of the room with balcony & view. The view was of roof tops only & could hardly move in the room. It awas comfortable if staying a couple of night only. Any longer & I would have booked somewhere else.

• Jakob (8/5): Fantastisk beliggenhed og smuk udsigt over hele Rom - Fantastisk udsigt fra altanen og super beliggenhed i hjertet af Rom - tæt på mange super dejlige restauranter. Vi spiste i nabolaget hver aften. Der var daglig rengøring på værelset og super godt kommunikation med værten. Desværre lugtede kloaken fra badeværelset rigtig meget, så vi måtte have udluftning kørende hele dagen og døren til toilettet lukket konstant. Sikkerheden på altanen kunne optimeres med nye møbler som ikke er tremmemøbler, og evt en lille kant på altanen. Vi var meget nervøse for at sidde derude og nervøse for at tabe noget derude. Men ellers ingen anmærkninger.

Soulless entrance with NO helpful notices. Dodgy keycode locks that failed to work properly. No welcome info sheets with advice on facilities. Heating only working in the bathroom & hall, not in bedroom. No extra blanket (temp just 6deg). Very limited storage for clothing. Fridge in bedroom that woke us regularly during the night. Very small shower. I am only 72kg and couldn't turn around in the shower. As it was very cold, we wore socks on our feet, and they got quite dirty from the floor. Likewise, we thought the drawers were grubby. Coffee machine was broken and kettle was faulty.

The host was always very helpful, responded quickly, and was there whenever I had questions or needed anything. Super accommodating without ever feeling over the top. The apartment itself is very comfortable — the bed is cozy, everything is clean and well organized, and the space just feels welcoming. One of the highlights is definitely the beautiful view, which made the stay even more special. It’s also very centrally located, which made getting around really easy. He was also very helpful when I had a small issue with the elevator and needed assistance — he quickly arranged for technicians and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall, a great experience with very good service. I would happily stay here again.

• Oleksii (10/5): My thoughts about traveling to Rome - I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was small but very cozy, located right in the very center of Rome. One of my favorite moments was drinking coffee at 6 a.m. on the little balcony while looking at the neighboring rooftops — the emotions were simply unforgettable. The bed was large with a very comfortable mattress — your back will definitely thank you! The location is extremely convenient: you can easily walk to many historic landmarks such as the Vatican, the Colosseum, or Piazza del Popolo. I also loved the atmosphere of old Rome with its narrow streets that make you feel the true spirit of the city. The hotel staff were very friendly and always ready to help with any questions, whether it was arranging a transfer or storing luggage. Most importantly, I would definitely love to come back here again on my next visit to Rome. The 'pasta alla carbonara' at the restorante near our location wasn't 'al dente', unfortunately.

The view was the highlight of this trip, every sunset we sat having drinks getting ready for our night on the balcony. I will recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Rome. Location is so near and in walking to everything you could think of, but still down a peaceful lane that you feel away from all busy city.

• Christopher (1/5): BLACK MOULD IN THE ROOM - BEWARE - Location Leaving early and moving to another hotel. This room had a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom. We contacted the host, who then arrived at the property and gaslit us saying that there wasn't a smell. Upon further inspection, there was black mould in the bathroom that was discovered on our second night. We ended up leaving the following morning as this is a severe health risk to anyone subject to these conditions. This room is unlocked with an old key that was very difficult to effectively lock and unlock the door. When a key is not in this door, you can see directly through and into the room, enough to fit a pen through the hole. Additionally, the accommodation was listed to misguide people into thinking it is a hotel. It is NOT a hotel, it is a group of rooms run by an individual in a building, it is effectively an AirBNB set up, one that we did not discover until 2 days before when check-in information was sent to us. Allegedly, the room was 'cleaned' everyday, even though this did not happen, with changes of towels and linen happening every 3 days and 7 days respectively. This is not in-line with what a hotel provides. This is a tourist trap. Had we known any of this prior to booking, we would not have done so. Owner has also refused to refund our money, he offered to move us to another room. Why would we want to stay in another room of someone who runs accommodation that has black mould?! This is an opportunity to hopefully have others not have the same experience we had.

Getting to the property was fairly simple, which I was worried about coming from Florence, but the bus was very easy I recommend using the Apple Maps app so you can see the route and get off at the proper bus stop! Our bed was done everyday, and he even accommodated us and let us check in early! The area was also perfect, 5 minutes from Piazza Navona. Hotel staff were very kind to us and were very responsive, and I will be staying here again! Thank you!

• Łucja (8/5): Dobre miejsce na weekend - Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra. Wybraliśmy hotel ze względu na bliskość piazza Navona, na którym jest Jarmark świąteczny. Plus. Bardzo blisko Watykanu (spacerem 15 min. drogi) Obiekt czysty i dobrze utrzymany. Na miejscu nie ma personelu, wszystko odbywa się zdalnie. Niestety obiekt nie jest elastyczny w pozostawieniu bagażu po wymeldowaniu, ale pomagają znaleźć miejsce, gdzie możne je bezpiecznie zostawić.

• Maria (9/5): Traumhaftes Zimmer über den Dächern Roms - Die Zimmer sind liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Auch einen Wasserkocher, Kaffeekapselmaschine und einem kleinen Kühlschrank gibt es auch Tassen und Gläser. (Ich glaube es gab keinen Fön). Die Möbel sind sehr alt und hübsch. Es fühlt sich edel an und passt hervorragend in eine geschichtsreiche Stadt wie Rom. Das hat allerdings auch den Nachteil das sie etwas laut sind. Der kleine Balkon hat einen traumhaften Blick über die Stadt und von der belebten Gasse unten merkt man sobald die Tür zu ist fast nichts mehr. Das Putzpersonal und der Vermieter sind sehr nett und man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Die Lage ist einfach ein Traum, man ist im Herzen des antiken Roms und alle großen Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch die belebten Stadtteile Roms sind Fußläufig zu erreichen. Da kann der Vermieter freilich nichts gegen tun, aber das Haus ist recht hellhörig. Sowohl die Bewohner der anderen Zimmer wie auch generell Geräusche aus dem Haus sind gut zu hören. Sollte man also Lärmempfindlich sein kann ich Ohrstöpsel empfehlen. Auch die wunderschönen alten Möbel sind leider nicht gerade leise (laut knarzendes Bett z.B) Aber ich würde sagen, Ohropax einpacken und trotzdem Buchen. Das Zimmer und der Ausblick sind ein Traum.

• Manjit (8/5): The location for this is perfect and Vincenzo was always very helpful and easy to get hold . - The location is perfect and the building is very impressive.It has a lot of character .Within walking distance from most places and you walk to the plaza navona within minutes.Very close to many restaurant's , Vincenzo was very friendly and helpful. The view from the rooms is lovely . I would have liked the bathroom to have a bit more in the way of body wash etc.. It was only small sachet's which we used straight away. Also it would be nice to have had fresh towels daily.
