- James (8/5): Very good. - Unfortunately i can't comment on breakfast had to leave early in the morning.
- Marcus (1/5): Not Nice. - The guy was polite and showed me a spot to park which was abit off to me. The bathroom was small and the units were disgusting rusty and clearly someone used a draw for cutting hair into. ( WISH I TOOK PICTURES TO SHARE BUT TOO MORTIFIED AND WANTED TO LEAVE) Washed my hands because it was vile. Kettle had no charging station, I asked for it and got 1 but it was very temperamental clearly not the correct one or a lose wire. Room was very tiny wardrobe was falling to pieces and rubbish inside. Desk the kettle and cups were on was wobbly and ready to fall over. Bed was just very horrible even to just sit on. If this is 1 of the rooms I'd hate to see the others. Clearly a reason this place is cheap.
ONLY A PERSON DRUNK OR HIGH OR BOTH WOULD STAY FOR A NIGHT OFF THE STREETS. IF DESPERATE ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- Lucy (3/5): Good location but hotel was outdated, not pleasant and staff weren’t great - Location The staff were not welcoming at all. The building smelt of smoke. Place is very outdated and old. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The tv didn’t work. There was coffee making facilities however no mugs or cups.

- Josh (5/5): Very dated. Needs a good update, e.g. new carpets & door locks, etc. - Location and friendly staff member (who we only saw once). The whole hotel smelt of cigarette smoke and weed. Very dated with cheap maintenence. Some bedding was stained.
- Natalia (4/5): -
- Wayne (8/5): - Ideal location
- Sunita (1/5): The lodge was a nightmare - I only liked the location The noise levels are unacceptable. I could hear everything from dogs barking inside the property and people running in the hallway and up and down the stairs. Felt more like a chaotic family home than a professional guesthouse. The rooms are substandard and feel unsafe, with only one loose lock, a tiny ensuite, can barely move in the shower, plus miniature sink. If you need to use a microwave or fridge you have to trek to the second floor. Overall it was a disgusting experience and a complete waste of money. The noise levels were unacceptable. - Caers (1/5): Vreselijk slecht, afgeleefd en vies! - Niets! We voelen ons echt bedrogen! Na 1 nacht al vertrokken, te erg om te blijven!
- Paunoiu (10/5): -
- Mohamed (10/5): - Friendly staff, and room was very clean
- Kenneth (6/5): - Price Basic
- Brennan (4/5): - Inconsistent ability to contact staff. Area around hotel was oddly loud with shouting happening around the property throughout the night.
- Gary (1/5): Very disappointing accommodation - Location - only good point!
Was close to both bus and train routes. Very disappointing. Bathroom had an eye-watering smell of mildew, with a toilet seat that wasn't fitted!
Ro was dirty, especially inside wardrobe and drawers.

- Birol (1/5): don't choose - hotel is smelling so bad. the room is so small and its toilet is outside
- Elimar Rosa (5/5): Atendimenrto dos colaboradores muito bom - Quarto bem pequeno e a limpeza não estava boa. Atendimento da equipe muito bom.
- Jammam (2/5): Don't do it. Best advice i can provide - Smells of dog. A person sleeping on the couch early morning
- Philip (1/5): -
- Malviys (3/5): Very disappointed. - The people were lovely the sheets on the bed were clean. It was a shame I would stay again if there hand not been mould on the floor of the bathroom floor.
I found it was too dirty on the floor to use the shower. The pillow was rock hard. The room was so small. I was so disappointed as I would have stayed again as I need to stay in this area. I just could believe the shower room. Such a shame as the people were very kind
- Isaac (1/5): -
- Charin (1/5): -
- Leanne (2/5): - Probably the worst hotel room I have stayed in, it was like they have double booked us, and in a panic put us in a makeshift room.. nothing like the photos online
It was like a tiny room that we
- Antonette (9/5): My stay - It's close to shops and green space I have a large dog so easy access to parks is important to me, I like that the hotel is in a tucked away and in quiet area.
Staff are friendly and understanding, Just a little bit more dusting here and there.
- Jenny (1/5): - Nothing was good about this hotel Building work going on through the night, rooms far too small even with just a single bed
- Nicholas A (2/5): - Nope!
- ANAS (3/5): -
- DIYAR MAJEED (4/5): Tyvärr - Inte allt ok Dusch rummet ingen tvål på dusch kroppen 😏 och luktar inte gott på in gång
- bacha (10/5): - Best
- Berhan (8/5): -
- Douglas (4/5): Umm - Clean bed but room stank of smoke pillows were rock hard tea, coffee and kettle but no cups or milk never got offered breakfast but they advertised it in the pictures
- Henry (1/5): The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. - Off street parking Rooms not cleaned during entire trip of stay, no fresh towels renewed or toilet paper provided without requesting.
Bathroom lock and shower door broken, beds situated too close together and no where to leave lugguages.
Staff not readily available during stay.
- Sarah (8/5): - To be honest we were dreading staying here after reading the reviews but it was too late after we had booked and paid upfront...and budget and time didnt allow for anything else! And i have to be honest we were pleasantly surprised. I don't know if other people are expecting the Ritz on a backpackers budget...but there is nothing wrong with it.
I have very high standards in my own home and i was more than happy to stay here for the night.
The room was clean, the sheets were fresh and clean and the bed was comfortable (rock hard but i like that)
The bathroom was clean and there was one hand towel and toilet roll.
There were tea and coffee facilities but no cups...maybe this was an oversight but im sure we could have asked for some but we had flasks so didnt mind.
There is a garden out the back which they are obviously trying to tidy up but its pleasant enough for a cigarette break if you need it and we saw squirrels running around which the kids loved.
There are 2 friendly dogs at the property which was also a bonus for us.
Its a 10 minute walk at most from Ealing Broadway just through the highstreet and in a lovely residential area.
Its a 10 miwalk in the opposite direction then to Ealing common station so perfectly located for transport...we were going ro Wembley.
We walked home at 2am with 2 young kids and felt perfectly safe...its a lovely area with beautiful houses and commons.
So all in all i would give the place a thumbs up and definitely stay here again if needed.
- Markus (7/5): Stay for lower Budgets - Pricing is on the lower end You get what you pay for. Very Cheap accomodations.
- Melanie (3/5): Cheap and get what you pay for - Location Smell of stale cigarette smoke. Not enough plug sockets. A strange man living in one of the rooms monitoring who parks in front of his window. Passing his room to leave the hotel smelt of urine. Room was clean and bed comfy. The people above were banging around for hours so hardly any sleep
- Jack (1/5): - Nothing iv been eaten alive all over my leg by what I assume is bed bugs Everyone dirty room
- Daniela (5/5): -
- Jojo (1/5): - STAY AWAY. on the pictures this place looks lovely in reality it's nothing like the pictures, the room had damp and smells of damp big time. Mix match bedding, pillows are like bricks, mattresses rock hard, dust all under beds no AC the only foam of only kinda cooling is from the dirty shot window. Staff can barely speak English.
States on site parking which isn't secure parking it's just parking on the path at the extra cost of £10.
SO THE MORAL OF THE STORY IS BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE NOTHING there isn't a single thing to like a this place a night from hell is what it is
- David (10/5): - short walk to station, shops and food options and more in delivery range. staff were friendly and helpful for advice on where to eat. only 2 stops away from Paddington station. if i need to stay in london again i'll be checking here first
- Jesus (10/5): - Super helpful and professional staff. Great location. A good place to sleep with no extra fuss or luxury.
- Kopec (7/5): Good -
- Will (10/5): Exceptional -
- Danielle (8/5): Very good -
- David (10/5): - Really friendly and helpful staff, great price
- Ian (4/5): Not good - Mouse droppings on the pillow, pillow as hard as a brick. Tiny bathroom with very little room. Dust all over the place and when opening the window could smell all the smoke coming in from people smoking outside. No towels given.
- Jennie (1/5): Bad - Nothing It was so dirty I had to go out to buy cleaning stuff to clean it wall paper falling off wall tv didn't work I mug in room which was dirty drawers full off rubbish terrible
- Pahul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Errol (3/5): So and so - Not far from train station On the linens, there was small hair.
Only 1 toilet paper for 4 people for 2 days.
I put the towel to be changed and it wasn't changed.
- Rafal (10/5): Small but comfortable -
- Samson (6/5): Pleasant -
