Hotel was clean, and had everything that we needed for a good night's sleep. All the staff that we dealt with were friendly and welcoming. Would have no hesitation in booking to stay here again, should the need arise. 4 5 TV UAbsolutely nothing!

- J (9/5): Solid phl hotel - Huge rooms! Bath, bed, and livingroom bigger than many apartments! Good water pressure. Breakfast was very ample, lobby coffee better than most. Beds were very comfy, bedding and towels high quality. Airport pickup was timely despite after hours… Hallways a bit tired. No half snd half in lobby after breakfast hours and that coffee service. Could use a kettle in the kitchen but could boil water on the range. The micro had no power to it…!

I had a dirty comforter on my bed (make up stains etc), it was quickly rectified. The lamps in the seating area did not work.

- Samantha (10/5): Wonderful Stay, Comfortable Bed, Heated Pool. - I really enjoyed the location. It was close to my work event. It also had an indoor pool which was perfect to relax in the night before (and it was warm!). There are towels in the pool room. It’s a small ask but there’s been plenty of hotels that don’t have that. Breakfast was delicious and the room was fitted with a stovetop, microwave and fridge. The checkout time is later than most surrounding hotels so that was beneficial as well. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing (and it got super hot!). Very happy for this place to stay at near the airport and close to our event center. I didn’t experience anything that could have been better.

As I was arriving in Philadelphia, I received a call from a staff member named Kelly, who informed me that the hotel had overextended itself and that my confirmed reservation would be moved to a sister property. When I asked how this decision was made, she did not provide clarification. I explained to her that I was in Philadelphia for a funeral and had specifically chosen the Residence Inn because other family members were staying there. Instead of addressing my concern, she replied that there were no rooms blocked off for a funeral, which was not what I had stated. I found this response dismissive and unhelpful. Kelly informed me that I would receive one complimentary night at the sister property and that the second night would cost $189. My family and I were ultimately checked into the SpringHill Suites, where we were assisted by a kind staff member, Ms. Freddy. However, even she seemed unfamiliar with the process of handling our reservation relocation, which required her to reach back out to Kelly on September 10th. This entire experience caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult time for my family. I am disappointed that my confirmed reservation was not honored,

The free breakfast was great with a lot of options. They do end it right on time so make sure you get it before they shut it down. The pool is your average hotel pool but also well kept. Overall nice hotel. Would recommend and go again.

- Kirk (2/5): Indoor pool unusable - I purposely booked at this hotel because I was in town to see my children and it had an indoor pool. The pool heater was either broken or not on and we couldn't even use the pool. It was ice cold. I could've stayed at a Motel 6.

- pq2015 (8/5): Convenient for families. - We stayed at this hotel for a hockey tournament, and it did not disappoint us. It is conveniently located near the airport and the highway. The spacious lobby provides ample space for socializing. Our room featured a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed to prepare our meals. It included a living room with a sofa bed and a large desk, separated from the king-size bed, which was located next to the closet and bathroom. The bathroom was spacious and well-designed, although it could use a few improvements. The breakfast was quite good, offering a variety of cereals, breads, yogurts, waffles, eggs, and sausages. However, my only complaint is that it closed at 9:30 AM on the weekends, which I feel is too early—especially after we had a late game the night before. Here are some cons we found about this hotel: - The air conditioning is excessively loud. - There is no on-site restaurant. -There is a nightly parking fee. - The rates are somewhat pricey.

Destiny is very friendly, customer focused, and hardworking. They had nutritious and delicious protein items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, and oatmeal. Lastly, being so close to the airport made the shuttle ride nice and easy.

- Kalilia (10/5): - Came in from out of town for the Kendrick Lamar & SZA concert. This is actually our 2nd stay here and just as before we enjoyed our stay! The hotel staff were very accommodating to our request for an early check-in and late check out. Very friendly staff. Convenient and reasonably priced parking. The hotel is just 8 mins from the Wells Fargo Center and Lincoln Field Stadium. Breakfast was very good with very nice options. Clean and quiet rooms! Dining options were about 10 mins from the hotel. I wouldn't say the area is walkable, however, restaurants and main events are about a 10 min drive away. Will consider this hotel again whenever we come back to Philly! :-)

I admit I didnt want to stay thinking of carrying heavy luggage up flights of staircases, but help was given. Rooms were assigned to the 2nd floor and kindness and compassion was displayed by the staff. In return kindness and compassion was given. Thank you to the entire team who worked effortlessly to get the elevators back up and running.

- Kalilia (10/5): - My son and I came in from out of town to see the 6ers vs the timberwolves game. This hotel was quite convenient, only 11 minutes away from Wells Fargo Center. Quite a few dining options in the area about 10 mins away from the hotel, so we were able to sit and eat before the game. Parking at the hotel was very convenient and reasonable. No issue to find parking once we came back in the evening. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Answered all our questions.Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great, very fresh! We will definitely be back the next time we visit Philly. Thank you!

The room was really spacious. Had a full kitchen and living room, and then a bed with two queen beds. Pool was nice. Room was clean. Nothing! I don't have any negative feedback for this hotel.

- Rachelle (10/5): A really comfortable place for a stay over which has facilities available to heat your own food there is no room service - Property is spotlessly clean and all the stuff are very helpful, they have a laundry room. The beds were really comfortable and the room I was in was really big. I was in a room with a walk-in shower which was great.. There was a letdown at breakfast. They didn’t have anything gluten-free or dairy free or vegan. I managed to get oatmeal but I’m not sure with gluten-free oatmeal but the staff were really kind and trying to find something for me because the supplies haven’t come in in time because of Thanksgiving.
