In fact beach front rooms are in the main building so don’t except a sea view or some calm. The smell in the room was awful! The food at the restaurant wasn’t good and overpriced.

Scarlett (10/5): Spacious, modern rooms - We were very impressed with our stay at Queenco. We received our complimentary pickup from the airport and drop off to the ferry terminal the next morning. Our room was upgraded to one of the newer rooms and it was gorgeous. We were on the second floor above the casino but that didn’t impact our sleep at all. The room was spacious and modern, and we wished we could’ve stayed more than one night. The location is lovely right on the beach and the pool is a very good size. The staff were fantastic, and we received top service from the lovely man who met us at the airport and looked after us throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend.

Dharmesh (6/5): Ok stay for one night stopover. - The pool area was nice, right next to the sea. They upgraded us to the main beachside building from the tower block which was across the road. The food in the restaurants was nice. They offered free transport to the nearby autonomous pier for onward travel to Koh Rong when we checked out. The whole of the outside terrace and pool area is a smoking zone, many of the guests were smokers which made it uncomfortable.

It was just an over-nighter coming from Koh Rong and continuing to Vietnam, but we were really impressed by the place in every respect, most of all the highest level of customer care. They organized complimentary transport from the ferry port (only a 5 minute drive) and to the airport on departure. They upgraded our accommodation, the restaurant was really good, we are vegetarian and there was a decent choice of options. Breakfast was amazing, too! We had a massage treatment at the spa and highly recommend that! Sean, the manager connected with us before arrival, took the time to greet us and check on us again the next morning. The staff member who accompanied us on the shuttle bus and the driver were very attentive and that really applied to all the staff. Highly recommend this hotel! We like everything and everything was as described.

We asked the car from the port of Shihanoukvill to PP, and he was also helpful. The atmosphere of the poolside was really nice and club DJ sound. The breakfast was reasonable. Sometimes the waiter was slow to take order for food. But this is the vacation place to stay so you should sit and relax!!! lol

Arranged a car to take me to the chemist. Sorted our ferry and took us to the pier. Rooms are huge and feel luxurious. Pool area was very nice too. We visited the casino and had fun but felt a bit serious for us as some big gamblers. Lovely dinner and breakfast on the beach. And then, when you think that nothing will surprise you, you have a huge, unique pleasure of meeting Sean - Room Division Manager. This man treats you like a member of the closest family and does everything to make your stay here unforgettable!. To start with, a free upgrade to a premium room with a sea view. The room is beautiful, large, very clean, modernly furnished and at the same time very cozy. Fantastic comfortable bed. Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea. Pure perfection. We wanted to rent a scooter in the city: Sean sent us a van together with a wonderful girl from the service to help us with the formalities and check if everything was ok. We asked about transport to the bus station for our onward journey. Sean organized it so that the bus came to the hotel to pick us up! This man is a pure treasure!The entire hotel staff is fantastic! Everywhere you meet with kindness and a smile on their face. The hotel has a beautiful, constantly cleaned beach, a wonderful pool. Fantastic breakfast. This is a place where elegance, luxury has reached the highest level!

Kevin (10/5): Be ready to be pampered! - Check in was a little tedious because I arrived at their second building which houses the dining area and swimming pool. However, I was promptly karted off in their mini kart akin to a tuk tuk to the right building some 400m opposite. Some small issues with the creditcard machine but I was treated to some fruits and water while waiting. My room was a lot smaller that my previous hotel however acceptable. Multi chained TV, Minibar and hot drinks facilities. Excellent wifi..code free. Breakfast was good but perhaps less so if vegetarian…I wanted to order a vegetable soup but was informed that the broth was pork flavored! However, lunch or dinner on the seafront with sandy beach was truly bliss and prices reasonable. One could also pick up the wifi there. The staff were amazing welcoming and diligent. Lest I forget, if like me you like to continued working out while on holiday…a visit to their gym is a must. Fully equipped ( nearly as good as my home gym…and that’s saying something!!) with all the machines and some, even a punch bag, two water fountains, a sauna and a steam room. One is issued with towels at no cost on arrival at reception. At departure I was given a lift to the ferry port to get the boat to Kon Rong. Wonderful service!! Everything was to my liking. No complaints. Perhaps more vegetarian options at breakfast…..
Nicholas (10/5): An amazing find. - We only stayed at Queenco for one night as a ‘transit stay’ within easy reach of the airport after a week on Koh Rong Island. What an amazing experience our stay at Queenco turned out to be. Firstly, the transfers to and from the boat and airport were exceptionally smooth and luxurious. The car had very comfortable business class leather seats and a hotel assistant accompanied us for the journeys to make sure everything went smoothly. Our room at the hotel was clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. Most importantly it was quiet. We were upgraded to a sea view room which was a very nice touch. The hotel restaurant on the beach is obviously the buzzing social scene of Sihanoukville! It was busy and vibrant with locals and tourists. The food and cocktails were excellent. The highlight of our stay were the massages and gym. The massages were the best we had in Cambodia and gym is simply amazing. For fitness freaks a week at the hotel would be worth it just to train in the gym. Finally, the staff were absolutely superb. Always there to help but not at all overbearing. In the interests of continual improvement, I offer the following observations to help the hotel get even better. There are some construction works going on which are a bit of an eyesore when viewing the hotel from the road. Do not be put off by these! They do not interfere with hotel operations or spoil the views from the room. Breakfast was busy but it is a buffet service so you can eat and go quickly if required. However, the egg station is cook to order and this was a little slow. The food labelling was a little small to read for those with poor eyesight and the three jams at the pastry counter were all labelled as ‘fruit jam’. Individual flavours would have been better as I ended up with a flavour I didn’t like.

The receptionist arranged for us our return to Pnom Pehn, upon our request, with a much better price than the one we paid to go from Pnom Pehn to Sihanoukville plus we got a room upgrade which was very nice. Breakfast was very good, the pool very clean and the massage we had at the hotel premises very good. We also had dinner which was reasonable priced and very tasty. The room was very good with all the necessary amenities. The hotel also arranged to be driven, by its own car, to the pier to leave for the island Krog Rong. Excellent service 👏

Bruna (10/5): The perfect accommodation! - This hotel is truly amazing! Anything you can desire is offered you before you have to ask. The only downside for us is having stayed there only one night… I wish we could have remained there forever! Huge and clean room , with the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, (it was like sleeping in a cloud, and this was greatly appreciated after so many hard cambodian mattresses! ) Great varied breakfast with both local and western dishes… delicious sushi , and a wide menu to choose from , beautiful private beach where you can watch the sun set in the sea sipping a cocktail or having dinner… all this and much more for a great price…but, above all , we were impressed with the extraordinary politeness and kindness of the staff, who made us feel like movie stars! Ken, in particular, was literally our guardian angel, he took care of us from the moment we met, solving for us every problem…he was just amazing, he gave us a lift to the ferry station for Koh Rong Samloen where we spent two days, helped us with the ferry boat tickets and was there to pick us up when we came back … and in the meantime we were allowed to leave our car in the hotel’s parking even after we had checked out !!! Ken’s kindness and helpfulness was really beyond imagination … thank you Ken!!! Queenco hotel is by far the best we stayed at in Cambodia ! Nothing . Everything was just perfect
Paul (8/5): Excellent hotel for short stopover with superb staff! - All the staff were exceptional and very customer service focused. They went out of their way to support our vegan (and gluten-free) dietary requirements which we know is not always easy. Food was excellent. We used this hotel as a one night stopover on our way back from Koh Rong Sanloem and can definitely recommend it for this purpose. It was very safe and comfortable and the hotel successfully arranged all our follow-on transportation. Part of the hotel is under renovation at the moment and unfortunately so was their pool (which looked very nice and overlooked the beach) during our stay. However, the manager upgraded our room so we had somewhere to relax during our stay (which we appreciated).

I am not a casino person but all the rest of the hotel was exactly what I needed to rest, have a good spot for work, also workout and enjoy the sunset of SihanoukVille. Had Japanese restaurant and local one with some international food. Everything nice They didn’t have good transport services support like easy to get a taxi, but always managed through Grab so is not really an inconvenient.

Abigael (10/5): In a nutshell, the property exceeded my expectations and the quality of service is beyond excellent. - I had an amazing stay at Queenco with their wonderful amenities, great room and the best assistance. The personnel assigned to me (Mr Charly Tak) was the best, picked me up from the airport and brought me to the pier (free of charge), made sure I had everything I need, led the staff to throw in a little birthday surprised for me while I was having dinner at their amazing restaurant by the beach, and even coordinated for me to the airline when I realized I left something from the airport and to a transport service back to Phnom Penh. Had I known that this is a great vacation site, I could have booked for longer nights instead of just stopping here on my way to an island.

One evening a female DJ was playing some IBIZA-vibes. Sipping on a cocktail, watching the sunset... you can image we had a big smile on our faces. The hotel is a bit away from the city center, and is surrounded bij buildings that are not yet finished. We understand that COVID has caused a stop in the building process (of Chinese construction companies).

Staff are so friendly and such a homely atmosphere. The front office staff are very knowledgeable and always at hand to help and go beyond their duties. Free shuttle service to the city centre in a luxury vehicle, Amazing !! Great breakfast with local and foreign cuisine. Lovely pool and sunbeds, and massage on site, again, superb. Room service is prompt, and efficient, and no one is waiting for tips. The staff are very attentive, and so friendly, but not waiting for tips. Outside of the busy and bling bling Sihanoukville, this place is really peaceful, quiet and beautiful. The room are cosy, the bed is very confortable, the swimming pool and the private beach are just amazing. But the best side of my stay was the staff and the service, they are just amazing. I want to say a big thanks to Mr Somros, he make me feel like a special guest during all my stay, always here to know if you need anything and make your stay so easy ! If you need something, Mr somros will exceed your expectations ! I never met someone like him, so professional,so kind…. Is just amazing and thank you again for made my stay a magical stay !
Roger (8/5): Great one night stopover - Charlie who helped us and was very good , he and Mr Sean helped with transfers to and from the hotel and made our stay pleasurable Facilities over the road from the hotel
Noeung (9/5): Staffs were very helpful and polite. Especially, Mr. TAK, he solve our problem with the washing machine. - The hotel and room were very clean. The bed sheets and pillows are super comfortable and high quality. The BF was very good with nice presentation. I love Cambodian noodles and foods. Not provide free kayak.

Stayed in much more expensive hotels in Cambodia non matchd here. - Sean the Manager arranged pick up at the airport and drop off at the ferry the following morning and we did not ask for those. Furthermore we were wondering how to source some of the local Kampot Coffee and Sean very kindly offered to secure for us. And finally arranged transfer to Phnom Penh for us. 6 star service anticipating your needs, graciously with a smile genuine and as Hotel service used to be. Best hotel experience in Cambodia. Maybe an Espresso at Breakfast!
Elke (9/5): Perfect choice for a stopover in Sihanoukville - We stayed at the hotel after a week on a nearby island and before flying out to Vietnam. The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpfull, even for elevated Asian standards. So thank you again, Sean and team. Our room was well appointed. We enjoyed an upgrade to a higher floor room with a very nice view. The view from the beachside restaurants and pool is even more lovely, especially around sunset. The two restaurants we tried (the Terrace and Onami) were very decent and left no room to stray. So we can really recommend this hotel if you have to stopp in Sihanoukville for whatever reasons. -
Pranay (8/5): Quite - The property is divided by a road into 2. Swimming pool , restaurant & Casino are on the beach side & the main building is across. The rooms are big spacious. The breakfast is very good & what better place than the beach to have it. It’s quieter part of the town. The sea is amazing and is great for swimming. Saw lots of family crowd. A great stay.
