Bethany (10/5): Great Mountain Views - John checked us in and he was exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He offered kid friendly recommendations for places to eat. The pool was clean and my kids had fun swimming. Breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious. Beds were comfy and enough room for my family of 5. The views of the mountains are amazing as well.

Unfortunately, the pool an hot tub were under repair while we were there. We were offered passes to the local rec center, but felt that was inconvenient. Room rates should be adjusted when you are not receiving the amenities that we’re advertised.

Debbie (10/5): It was an excellent experience. - Breakfast was great; staff extremely polite and helpful. The construction elevator kept opening every time the regular elevator button was pushed. Hated bothering or impeding construction crew.
Laura (6/5): Room smelled of cigarette smoke - It’s close to keystone The room absolutely reeked of smoke. All rooms say they are “non-smoking”, but it smelled like someone had recently been smoking in there. It smelled so horrible, it was hard to even be in the room.

Donna (9/5): Majestic view around during winter time! Will definitely stay here AGAIN! - We love that is surrounded by mountains and trees! When we arrived at night time, we are stunned to see the snow covering all the trees in the morning! It looks so scenic and beautiful!! I am very HAPPY to witness it right outside our room window! Also, the long haired blonde guy at the reception is so welcoming when we arrived. He even recommended a ski resort near us. He is such a helpful and kind guy. Thank you! Keep it up! The pillow is so soft. The bed also is just average. Though the hotel is a bit old, you can still see and feel that they are maintaining it very well. Breakfast is good too! I love that they have fruits also!

tsj0613 (9/5): AWESOME, EXCITING AND BEST TRIP WITH MY SON!!!!! - I loved the greeting we rec'd when we arrived. The hotel checkin in was amazing, helpful and friendly. I wish I would have gotten his name. He provided us with details for activities were doing and where to go and always asked us about our day when we returned. Plan on staying with yall again next year. Nothing. We like everything about the facility and the staff. Wish we would have had more time to spend there and more money to spend. We were first time snow boarders so we plan on coming back and trying again.

That was good. but at night maybe get some real milk , oat milk etc products rather than coffee mate which is disagreeable to use alum any case):!!!

Karen (10/5): Relaxing stay in Silverthorne - We were on the 3rd floor with a nice view of the mountains. The room and the floor were quiet with no noise. The room was clean, beds were comfy, and the breakfast was good. It was close to a number of conveniences (shopping, groceries, Dillon Lake) etc.

Also was not told about parking charge and had to call to ask what the additional charge on my card was. Called and spoke to someone at the hotel - they did credit me 1 night of parking back, but literally ignored my comment about the room downgrade and dismissed me.

Jayde (8/5): - Our room was big & had a great view. Little weird that there wasn’t a fan in the bathroom to help get some steam out, but we just left the door open after showers. Breakfast was great, although it seemed like the one lady in charge of keeping everything stocked was having a hard time keeping up—in general, it seems like the hotel was a bit under-staffed, but you could tell they were doing the best they could. Pool was super warm with a great view of the sunset in the evening. Parking was super limited by dinner time—we often had to park in the back. Also wish the tv would have offered streaming like most hotels do now. Overall not as nice as we expected for a Hilton hotel, but still a great stay!
David (6/5): - During our stay, the hotel was being renovated. Our room was recently done and was very nice, including new furniture and carpet. However, the entire hotel had a very strong glue smell which made us feel nauseated for our stay. Even some staff members wore masks. I wish we knew that before booking. Outside of that, every staff member was extremely polite and helpful and the hotel was in a great location along a stream with shops nearby. Had we stayed after the renovation, my rating would have been higher.

They parked a 50 ft Band Tour Bus out our window all night and it ran loud and noisy all night. Wife could not sleep They surprised me at checkin that I had to pay for parking which was ridiculous. I did not read the tiny print at reservation time about some facility added on fees but they never spelled it out
Judy (8/5): - I love staying at Hampton Inn - usually I choose them when traveling. This location was beautiful (recently remolded). The ONLY negative is the air conditioner was extremely loud (tv had to be turned up) and a high pitched whirl (headache inducing). When asked about it, they said all the rooms sound like it. I left early because of it.

Typical options: oatmeal, waffles, eggs/potatoes, fresh fruit, toast/bagels. Ate plentiful and stayed full for several hours. Several dining options within walking distance and only 1.5 hours from Denver.

Lorraine (10/5): Travel Geeks - Although there was construction going on, it was never an intrusion to our visit. Great shower, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was great. It's a very good atmosphere there. You feel like you're on vacation. Good views of the surrounding mountains. We always forget we need to pay for parking per day. When checking in, they should tell you. No one reminded us.

Johnson (8/5): Very good - Facility and staff were great. I would recommend. The only downside was being evacuated by a faulty alarm. After being in the parking lot for some time with our two young grandchildren, I had to go to the front desk to determine it was a false alarm. The alarm panel continued to chirp the remainder of our stay. Rather annoying.
