- Wayne (9/5): - This was a great place to spend the first 4 days of our Japanese travels. The apartment was very well appointed and extremely comfortable. The location is great: right next to Tokyo Station and easy access to all of the shops, cafes, restaurants and bars of the area. There is a Lawson convenience store within the building itself, so everything is accessible without even leaving it. The staff were very helpful and spoke English. Highly recommended. Our apartment was at the rear of the building, facing another high-rise, so if that's an issue for you, I'd recommend requesting facing the main street.

- Madison (7/5): Great location, quite pricey - Staff where friendly and helpful, ideal location close to Tokyo Station, and a Lawson's on the ground floor. Room had a full kitchen which was great for eating in. Good amount of room in shower and bathroom. Room felt narrow, little room to move past the beds. First time staying in Tokyo however, compared to Kyoto and Osaka accommodations, Oakwood was significantly more expensive. Toilet felt quite small. Hotel breakfast offered a good range of food and drink however was quite expensive, so we only ate there to save time on a few busy mornings.

- Carolyn (8/5): Great base to stay in Tokyo - We stayed here for five nights with my daughter and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and well laid out with very comfortable beds and excellent bathroom amenities. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful, especially when they organised a taxi for us very early one morning to the airport. The fact that this is a 24-hour hotel was also greatly appreciated and made everything feel easy and stress free. The location is excellent, close to the station, a Lawson’s convenience store downstairs and only about a 10-minute walk to Ginza. Overall, a great base in Tokyo and a place we would happily stay again. The only small downside was that the room felt a little stuffy at times. Despite adjusting the air conditioning, we struggled to keep the room cool enough. There was a vent near the window that could be opened for fresh air, but using it seemed to affect the air conditioning slightly.

Beautifully clean with friendly and attentive staff. The extra bed was set ready to go for our late arrival as we had requested. We would definitely stay here again.

- Shantanu (10/5): Amazing for groups. - Me and my friend’s family stayed together in separate rooms and this hotel is perfect for traveling as a group. It’s close to train station, bus stop and convenience stores. Plus staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a well equipped gym and getting access is very easy, just ask the front desk (they even give you a towel and water)

The staff is very helpful and attentive. Rooms are modern and well equipped. House keeping even does your small dishes, thank you. Buffet had rather limited options but that’s okay. We did not choose this hotel for dining options.

- Talia Raviv (9/5): A solid stay - I booked a trip to Tokyo rather last minute for work and there were not a ton of choices given high December season. So while I am not sure I would have chosen this property to begin with, it met my needs well. First, the location is amazing. I like to stay in Ginza and prefer this north side location. My room was silent and comfortable. I didn't use anything in the hotel in terms of facilities or eat breakfast or interact with the staff, so no comment there. I also did not use the kitchen or the washing machine since I only stayed 4 nights. The room is super cluttered. The size is a large studio apartment but all of the furniture was quite overstuffed and oversized, so it felt very cramped. My room was not cleaned one day. This could be a policy where they don't clean every day, I didn't read the fine print. Overall it was very good for me and happy I chose it, albeit it's nondescript and not super memorable, I had a good experience.

- Kerstin (9/5): Perfect location for Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace. - Perfect location if you are using Tokyo Station. Three minute walk to the Shinkansen platforms! Also a short walk to Imperial Palace. Room was a decent size, clean and comfortable. Washing machine is a bonus and you can dry laundry in the large shower. Small convenience store at the main entrance and many cafes and food stalls in the station. The table in the lounge area is far too big and tall for the room.

- Dena (9/5): Nice stay - This is an apartment situation and we appreciated having a washer/dryer in our unit. The unit was quite spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The gym is located somewhat off-site, but extremely well-equipped. The hotel is located close to the train station which was helpful as the location is kind of out of the way. Breakfast could be better.

The cleaning service was also not very good that we had to request it twice.
