- Alan (10/5): We have an enjoyable and very comofortable stay. - The room was very spacious with all the cooking facilities. It made us feel very comfortable. Everything you needed was in the room. Also the room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. We have to recommend the staff who were excellent, at the reception, breakfast area and housekeeping. They were all very helpful, polite and had very good customer service. Highly recommend the staff at the reception who we had encounter with. They were very helpful, friendly and make us very comfortable. Nothing to complain. We would have loved to stay for a couple of days more. Only drawback is that there are no restaurants or eateries close by.

- Laurence (8/5): Always comfortable for a quick overnight. Kitchenette always good for longterm stay. - Great location to the YYC Airport. This is a bonus having reasonable priced hotels near the airport when arriving from a late night flight to family/friends dont have to coming in the middle of the night to pick you up. Beds are always at Radissons are always very comfortable. I wish they would have a better hot breakfast. Most Radisson's that I stay at have a better breakfast with eggs, sausage, etc.

No kettle in the room (tea drinkers don’t like drinking hot water that tastes like coffee when it’s come through a coffee machine ☹️)

I didn’t like that the drapes were for decor and not practical use…you could not shut the drapes to block the early morning sun and At night, with the lights on, there is just a sheer across the window. people could see into the room from the outside. Being on the first floor, there was a running/walking path directly out the window. Not being able to close the drapes is a security hazard and a safety issue. The hotel should have drapes that actually close across the window

- dwright627 (10/5): Terrific hotel stay - The staff were super friendly, and incredibly helpful. The transfer experience was really straightforward - just walk out of the airport and straight in to one of the taxis, and the driver sorts it with reception when dropping you off. Reception then calls the taxi company when you are ready to return back to the airport. This is so much better than a shared shuttle on a timetable. The room was very spacious, the AC was excellent, and everything felt really clean. The breakfast had a good range of cereals, breads and pastries. It was also really easy to get an Uber to/from downtown Calgary - little wait time and the cost was very reasonable. This hotel was a great choice, and I would stay here again anytime. The breakfast area was a little on the small side, so it did feel a little crowded. It's very subjective, but the bed was a little on the soft side for me.

Room was well equipped including iron/ironing board, microwave oven, 2x hot plates, crockery & cutlery & full size refrigerator. Staff very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was included & had plenty to offer. Close to Walmart & other shopping options. Nothing really. But the ice machine in fridge kept making ice (all night) which was noisy!

- Sarina (10/5): Excellent Service, Quality hotel and great price - recommend - I was returning from England and had very little money to make the last leg to BC. The staff were incredibly accommodating to me and really went above and beyond to help me. They were very professional and patient - it was greatly appreciated. The food selection. Having to go to other hotels to eat or get snacks was very inconvenient, especially when tired from long travel. The snack selection in the lobby was okay, but very unhealthy and did not leave a lot of options.

- Paulo Nino (10/5): Excellent overall for the purpose we booked them for. - We just needed a place to stay the night close to the airport. We had to catch an early flight, so we had no time to get breakfast. However, we were offered that we could grab some fruit or bread from the breakfast that they usually put out to go if we wanted. They also offer free taxi service through their partners for going to and from the airport which is very convenient! The place itself is not located near malls or parks or points of interest so if you are travelling without a car, you do have to stay in or walk around the premises for leisure.

Also, thank you to the staff member at the breakfast, when I mentioned that it’s too bad there weren’t any gluten free options for a gluten allergy, she said that, yes, they have gluten free bread and a separate toaster in the kitchen, as well as gluten free cereal. She then went into the back and made the gluten free toast for my hubby. The location was great being so close to the airport and the fact that the hotel paid the taxi fare both to and from the airport was very helpful! Thank you!

- James (10/5): Great place to stay with pets. - The staff was great and it was nice that Dogs are allowed. The beds were comfy. Our suite came with a dishwasher but no dishwashing soap. We drove to Calgary and the was the best value of where we could stay with our dog Bella but it was far out from anything really being near the airport but if you fly in its a great place.
