• Claudia (6/5): - Die Lage des Appartments mit Pool war sehr gut. Leider war das Appartment sehr ungepflegt und nicht sauber! Die Schränke im Schlafzimmer konnten nicht benutzt werden, sowie der Backofen🙈, Käse vom Vormieter noch im Kühlschrank... Keine Parkmöglichkeit
• Gustavo (7/5): Muy bueno - La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo, las habitaciones son comodas y la piscina esta muy bien aunque el horario es reducido. La cocina es chica pero tiene todo lo necesario. El anfitrión fue muy amable en todo momento y respondio a todas las necesidades que tuvimos. Recomendable. Hubo gente de mantenimiento pintando y arreglando las unidades durante 5 dias de nuestra estadía en la zona de la piscina, lo cual no era cómodo sobre todo para las mujeres y los niños de la familia. Comenzaban a trabajar muy temprano a la mañana y realizaban ruidos que perturbaban el descanso. Entiendo que en algún momento hay que realizar el mantenimiento pero debería ser sin huéspedes en el lugar.

• Fatima (10/5): We were having a reasonable family trip. Pool, location, - Location, cleanliness, pool, kitchen amenities. There were couple bad reviews but i booked it anyway. And it turned out one of the best experiences. Located very close to best places you can visit and a little walk to ocean. My family and i loved everything. We would definitely recommend and stay next time💞 Everything was great! Nothing was wrong literally

• HERRERA MAUAD (10/5): Nos encantó!! - Es cómodo, equipado para cocinar, comer, dormir bien, el espacio súper bueno para no estar chocando entre nosotros, amé el balcón con vista a la calle, ver llover desde allí fue maravilloso!!! Todo estuvo bien!
• Ethyle jean (8/5): Overall , we are satisfied with our stay. - The property location is very convenient. Its near Miami beach, stores, restaurant. They also has a kitchen with enough supply of utensils and stuffs for cooking. I hope they have rice cooker. Aside from this, the property has a reasonable price. I can say that the place is also safety. The property has a television but there is no netflix, or any other channels which you can watch movies, only local channel. It is not smart TV. Their pool hours is up to 8pm only. I hope they can extend up to 10pm just what other property does. There are no washing machine or laundry area as well. I hope they can change the bed since its old and its making a cracking sound.
• Dávid (10/5): Tökéletes ár érték arány, közel mindenhez. :) - Rendben volt minden. Tiszták voltak a szobák, a képeknek megfelelően. Medencét is takarították folyamatosan. Utolsó nap nem volt lehetőségünk késői kicsekkre, de segítőkészen tárolták addig a csomagjainkat, míg elutaztunk. :) Az utóbbi időben vegyes értékelések voltak, így volt bennünk egy kis félelem, de pozitív csalódás lett az egész! ;) Csak ajánlani tudom. Nem volt ilyen.
• Anita (10/5): - Várakozásaimat felül múlta a tisztaság. A medence is nagyon tiszta volt. Ár-érték arányban teljesen rendben van a szállás. Kicsit régi épület és zajos, minden hallatszik a falakon keresztül, de összességében nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Szívesen foglalnék újra ezen a szálláshelyen. Este 8 után nem lehet fürdeni a medencében...és egy picit lehetne közelebb a part....

El dormitorio principal muy bueno. Baño muy bueno. La piscina excelente. Fue agradable. Hay detalles que voy a mencionar en la otra parte. La vida está hecha de detalles. Creo que el servicio en sí puede mejorar. El colchón de la pieza secundaria, malísimo. Se me prometió cambiar, pero nunca llegó. Elementos de cocina faltantes. Podría haber al menos una botella de agua para cuando se llega. Más que nosotros llegamos muy tarde; a medianoche, no había nada. Ni agua, ni café, ni un té. Nada. Estuvimos 13 noches y las sábanas y toallas fueron las mismas. Ni un recambio. No hay elementos de limpieza. Hay que comprarlos. Da la sensación de que falta detalles para la atención al cliente. Me parece que esto puede mejorar porque el lugar tiene mucho potencial.

• Guest (7/5): The apartment had what we needed and was central to everything. - Central location to everything. Property seemed safe and secure. The pool was nice. The manager was extremely helpful with assisting us get needed medical supplies delivered to the apartment ahead of time. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. We could never get the temp below 78 degrees in the apartment. There is no parking, which I don’t think can’t be avoided in the area.

Stayed in the same apartment twice now and has been very relaxed and has the benefit of a pool for those extremely warm days. Will hopefully be staying here again next year 👍 The rain in miami! 🤣

Outside light not working 6. Bathroom sink had a big gap around the side 7. Both sofa bed was broken as it pushed right in when sitting on it (I didn't get a picture of this) 8. Small coffee table, 1 leg was broken (I didn't get picture of this)

• Tracey (3/5): Would not recommend staying if you prefer cleanliness - The location is great. A very short walk to Lincoln Rd Mall and only about 10min to Miami Beach. The apartment was filthy. The toilet didn't flush properly until we had vigorously plunged which must be an ongoing issue. Very tired decor with a lot of wear and tear.

• Natalia (6/5): I wouldn't recommend - Clean and big apartment, nice buildings, secured entry system. Enough rooms for 4 people. - extremely noisy AC. The air conditioning is so noisy because it turns on randomly during all the day and night. Its like old ventilation. It wakes us up every single night of our stay. If you switch it off, the fire alarm turns on when the temperature increases 79F and its so shocking. - we were given only 1 big towel (for showering). No small towels for hands, for kitchen, you dont have anything to dry your dishes or hands after using the sink. Only kitchen paper. No towels were changed during our stay and the cleaners we saw were always very busy with the other apartments. - no dryer or something to hang our clothes when washed. We used the clothing hangers from the wardrobe I was expecting more from Courtyard. Sorry.

• Liliya SMITH (9/5): Nice quiet place for family vacation - The property was well maintained. Property manager was very nice and helpful. He helped us accommodating family needs. We enjoyed the pool a lot. Peaceful and quiet street. Internet connection was very bad. It's quiet a walk to the beach. Pool is working from 8 am to 8 pm. Fire alarm is very sensitive and can start beeping in the middle of the night. Bathroom window doesn't open. Towels, toiletries, trash bags and toilet paper need to be requested when needed. No housekeeping during 7 days stay.

Incómoda. 1 solo baño. mesa con 5 sillas. Habitaciones pequeñas, con cortinas que no oscurecen nada. Las camas viejas, ruidosas. Se escuchan los pasos de los vecinos del dpto de arriba y de los motores del AC.

• Jazmin (7/5): Buena relación precio/ calidad - El apartamento era muy cómodo, con 2 habitaciones separadas bastante amplias, como se ve en la foto. La ubicación muy buena, a unos 10 minutos caminando de la playa y cerca de todo. El ingreso es muy sencillo con cerradura eléctrica. Faltaban detalles, principalmente en la cocina, una escoba en condiciones y al mueble de la habitación apenas se le abrían los cajones. El estado del sofá cama no era bueno.

• Zuzana (10/5): Thank you very much your place is beautifull - Everything was perfect. We love the place and people who work there. Apartments is without the change the towels. We stay in apartments 6 days but maybe is normal but only for information.
• Pia N (7/5): Hyvän sijainnin mutta vaatimattomien fasiliteettien huoneistohotelli - Sijainti oli eeinomainen, lyhyt matka palveluihin ja beachille. Hotellissa ei ollut palveluja. Meitä oli kuusi majoittumassa, petipaikat oli kuudelle mutta ei petivaatteita. Keittiön varustus oli niukka.

• Ademola (5/5): The location is really nice and the owners only have to invest in improving the property. - The location was excellent as it right in the middle of the action in South Beach It lacked some basic amenities and the furnishings appeared dated and require a refresh. There was no provision for laundry, no cleaning of the apartment was done during our 9 day stay. The kitchen and bathroom do not have any air extractor. The rooms though advertised as double rooms were pretty small and two adults will struggle to sleep in the rooms. There isn’t provision for wardrobes in the rooms which meant guests would not be able to unpack their clothes from their suitcases. The kitchen needs a bit of a revamp as the cabinets are tired. Also there appears to be several coats of paint on the walls and ceiling. This may have been done to cover any mould/damp issues.

• Karin (6/5): Matige locatie - De locatie op Miami beach is top. Alles is op loopafstand. Locatie zelf is erg gedateerd. Prima bedden, maar de rest was matig. Ook een ijskoud zwembad en slechte badkamer. Te duur voor wat je ervoor terug krijgt. De gordijnen moesten de hele dag dicht, anders zat je in een soort aquarium te kijk.
