Dla mnie na plus spokojna okolica, w pobliżupark wodnyidealby dla dziecia do plaży15 mi - Mieszkaliśmy w apartamencie obok basenu co było fantastyczne :) Mam jedynie zastrzeżenie do ciśnienia wody pod prysznicem, było bardzo małe co trochę było niekomfortowe. Apartamenty mogłyby już zostać odświeżone bo wydać już nieco upływ czasu ale plusów było zdecydowanie więcej niż minusów.

• Stephanie (7/5): Good for a few days - Great to have the pool closeby as well as the miami seights. It’s okay but becoming a bit outdated, especially the bathrooms. Also the air conditioning makes a great amount of sound and we couldn’t put it slightly lower in the evening which would have been better as it was a bit too cold. Does mean it works well 😉

• Jessie (8/5): - The set up was great for my family and I . It was a total of 10 of us and we all slept comfortably. If you generally use face towels you will have to furnish your own. Also, you will need to take additional dry off towels. Parking was the only other issue ; by God's grace we had handicap plaques . With those we did not have to pay for parking.just had to patrol for handicap parking spots. If you carry a speaker don't play it to loud they will think your having a party and someone might call the police on you. Also, you might need to take a fan for the Master Bedroom if you like it cold at night ; it doesn't get that cold in that area of the apartment in the night time.

• Mirian (7/5): Good place for a family vacation. Would book again. - We stayed in a four-bedroom, two bathroom apartment. Those are the good points: - Check-in and check-out: Check-in was smooth, and the manager allowed us to check in around 11:00 am, since the unit was ready. He also allowed us to store our luggage at the main property after check-out, as our flight was later that day. - Location: The location is pretty good. 15 minutes walking to the beach. Restaurants are about 10 to 15 minutes. There is a Walgreens and a Whole Foods supermarket just two blocks away. We could buy groceries and have breakfast at home. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. - The apartment is very spacious, including the rooms. It was pretty clean upon check-in. - The pool was nice and clean. - Communication was facilitated via WhatsApp. - Two of the bedroom doors do not close completely, allowing a gap at the door, and the guests have little privacy. They need to be repaired. - The bathroom in the suite is tiny, and the shower is very annoying. The water suddenly became cold - it happened at least 3 times last time I tried to shower there. I gave up and started showering in the main bathroom instead. - The shower in the main bathroom has an invisible shower drain, and the water does not drain unless you remove it. This bathroom also has an unpleasant sewage smell (probably coming from this same drain), which was one of the worst parts for me. They plug in an air freshener in the bathroom and the living room to try to alleviate the odor, but it just masks the problem. This drain definitely needs to be repaired. - Both bathrooms need a shower caddy/shelf. It is quite annoying not having anything to support our soaps/shampoos, etc. - The hair dryer is moldy and does not work. I requested another one, but I never received an answer. - We stayed in a group of 6 people for 5 nights. It would be nice to have the apartment cleaned in the meantime, but it did not happen.

• Nunwill (9/5): It was easy to find it, the owner give us access with the code and we did enjoy everything, was nice to have sometimes d - The house is big and the rooms large and with nice comfortable beds, beautiful showers very nice kitchen and dining room, the pool was perfect and relaxing, the staff very helpful for any type of issues they were straight away Helping us I would add a locker behind the main door to lock from inside too when we were in sleeping, I also will add something under the externals doors to don’t have the gap between the door and the floor… to avoid some insects to walk in, the house is nice and fresh because the A/C but sadly makes lot of noise (you need to get use to)

• HERNAN (6/5): Noises - During the first three days of our stay, there was a lot of noise due to repair work being done on the cabin. Additionally, the workers left construction materials in the common areas, including the pool, which significantly impacted our experience. Had we known this in advance, we would have canceled the reservation and looked for another option.

One Air conditioner kept breaking and it was fixed twice but it broke again and I did not call to have it fixed because I didn’t want maintenance to keep coming in the apartment. Also there wasn’t any cleaning supplies to clean the apartment. The floors were very dirty and I had a baby and 5 year old. A mop was brought but there was no broom or any cleaning soap. I had to buy those items and I gave them away when I left. The overall apartment was very nice and I wouldn’t mind staying there again. You could not beat the location. And we were very comfortable. It really did serve the purpose for 5 days. Thank you.

• Erica (9/5): Overall, I thought the property was exceptional, and I would recommend it. - What I liked about the place was it was very clean and it still gave me a hotel feel. I liked the location as well. We were close to a lot of places. I like how responsive the host was. Anything I needed, the host made sure to address it. It was home away from home. Very comfortable. What I didn't like was not a lot. Parking was a little annoying, but we got through it. The TV did not work in the living room.

The location was walkable The kitchen was missing a lot of cooking supplies, eg: no baking sheet, no wine glasses, no wine opene, no scott towels, nothing to clean the kitchen when finished. There wasn't even the bare minimum like coffee. We found a cockroach on the kitchen floor. The beds were sunken in, not super comfortable. The appartement are all close together, meaning the noice is an issue. For the price...I was expecting something much better
• Anugraha (6/5): Overall, it was good for the purpose of sleeping at night, but very bare bones. - The location was great! We were able to walk to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, etc, all within 10-15minutes. Ubers were only about $15-$18 for travel to the mainland. The place is very spacious and the queen/full beds were comfortable. The host was also great, he allowed us to check in early and was a very good communicator. Great for a group trip, especially if you wont be at the apartment that much. Even if you are, the pool is nice and so were the other people staying in the vicinity. Although the queen beds were fine, the twin beds were very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs in the twin beds. Additionally, no hand towels were provided and with a group of 8, I felt that there were not enough towels. Very limited kitchen supplies were provided as well and the pots were old/pretty scratched up, however, there was dish soap, one washing machine detergent powder pack, and a new sponge.

• Nick (10/5): Excellent stay at Casa Gaby! - Great accommodation, had everything we could need to satisfy our stay. Ideal location and within walking distance to South Beach and Ocean Drive about a 15 minute walk. Our apartment Casa Gaby A had 4 well equipped massive bedrooms, one with ensuite. Tvs in every room and loads of channels. WiFi was free and working really well. Big fridge freezer, and kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't use it much. Iron was also available. Yes the apartment could do with some minor redecoration, however is still to a good standard and as we say, suited our stay. Unfortunately we hit Miami with some rain but the apartment looks out onto a pool area which looked inviting and we would have definitely spent time sunbathing around the pool if we had the chance. Communication with the apartment owner/manager was A+ via WhatsApp. Thank you and if we visit Miami again, this apartment is saved to our favourites.
• Mia (7/5): Decent but will not be returning . - The property was clean. A bit outdated but very clean. We were there for a week and they only supplied us with 2 towels and one roll of toilet paper. We had to request more. My friend and I were sitting outside by the pool around 2:00am having a conversation. The neighbors could hear and I guess called management because we were too loud. Management came to the property and threatened to call the police at 2 in the morning because our conversation was too loud. I didn’t appreciate that at all. I will actually never stay there again. It’s Miami, people are having fun but we were not excessively loud. I would much rather stay somewhere where the neighbors aren’t Karen’s . Over dramatic neighbors and the way we were threatened with the police because of the noise level of a conversation. It wasn’t music, wasn’t partying. It was a conversation.

• Aishani (9/5): I really did enjoy my stay here. It was quiet and relaxing and I would recommend 100% - I really loved the location of the property. There was a beautiful park just a few blocks down. I also really loved the pool area the property had as well. It was secluded and relaxing. The actual apartment was very comfy and clean when we got there. It was very nice to also have a sofa bed to relax in the living room area as well. The kitchen was very well equipped and has a lot of space. The only thing I did not like was the setup the bathroom. It was all one floor so when showering, the water would always end up near the sink and toilet which left the entire bathroom wet. And there also was no counter space for any hygiene items we brought to use.

Parking public proche à 20$ les 24h. L’appartement loué pour 4 personnes ne comprenait que 2 serviettes et 2 oreillers pas de couverture pour le sofa bed.nous avons attendu 1 heure la personne pour avoir tout cela. Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas. Il y avait assez de vaisselle pour tout le monde et l’appartement était vraiment chouette. Je recommande vraiment casa Gaby pour votre séjour à Miami beach.
• Denise (9/5): I love staying at Casa Gaby - Love the location of Casa Gaby, it is close to where my friend lives. It is so quiet in the unit that I slept until noon one day! The bed was extremely comfortable. I love walking out to the pool, it's very relaxing. I enjoy staying here for Art Basel and will stay here again. Very friendly office staff. Perhaps the sliding glass doors to the closet in the master bedroom could get some.new rollers so it slides more easily.

• Kelley (9/5): Great place in paradise! - It was the perfect size for our family of 3. Great location everything in walking distance and you felt safe. Clean and easy to check in and out very accommodating. You are close enough to all the action but yet far enough away for quiet time. I would stay here again. It would be nice to have an extra blanket and pillow for the couch bed. I would also suggest hand towels and wash clothes. Some extra towels for the pool would be nice. It would also be nice to be able to swim later then 8pm but not that this will keep me from booking again or suggesting the place to friends.

Water in the stand in shower shower head literally drips with no steady water pressure. the floors were dirty and sofas were heavily soiled and stained. a simple shampoo machine clean up would have done the job. all bed linen had small stains on them. the house did not supply any hand towels, adequate toilet paper nor soap. the walls and corners had old residue and needed to be touched up with paint. pool seemed dirty thus we did not use it.
• Javaughn (8/5): Great location in South Beach with easy access to all areas of Miami, and a clean and comfortable space to relax. - I loved that I had a pool available and it was seamless keyless entry to the property and apartment. It was also very clean and a decent sized space for two. My only issue was the layout of the shower. Though I understand the functionality of it, the shower needed to be more modernized.

• Tiffany (1/5): the property was horrible. do not believe the reviews. i was very disappointed and will not go back. - i didn’t like nothing about it. the property wasn’t clean at all. in fact they had to put us in another unit and it wasn’t clean either. we wasn’t satisfied at all and did not stay one night here. first unit the kitchen smelled like pee and had mold on dish washer. the bed boards was dirty in all rooms. one of the rooms didn’t have air. A leg was broke on one of the decorative chairs in the living room. bath rooms wasn’t not clean. couches was dirty and had mold on them. second unit wasn’t no better. it rained in one of the rooms and had a puddle of water in the floor. tub was dirty and showers had mold in them. bed boards had stains on them sheets was dingy. we left the first night and still haven’t received a refund and that was a month ago. this a scam and I’ll never book with them. matter of fact I’m done with booking.com period. that was $3300 wasted 😔
• Cristian (6/5): decent place for the price - location was good close to attractive areas and food easy to find and coded entry to property and apartment a/c wasn’t working properly was 80 degrees inside shower knobs where loose with really low water pressure add said 2 parking spots but when arrived was told that car couldn’t be parked after 6pm and had to find a garage also checkout is 11 which is fine just make sure your out in time cause they will come in @11 to start cleaning “no late checkout available”
• Alexander (3/5): Arguing instead of making holiday. - Area is very good, very good price. Although we were booking for 5 people (3 nights) the flat had only 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed. First we should pay $400 extra for a larger flat which I of course declined. After lots of arguing we finally were offered another flat with no extra charge on the second day afternoon, but by then we have already arranged ourselves and don't wanted to spend all our 3 days of time with only arguing and moving. On the plus side, we at least have received a air mattress... We are a very uncomplicated family, so we could manage, but for others this is very likely a total nogo.

Was not worth the money! Do not book! I have pictures to confirm all this. Also you are not allowed in the backyard after 8pm. No noise allowed while the neighbors can be loud.

Never heard from property manager till our plane landed that afternoon in Florida. Was stressed that we didn’t even have a reservation since no one was communicating with me. Very clean. Few things to improve, bathroom fixtures for shower were not working properly . No lid on toilet and NO shelves to sit any toiletries in whole bathroom. Pool area was nice. No extra blankets for pull out bed in living room.
• Michael M. (8/5): Better than the reviews - Great neighborhood, Miami is a city . It’s a mix of all income and nationalities. If you feel unsafe it’s .. you. You get a lot of space for a good price. You are located close to Whole Foods, Walgreens, park,restaurants. Walk around! Citibike rental close by. It’s not the Ritz , nor is it $500 a night. Basic apartment rental. I met nice people staying there.

• Jaz (8/5): - I liked the fact that the apartment was big enough for 10 guest!! It was clean besides a mildew smell and just overall moisture in the air. I recommend getting a dehumidifier. We didn't have any face towels and had to get sheets from each of the other beds in order to accommodate people that slept on the couch. But i will say that overall i was very pleased and can't complain to much because we booked this place that morning because of another place canceling last minute through booking.com! So the fact that they got the place cleaned and ready to accommodate 10 people on such short notice was a huge plus. It's in a great area where you honestly can walk to the beach or catch freebie ride or lyft/uber for little if nothing. Also the back yard was wonderful hangout spot and very comfy. All the other guest staying in the other units were wonderful and we were all surprisingly from the midwest so we enjoyed the sunshine. I'd definitely stay here again.

• serge (6/5): décu nous ne reviendrons jamais dans cette endroit - le positif , la plage est tout près , magasins publix a proximité pour faire les courses , location vélo juste a coté . la taille de l'appartement est convenable pour les vacances , une connexion internet correcte . le négatif et il y en a un paquet ! pas de vaisselle obligé d'allez acheter une poele une casserole et des couverts en plastic ; Les draps ne nous on pas été changer pendants notre séjour de 11 jours , très bruillant a cause des voisins qui ce réunissent autour de la piscine pour faire la fete toute la nuit ( barbecue , alcool , musique tout y es impossible de dormir ) personne n'est venue nous demander si notre séjour ce passais bien et si nous avions besoin de quelque chose ! pas très pro tout ca . Le canapé lit n'est pas confortable du tout pour y dormir . a notre grande surprise nous y avons trouver un espece de cafard . Personne a qui s'adresser en cas de besoin .
• Marcela (8/5): Beware NOT a Hotel - This is not a hotel this is an Apartment building where you book a small apartment. There is no gym, no front desk, no lobby, no breakfast area and no daily cleaning. You have to call them before getting to the apartment and then someone will drive up and come inside the room with you and explain. Then they will ask you for a credit card which they will take a picture of with their phone, this is the part that made me feel uneasy. I was on business trip so I was busy the entire week. I didn’t like that they are on Hotels.com but they are not a hotel and they charge for daily cleaning and also charge you if you want more towels.

• Diego (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE. 100 dolar cleaning fee hidden - DISASTER DO NOT STAY HERE. The room was tempting price but it has a 100 dolar hidden fee for cleaning, it is not a hotel, I could not check in and they charged me the room and the cleaning fee.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was close to ocean drive! My only problem was there were huge bugs everywhere. We had cockroaches in the kitchen and found water bugs In bedroom! I told the staff hopefully they take care of problem
• Dee (8/5): Love the pool in the front - First thing I feel that the pictures were a bit misleading, some showing a kitchen with a washer/dryer and some didn't. So I went in thinking we had a washer and dryer. When we got there the property manager said only 4 bedroom units had a washer and dryer. So if that's the case those pictures shouldn't be posted with 1 bedroom units. Nonetheless the apartment was given very clean and smelled great! The attention was great. If we needed towels or extra paper towels they came in right away. A lot of the handles/knobs were loose, including the shower knob and towel hangers. That could use some help but otherwise comfy unit. The fridge and kitchen was clean and spacious. I had more than enough utensils and pots/pans to cook. So overall very good stay and I definitely recommend it for anyone who doesn't need a washer and dryer lol
• Tara (10/5): Cozy apartment near attractions - My husband & I enjoyed our stay here. It was within 15 walk to nightlife & the beach. The pool was nice and the room was nice and clean.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - We had a great stay at Casa Gaby! The unit we stayed in has clearly been newly renovated, it is very cute and very clean. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Our iron was broken and after calling, someone came out with a new iron right away. They also offered to keep our luggage for the afternoon after checking out and before our flight which was a huge help. There's a cute little pool outside with tons of lounge chairs to relax in. It's also in walking distance from everything in South Beach. I'd stay here again!
• david (10/5): Casa Gaby review - great value. the pool area was super. our one bedroom unit was very spacious. the one suggestion we have is to let guests know ahead of time the they need to bring a few items for their comfort: washcloths, hand towels, dish towel, dishwasher detergent, kleenex, hair dryer, hand soap. also it would be helpful to add some lighting to the outside gate area, as it is hard to enter a pass code in the dark. finally, it would be helpful to add a small soap basket to the shower area to hold a bar of soap.

• Stedman (2/5): Unpleasant Stay - I stayed in unit D, which is in the rear of the complex and has excellent access to the pool/courtyard. Unfortunately they charge an absurdly high tax and recovery fee of $138.99 for 2 nights and a deposit of at least $250 is required. Parking is a nightmare, even for Miami Beach, they require a $100 cash deposit plus $10 per night for the parking permit AND you aren't even guaranteed a parking space. The complex has no lighting, not at the entrance gate or in the courtyard, completely dark at night. NO PRIVACY. Window in shower faces 2nd story of adjacent apartment building, people can definitely see in, there should be blinds or a curtain. Overall the apartment was sub-par, especially for the price. Small details like no toilet paper, broken remotes, insufficient kitchen utensils, etc, etc added up to a very unpleasant stay. The owners of this 'hotel" failed to represent it accurately so I can only recommend Casa Gaby as an absolute last resort

• Damon (10/5): Casa Gaby - Had a Great time staying here. They were able to let us check in earlier than normal and the manager was very nice. The place itself while not new brand new was very well kept up and clean. Perfect size for you if you want something bigger with more privacy than your normal hotel room.In our case we were a couple plus one friend and wanted more privacy then a hotel room with two beds in it. The full kitchen was a big plus. There was no onsite house cleaning service but we were there for 4 days and had more than enough towels and toiletries. It was also located in a neighborhood that was nice and quiet. Not to far from good restaurants ,Lincoln Road or the beach, all within walking distance or a $5 uber ride. Definitely would recommend it.
• Michael (6/5): Just okay - The parking situation was difficult ... hard to find a parking spot. Also, inadequate window coverings ... wasn't sure if people could see in or not.
• Tangeia (8/5): Twins Take Miami 4th of July Trip - The stay was nice. Jay was very accommodating despite having a million people to check in. The air kept going on and off once other parties checked into the surrounding apartments, but I let Kay know and he came over to check himself brought us fans in the meantime and immediately sent maintenance over to further assess the issue and it was fixed by the time we came back to the room for the night. It's not like a "hotel" with daily cleaning or new towels, but for a group of 20 somethings that didn't bother us too much. It's like a little neighborhood meeting and interacting with other parties since the property is so small. Upon 1st glance I questioned if I wanted to stay there it looked a little beat up on the outside but the apartment itself was dated by nicely decorated. We did not like that we could not be in the pool past 8 but with there being no lights we got over that quickly too. It actually became the joke between all the parties there for the 4th of July weekend checking each other and making sure everyone was out by 8pm. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again especially for the pricing.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Hidden fees - WORST place I have stayed in Miami for the price. We thought the room was $99.00 per night... But there was a hidden additional $127.00 was added for taxes and fees which was ridiculous for how subpar this room was. I would not even pay $60 a night to stay here, much less $226.00 for this room. We could have stayed at a resort on the beach for that amount. Do not stay here
• Samantha (8/5): - First time in Miami, when I booked the room I was left under the impression there will be a washer and dryer in the room from the pictures posted. So that was a big factor as to why I picked Casa Gaby since my stay was more than a week. Luckily there was a laundry mat close by. And there was no room service. Only when I spotted a lady cleaning one of the rooms, I was able to request fresh towels. Aside from that, the apartment was nice and spacious. Would recommend.
• yulia (8/5): - Great clean apartment has everything you need 10 minutes away from the beach 2 blocks away from Whole Foods and pharmacy there's a nice tree covered Street next to the tennis courts a few blocks away staff is very friendly there is a pool and front yard shared by three or four more Apartments very quiet and nice we had a great stay if your renting a car they will also accommodate you with the low-cost parking permit there's a lot of parking around for that
