- Baldip (8/5): Great location, modern! - The location is excellent walking distance to Taskim square. The rooms were very modern and clean, comfortable beds and loads of pillows. Very quiet atmosphere at night. The Hotel is located on a very steep road. But really which roads in Istanbul area not?

Alle anderen Zimmer, vor allem die zur Strassenseite, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit Die Lage ist etwas zwiegespalten: der Ausblick vom Zimmer zum Bosporus ist echt einmalig, die Treppensteigerei um zum Taksim zu kommen ist schon etwas nervig

Personal ist auch durchgehend vor Ort ansprechbar. Der "Balkon" von unserem gebuchten Zimmer, weshalb wir vor Ort ein Upgrade gemacht haben.

- Eriks (2/5): If possible, I highly recommend choosing to stay somewhere else. - There were two good things here, the staff and the view from the balcony. The apartment is crying out for renovation. The soundproofing was very poor - you can hear what your neighbors are watching on TV, when someone moves in the corridor, or when the elevator arrives. There is a fan or something like that running in the apartment all the time, sometimes louder, sometimes quieter, but there is never a moment of silence in the apartment.

Mustafa was very helpful thanks to him The location was in an ascending street. The staff not mustafa but a Kazakh front office boy tried to scam us an made us pay for ‘dirt’ on the bedsheet which was irrelevant. He was rude as well.

Pictures on Booking seem very nice, but we were placed in a pretty old room with wear signs everywhere: walls, floor, kitchen, etc. It might be okay in general but it's not the expecation we had before checking in. Would be good to do a bit of renovation in the rooms. Also the hotel is located on a hill which makes it hard to walk around.

- Aidan Pietro (3/5): Good hotel conditions, but the experience was overshadowed. - Overall, the hotel was clean; we were particularly happy with the cleaning service, although we didn't used the kitchen at all. The staff were attentive. Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff were attentive, and the general level of service was good. However, the handling of the airport transfer was highly unprofessional. We were initially quoted €70, yet when I requested the same service closer to my departure, the price had increased to €85, justified by “rising fuel costs.” A price change of this scale within such a short timeframe, without any prior indication that rates were variable, felt arbitrary and inconsistent. We were also encouraged to pay in cash, which further undermined the sense of transparency one would expect. We had booked the transfer for 6:00 AM to ensure a smooth departure for our international flight. However, when we went downstairs at the agreed time, it became clear that the car was not there and the arrangement had not been properly managed, creating confusion and uncertainty at a critical moment. Only after we firmly raised our concerns was a replacement vehicle arranged. This caused unnecessary stress and forced us to rush to the airport at an uncomfortably high speed in order to avoid missing our flight. This was not simply about timing, but about the lack of organization at a crucial moment. We also never clearly understood how this issue occurred, as we had booked, prepaid, and later on reconfirmed the transfer with reception the evening before. As a result, what should have been a smooth end to our stay turned into a stressful and disappointing conclusion. Taken together, this experience reflected a lack of consistency and coordination in a service that should be straightforward and dependable, which was particularly disappointing for a hotel of this standard. The hotel is also located in a notably steep area, as mentioned in other reviews. While we were prepared, it was more challenging than expected. We managed as young guests but it may not be suitable for everyone.

- Saad (4/5): تجربة ولا تعاد - الموقع ممتاز جداً لكن للناس اللي ماعندها مشكله بالارتفاعات لان الوصول له صعب سواء وانت نازل او طالع. الموظفين كانوا جدا جدا لبقين ومحترمين. النظافه لك عليها. اقامتي كانت 5 ايام ومع ذلك مايغيرون ادوات التنظيف بدوره المياه. موقع الفندق كويس لكن الوصول له متعب متعب متعب جدا وليتني صدقت كلام الناس بالتعليقات. غير متعاونين في وقت الخروج. الغرف صغيره بالواقع وليست مثل الصور ابدا.

В предложенном номере было очень узкое окно, и номер был очень тёмный. Пришлось поменять номер и доплатить, но и в том номере было темновато (такой дизайн).

- Balázs (8/5): - A lokáció nagyon jó volt. A szoba ízlésesen volt kialakìtva és berendzve. A személyzet nagyon segítőkész volt. A párom otthagyta az ékszereit és az útlevelét és azonnal utánunk küldték taxival a kérésemre. A konyha nem túl felszerelt. Konyhai eszközök, éles kés, szivacs, mosogatószer, ilyesmi nem volt. Kérésemre hoztak kést, szivacsot és mosogatószert, de aki itt szeretne főzni, az hozzon magával mindent.

- Verdiana (8/5): Buon rapporto qualità prezzo - Struttura molto carina e in una buona posizione. Buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La nostra stanza era al piano terra e quindi un po rumorosa poiché vicinissima alla porta d’ingresso. La stanza rispecchiava le foto anche se si vede che è un po usurata.
- Adnan (5/5): Würde ich keinem empfehlen. - Die Aussicht vom Balkon ich habe in Ihrem Hotel eine Suite gebucht und auch entsprechend bezahlt. Bei meiner Ankunft musste ich jedoch feststellen, dass mir lediglich ein kleines Standardzimmer zugewiesen mit kleinen Balkon wurde. Der ganze Raum füllt sich sehr bedrückend an weil die Decke so tief ist.Der ganze Raum ist für kleine Menschen gedacht. Dies entspricht weder meiner Buchung noch dem von mir gezahlten Preis. Ich empfinde dieses Vorgehen als inakzeptabel und irreführend. Eine solche Abweichung stellt für mich eine klare Fehlleistung dar. Ich habe mich bewusst für eine Suite entschieden und erwarte, die gebuchte Leistung auch zu erhalten. Ich habe Das Hotelpersonal informiert und erklärt dass ich unzufrieden bin. Die Lösung war das ich darauf den Tag die Suite bekommen würde weil die aktuelle gebucht ist. Leider wurde auch am folgenden Tag nichts gemacht und somit habe ich alle 5 Tagen im klein Zimmer verbracht. Ich war zudem Zeitpunkt sehr eingeschränkt und hatte ehrlich gesagt überhaupt keine Kraft und nerven um mich zu kümmern . Vom Hotel Seite ist das alles eine reine abzocke und deswegen würde ich niemanden empfehlen da zu bleiben…!
