• Paraskevi (4/5): Απογοητευτικό - Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική! Γύρω απο το ξενοδοχείο,υπάρχουν σουπερ μαρκετ, ρεστοράν και οτι χρειάζεται, αλλα και συγκοινωνια ακριβως από έξω. Το εμφιαλωμένο νερο που επινες στο δωματιο παρεχονταν δωρεαν και οι παντοφλες επισης. Τα ντους ηταν ευρύχωρα και ανετα. Ειχαμε ενοικιασει 2 δωματια και αλλο ενα που μετα απο παραπονα μας αλλαξαν, επειδη ηταν προβληματικό. Σε ολες τις τουαλετες, τα καπακια ηταν μικροτερα και δεν μπορουσες να καθισεις άνετα, χωρις να ακουμπας το κατω μέρος της τουαλέτας . Επίσης στο ενα δωματιο ηταν και βρωμικη και το καζανάκι έτρεχε όλη μέρα. Ώσπου να στειλουν καποιον να το φτιαξουν, μια ολόκληρη μερα δεν μπορουσαμε να την χρησιμοποιήσουμε! Στο ίδιο δωμάτιο, στο ντους οταν το ανοιγαμε, το νερό ετρεχε πανω σου από μια τρυπα που ειχε στο ταβανι! Η επικοινωνία ηταν γενικως δύσκολη καθώς άλλη γλώσσα δεν μιλούσε κάνεις. Οταν ζητησαμε, λόγω ταλαιπωρίας, τα χρηματα πισω για την ημέρα μόνο που χάσαμε, ωσπου να φτιαχτει η τουαλέτα και για να αλλαξουμε δωμάτιο, ενας απο τους υπευθυνους αχισε να φωναζει και σηκωθηκε και εφυγε!

• Rachid (5/5): Bien situado pero si te importa tu privacidad éste no es tu hotel - a solamente unas paradas de tram del centro histórico. El desayuno era pésimo. No se respeta la privacidad en las habitaciones, aunque pongas “do not disturb” el personal de la limpieza entra igualmente a la habitación.

Un grand merci à tout le personnel pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse, et une mention spéciale à Monsieur Emir qui nous a énormément aidés et a contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

• Cortez (10/5): - Diligencia y amabilidad del personal. Desayuno tipo bufete ahorraba tiempo. Diseño interior. Baño bastante lindo, ascensor y pasillos con categoría. Limpieza diaria del cuarto. Lo peor de todo fue el olor humo de cigarro que se colaba al cuarto a pesar de haber especificado que queria un area libre de humo. Parecia que la gente de recepcion y vecinos fumaban. La tapa de la poceta estaba un poco manchada, o decolorizada. Me habría gustado la opcion de una iluminación blanca en el centro del cuarto aparte de la amarilla que tenia.

• JUAN LUIS (8/5): - El hotel es muy acogedor. Limpio. Personal muy agradable Tienes que coger el tranvía. Se encuentra a 15 minutos en tranvía de la plaza Surtanahmet. Un tranvía que va lleno de gente como una lata de sardinas.

• Mariam (9/5): On a adoré. - J’ai beaucoup apprécié le personnel qui étaient très gentils avec nous, le lieu de l’hôtel aussi est très bien, proche des transports en commun. C’est un hôtel très propre rien à dire !! Un tapis de prière est dans l’armoire c’est très mignon comme attention. Peut être que la chambre était un peu petite quand même avec nos valises..

• Miguel (10/5): - Every time I come to Istanbul I choose to stay at the Central Hotel. The location is excellent, just in front of the tram stop, and close to everywhere. The staff is very friendly and always willing to assist us.

• NADERA (3/5): Pas de confort - La chambre était salle j’ai dû nettoyer le plancher moi même j’ai des photos les serviettes troué, pas d’équipement fonctionnel voir assez dangereux la prise c’est détacher du mur en laissant les filles électricité dénuder qui pouvez m’électrocute, petit déjeuner pas très frais sur certains produits. je souhaite un remboursent j’ai des vidéos du plancher salle que j’ai nettoyer L’équipement, le plancher salle, et la bouffe.
