Guner K (9/5): Uitstekend hotel/appartement combinatie! - Goed bereikbaar, genoeg parkeerplekken in onderliggende garage, goede zwem en sportfaciliteiten. Je kunt al zwemmen vroeg in de ochtend, na 07:00, dat is handig als je even uurtje wilt bewegen voor het ontbijt. Ontbijt is goed! Kamers zijn schoon en in de keuken heb je alles wat je nodig hebt. Er wordt elke dag schoongemaakt en ook bijzonder vind ik dat elke dag nieuwe handdoeken worden geplaatst! Ideaal hotel/appartement voor verblijf in Istanbul! Niets tegengevallen!

Alexander (8/5): Comfortable stay but a little far away from the highlights in the city - We had a nice stay at the hotel, the apartment was spacious enough and it was in a good condition. The check-in went smoothly with luggage being brought up quickly, and also other information requests were answered & followed-up quickly. Housekeeping service was good, the maid Fatmanur did a good job. The hotel is located near a few small shops & restaurants as well as a big mall with supermarket. Bear in mind that it is not close to a metro station so you would need to take public transportation to get to a metro station and further explore the city. For cooking, the apartment can be furnished a lot more, with cooking equipment and maybe some basic stuff like salt/pepper/oil/etc. Another thing is that the TV has no option to play popular apps such as Netflix, Prima, Youtube, etc. This makes the choices for non-Turkish guests a bit limited.
Maria (8/5): I hope this feedback helps the hotel management improve even further and reach that perfect score next time. If I return - We had a very pleasant stay overall and I would gladly recommend this hotel. The reception staff was exceptional, especially the gentleman who checked us in — very kind, professional, and attentive to our needs. The bed linens were clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the parking access was very easy and convenient. However, there are a few aspects that kept me from giving a perfect 10. We rented an apartment for 4 people and, perhaps because we were given a different room, there were not enough towels for everyone, and slippers and bathrobes were missing as well. That being said, after informing the reception the next day, the gentleman at the desk promptly brought us everything we requested, which we truly appreciated. I would also suggest paying a bit more attention to the details when it comes to cleanliness. The kitchen furniture, as well as some of the mirrors in the rooms, had visible stains and marks. As I mentioned, if the cleanliness had been at the same level as the rest of the services and facilities, I would have happily given a 10.

Upon our arrival, we experienced an issue with our room. However, Mr. Munir and his team addressed the matter promptly and efficiently. Within less than an hour of reporting the issue, they not only resolved the problem but also upgraded us to a larger, more exclusive apartment, which we truly appreciated. I would also like to commend the excellent cleanliness standards and room service. In particular, Ms. Fatmanur (if I recall her name correctly) provided marvelous service throughout our stay. The hotel also offered excellent parking facilities, a wonderful breakfast selection, and a highly supportive team that was always available whenever needed. I highly recommend this property, especially for guests planning a longer stay. Thank you once again for the amazing service and hospitality.

Not sure if it was due to the fan or vent causing air flow from other rooms to come to our bathroom. Room wasnt as clean as we would've liked. Especially the shower had mould on the bottom of the glass door.. The shower needs upgrading as there was only a small shower head which was annoying to shower with.

Murat Ethem (9/5): A nice house like property valuable for families - The property has enough space foe a family of 4 assuming children are small . All appliances were in good working conditions though not the most sustainability orientated ones. The kitchen amenities were at bare minimum , requires some attention . WiFi was good , cleaning staff and all others we have encountered were great . On site restaurant was good with limited working hours . The gym has enough equipment though some needed maintenance . The mall next door gives you a lot od choices for f&b The AC remotes were not available therefore your only vent option were windows whlch at the height of building and it’s windy environment was not the optimum. The location is not suitable for city walkers or people wants to visit older parts of Istanbul

Muhammad (10/5): 2nd time coming here - I loved everything! Especially how it felt like a home and most things were provided for. I love how clean and premium everything felt! This is actually our second time coming here and it definitely did not let us down and see us coming again in the future Also a special thanks to Fatimanur (the woman who cleaned our room) excellent cleaning, nice personality and one of the reasons we had such a good experience!! The only thing that was disappointing was that the check out is at 12 pm so basically one day counts as nothing. Be careful when booking and add an extra day if your flight is late

Demirtas (10/5): - Camerele sunt spațioase, hotelul este localizat în apropierea magazinelor și restaurantelor. Am avut un mic incident care s a rezolvat după mai bine de jumătate de ora de așteptat în recepție. Am primit o camera pentru persoane cu dizabilități, cu baie foarte incomodă.

MEHMET KEMAL (10/5): Fantastic stay - It's in an ideal location with quick access to the main roads and a very lively town center closeby. Not to mention a medium sized mall with everyhing you need. The room was very clean and the housekeeping service was seamless. There's a carpark which is very useful. Denis (10/5): Рекомендую для проживания от 5 дней. - Просторный номер, отличная звукоизоляция. Удобные кровати, качественное белье. Вид из окна 36 этажа. Вежливый, не навязчивый персонал. Вкусные завтраки. Бассейн и сауна, зачет. Рядом Мигрос в торговом центе, также есть фуд корд. Автобусная остановка около отеля. Все просьбы которые я просил, были выполнены полностью. В номере: ламинат на полу уже очень старый, местами сильно протерт и расходится. Поменяйте сковороды, очень сильно все пригорает когда готовишь. Купите с антипригарным покрытием. Поменяйте вешалки, очень не удобно вешать одежду. Плохо сливается вода в душевой кабине.

Cosy, clean, with comfortable beds, very helpful personnel, big shopping mall beside with grocery shop and food court, and wonderful view of Istanbul from our 39 floor. Tasty breakfast. A bit noisy sometimes, and lack of dishes to cook some meal. But it is not so significant.

Levent (9/5): Fijne luxe ruime hotel met een prachtig uitzicht over Istanbul - Hele mooie hotel met een mooie overzicht over de stad en heel comfortabel met een gezin met 2 aparte kamers en zwembad, fitness en sauna. We hebben als gezin erg genoten en zijn nu voor de 2e keer naar dit hotel geweest. Wifi dekking is wel goed maar wifi snelheid is soms In de avond wat minder goed. Niet een grote probleem maar zou ik wel als tip willen geven om aan te pakken (indien mogelijk)

Marc (8/5): Uitstekende uitvalsbasis buiten het centrum voor een bezoek aan het Aziatische deel van Istanbul - Fijne plek, schoon, stil en veel voorzieningen. Eigen garage was erg gunstig. Helaas geen tijd gehad om gebruik te maken van het zwembad. Ontvangst aan de balie was vriendelijk en ook het uitchecken ging razendsnel De badkamer is wat klein voor verblijf met twee personen, je loopt elkaar wat in de weg. Een apart toilet is dan handiger, net als een spiegel en wat handdoeken in de keuken. Verder geen noemenswaardige opmerkingen
