Il y a un énorme chantier de construction pas très loin et qui fonctionne 24h/24h 7j/7j, réveil obligatoire à 8h30. L'isolation phonique est aussi problématique avec la chambre d'à côté, on entendait la tv du voisin !

Breakfast was good variety and hotter than most buffets I have been to. Would have liked to be a bit closer to other restaurants and MRT but the walks were worth it. The rooms were clean, the others facilities we did not use from lack of time trying to fit our itinerary into the one week. But did check them out and other guests were using them.

Bussi ja metroyhteys Somersetin asemalle, sieltä pieni kävelymatka hotellille. Hotellin sisäänkäynti oli kyllä vähän hassu sijainniltaan,takapuolella taloa.

The pool was amazing for us all to use. The breakfast offered was exceptional, good variety and choice. All the staff were kind and caring, attentive to all our needs. We had a late flight home on our last day, so the kind offer to store our luggage and the opportunity to use the pool before we departed was perfect in entertaining a three year old. We would love to return again and would definitely make enquiries to stay at this hotel again as the location to transport hubs and local amenities was perfect. No negatives to this hotel. All perfect.
• Morning15 (8/5): Nice apartment in a good location but could be better with a few additions and upgrades. - Breakfast was okay with some variety changes each day. Location was very good. Staff helpful. Shower not working properly as it was cold water flowing out until it was fixed. Kitchen didn't have enough supplies e.g. utensils, saucepan etc. No hot water in the kitchen area to wash dishes etc. which caused a problem as there isn't a dishwasher. Room towels and swimming towels could have been of a better quality.

• Phillip (10/5): Very relaxing family holiday, wanted for nothing. - The 2-bedroom unit was clean and perfect for my family of 4, full kitchen, washing machine/dryer, huge double bed, walk through robe, 2 bathrooms and toilets. There is a 24hr full size supermarket underneath which came in very handy. It is located a short walk (400 metres) from Somerset MRT. From there you can travel anywhere in Singapore very cheaply. The in-house breakfast has a wide variety of food to suit most people's taste. We had breakfast included in the price of our stay. There are an assortment of local food vendors and multiple restaurants all on the same street.

• Tracey (7/5): Loved the room, the breakfast and great to be so close to everything - It was very clean, close to lots of restaurants, orchardgateway and the MRT. So easy to access all of Singapore’s amazing things to do. Great having a 24hr supermarket on site. Having a small kitchen and dining area was great. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and so good it was included. The gym was adequate for this size property and well maintained and clean around pool area. The pool area! The very few pool loungers were broken, there was only 1 umbrella so it was too hot to lounge by the pool. The pool is also not heated and was so cold. There is no cafe on site so you cannot get a drink around the pool and signs everywhere for no food or drink. The room was also freezing and you can’t adjust the aircon, which made clicking and noises all night!

The air con worked perfectly. The staff, when there was a hiccup with my room, fixed it immediately. Being given the incorrect type of room for the first night, until we told the staff the next morning, then it was amended immediately.

The rooms are spacious with e - Location is excellent, very close to heart of the city and so easy to get around. I arranged for a parcel to be delivered. I let the front desk know in the morning and when we returned that afternoon we were greeted and handed the parcel. There was also a note left in our room to notify us it had arrived, had we not see them earlier to collect. It has a mini market at the bottom that is open 24hrs. Nothing, it was all fantastic

• Nestor Legion (8/5): Great little place to stay. - The location is close to Orchard Rd about 10 min slow walk which opens up a whole world of opportunities in terms of food and connectivity to the rest of the city/country. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the ground floor. The food is staple and mostly asian and a bit of western oriented meals including fresh fruit, pastries, coffee and juices. Linen is changed 3 days a week (with no option to not change on these days) (but with the option to change linen more frequently if needed by placing a note/holder on the pillow). The apartment had a large fridge freezer, an induction cooking range and a washing machine. Shower was powerful and lots of hot water, great after a long and hard day of work. Lovely front door staff, each one of them who were friendly, kind and great hosts. There are a few popular food joints close by including Mama Shelter which had great food choices. The wifi was in the mediocre or poor range with all my devices intermittently cutting out. I used my phone hotspot as I needed a reliable connection.

• Reiner (5/5): Einer meiner wenigen Reisewünsche als Rentner! Singapur sehr sauber und perfekt, Hotel......??? - Geräumiges Zimmer mit kleinem Bad in Ordnung. Lage gut, MRT-Station in 5 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Emails werden weder beantwortet, noch Hinweise vom Buchenden beachtet! Der Stress begann bei Anreise!!! Zum Zimmerservice: Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. An Feiertagen und Wochenende (3 Tage, Chinesisches Neujahr und Wochenende 2 Tage) von 9 Übernachtungen, weder Zimmerservice noch Handtuchwechsel. Auf Anfrage bei der Rezeption sollte erledigt werden, ohne Erfolg. Hauskeeping per Telefon erreichbar, hat zumindest zweimal in 5 Tagen Handtücher gewechselt. Trockenreinigung des Zimmerbodens, Bodenreinigung Bad mit benutzen Handtüchern! Wohlfühlfaktor gleich NULL! Langweiliges Frühstück in nettem Restaurant ohne tgl. Abwechslung.

• Karl (9/5): We loved the location - staff were very friendly, 0- - Apartment was large - kitchenette, washer/dryer were fantastic to have - all very clean and modern. Perfect location 2 mins walk from Orchard Road. Nothing really - was a great find!
