- Joseph (10/5): Fantastic value for the price. - It's not the Ritz Carlton, but it is a spectacular value for the price. Every time I have work at Camp Fuji, I stay here. It's right by the station and along good bus lines. It's comfortable enough. The breakfast is fantastic. The carpet looks like it hasnt been replaced since the 1970's, which gives the impression of it being run down, despite it being an excellently administered hotel.

- HIROMI (8/5): - 今回は御殿場アウトレットの旅で利用しました。アウトレットからは無料のバスが御殿場駅まであり、ホテルも駅目の前で便利で迷うことなく到着できました。施設はやや古さがありましたが、清潔な感じがありました。朝食も美味しかったです。特にスクランブルエッグが美味しく気に入りました！ 富士山🗻も朝から全面が見え大満足です！

- Nicholas (8/5): - Staff were very helpful and went out of there way to assist, one staff member even chased us up the street to ensure we had the correct directions for the local supermarket, not great English but used a translating service whenever in doubt. Dated property but clean and well priced. Very convenient location across the road from train and bus station. Staff held our bags whilst we climbed Mt Fuji and checked back in following day. Slept well, great view of Fuji, charming place, not the most modern but made up for but lovely staff, recommended.
- Aurore Eyma (6/5): Very good for Mt Fuji climbers - If you are here for one night, on your way to hike Mt Fuji, this is perfect for you! Next to the train and bus station that takes you to 5th station. Breakfast is included and there is a lot of choice, ideal before the hike! There is a lot of samples available (creams etc). Our room faced Mt Fuji (just by chance) and it was the best view. We were allowed to leave our bags and suitcases after check out whilst we were doing our hike overnight which was great!! This hotel is really run down... Like 80s dream turned horror film! It is practical in all aspects but expect wall paper coming off, facilities at least 30 years old etc

- MAN CHI (8/5): - 房間超級大，雖然比較殘舊一些，早餐也不錯，地理位置非常好，酒店位於火車站及巴士站旁邊，非常方便，附近有二十四小時營業的AEON，而且餐廳選擇非常多，營業至深夜，對於有小朋友的家庭是一個不錯的選擇！

- Keithlhk (8/5): Serves our purpose - Firstly, i want to state that we opted to stay at this hotel for one reason , that it’s across from the train station and to facilitate our shopping at Gotemba outlet. For that reason alone, this hotel serves its purpose. That the staff were helpful, free liquor and curry rice provided during evening hours, good selection of restaurants around, meant I gave it 4 stars. The 2 star less was because the hotel itself is very dated and old . But it’s just for a night, not an issue to me.

- Hiroaki (2/5): 家族連れには不向きのホテル - 子連れ4人で滞在。今後は使用しません。 家族用の部屋を予約しましたが、バスタブとシャワー、トイレが同じ部屋にあり、複数人数での宿泊に適してません。 ビジネスホテルと全く同じ作りにがっかりしました。テレビも一名部屋用のサイズでした。 更にはバスタブに黒カビ、タオルおよび枕が一名分不足しておりました。ウォシュレットも洗面台の水を先に出さないと機能せず、非常に不便でした。 家族での宿泊はお勧めしません。
- ? (6/5): - 正直内装ボロボロだしトイレのウォシュレットは熱くて温度調節できないしで不満点はあるけど駅前、飲食店街の中ということで利便性はピカ一なのでリピートしてもいいかなってかんじです。 今回は翌日雨でゴルフ中止したのでゆったり朝ごはん食べましたが美味しかったです

Several restaurants in the area. Looks a bit old fashioned and carpets in the corridors are worn out. But the room was clean.

The room is small, and it was still in 80s-90s style. There was no space to open two luggages. The bathroom requires a big step to walk up, which is inconvenient to children and elderly. It should have shown clearly in the website so that customers can decide to stay or not beforehand.

- Melanie (9/5): Good Stay - Mt Fuji view, accommodating staffs. No air conditioning, despite having air conditioning listed in the available facilities, so we had to open our windows. Luckily, we were given fans for all 3 rooms we occupied.

- Jiro (4/5): - 施設が古く、駐車場も分かりづらく遠い。2人で申し込みしましたが1人分のアメニティしか有りませんでした。コスト面を考慮すればやむを得ないか？
- TERUYA (8/5): - 到着しましたら、20時までのウェルカムドリンクとカレーのサーヴィスがあり、朝食が盛り沢山のバイキングで良かったです。 お部屋も快適でした。

- KEI (8/5): 富士山が綺麗に見えるが…。 - 部屋は清潔でとても良かったですが、窓が防火用で富士山が網状に見えたのが残念です。 あとは、浴槽の下部分に白テープが貼ってあるもののカビではないかと言うものが見えた。 バスルームの段差も気になります。 チェックイン等の対応は大変良かったです。

- Yumi (2/5): - 兎に角、汚い。ロビーも廊下も部屋は最悪に汚い。 壁紙は剥がれてる。狭い。 もう、絶対に泊まらない。 絶対に泊まらない方がいい。 近くにルートインがあるのを知らなかった。知っていれば、ルートインにした。 ホントに最悪。

- Verified traveler (4/5): 駐車場の案内 - フロントの方にも伝えましたが、敷地外の駐車場の表示が分かりづらく、看板を大きくする等改善された方がよいと思います。 ハッピーアワーの飲み物は紙コップに生ビール一杯だけはさびしかった。
