• Lawrence (6/5): Not bad but no housekeeping. - Comfortable beds, spacious room, kitchen sink and stovetop were nice. Hangers for clothes and enough drawers. No breakfast and no housekeeping. I stayed for 2 weeks. After the first week I called the front desk and asked if they would dump my trash. They basically said do it yourself. Housekeeping is a big zero!

Would've liked more than one pillow per person, the bathtub was dirty where the tub plug wouldn't even go in the way it should've. No coffee pot in the room, no ice machine , no kind of breakfast at all,

• Buzz (6/5): There is no service at all, and it is not a comfortable stay. - The location worked really well for me. The women who work there were absolutely wonderful. The bathroom is big enough to be comfortable. The amount of pillows is not acceptable. The lighting in the room is poorly designed and lacks adjustability. The TV set up is just plain bad. The chairs in the room are substandard. Lack of cleaning daily in the room is bad. The towels (number and lack of service) is well below acceptable and standard.
• Greg (4/5): Very overpriced for what you get - Reasonable rates and a friendly staff It was super cold outside and there was minimal blankets on the bed, the heat wouldn’t turn on properly and there was no cable. Definitely not worth a $90
• Monique (1/5): House of Horrors! Don’t stay here! - I was extremely surprised and very disappointed about everything regarding this hotel. There were a lot of people who appeared to be homeless staying at this location. Terrible smell in the hallways that smelled like food. The hotel was old and run down. The bedspread and sheets were very old and stained. There were a lot of people that constantly hung directly outside of The exits in the front and in the back. There were a lot of animals in this hotel. The people who were renting seemed suspect and possibly in recovery . I was informed the night before there was an incident that involved the police and a person who had a warrant out for their arrest. I will never say at this location again!

• Jessica (4/5): Ok. Cheap Uber to downtown. - Cheap uber to downtown. We checked in and had to be out the door within 20 mins to make a dinner reservation. We were only there to quickly change and then come back and sleep. The room had a pretty strong odor when we first got in, but since we would be there so minimally, we figured it would be fine for a night. The window fully opened so that helped, but when we first got back from our outing it was very strong and took about 20 - 30 minutes to “air out.” If we had realized how bad it was, we would made it a point to make the time to switch rooms before we went out. (The hotel itself was generally fine, so I think it most likely just the room we were in.) This hotel had a lot of short term rentals, so it felt more like apartments than a hotel, which wasn’t a bad thing, but it is very busy with tons of people.
• Bartos (2/5): Roach in room, carpet not clean, light switches are weird. Checked into another hotel instead. - Great quiet spot for relaxation. Cockroach got into my food and I had to throw it away. Called after hours line and they told me “that happens sometimes”.

• Jan (8/5): This place has a great staff & the room was clean with the exception of the carpet. - Front desk was wonderful. They called to confirm & update my reservation. We arrived late, the front desk was closed but they were super friendly & made it easy to check in. Carpet in room was sticky and the furniture was practically falling apart.
• Rosalba (1/5): Bad - I received a call at 7pm the day I was supposed to check in for my stay, notifying me that they had over booked their rooms and my room was no longer available. They did not want to send me an email that would show that they were the one that cancelled my stay, and instead, I now have to figure out if I was charged for a stay that didn't take place. In my 30+ years of traveling, I have never had a hotel cancel my reservation, especially the same evening of my intended arrival. I was left without a room and because the area was hosting a race, there were no other hotels available. I had to leave my house at 3am to make the race by 6am. This was not what I had planned for and was very disappointed.

There, they told us that the pet fee was $200 per night, no refunds if no damage. If this fee was on their website, it was hidden very well. All I saw was "pet friendly" which it was not. Our dog is 5 lbs and stays crated.

• John (10/5): - What an awesome experience, the hotel was easy to find, check in was smooth and the room was very clean and satisfactory. I had a very important meeting the next day but forgot my charger, the front desk clerk Ms. Kee-Kee was awesome, she not only gave great customer service but ensured that all would be well and went out her way to help get my phone charged for the next day. She also recommended a great restaurant. It was an awesome experience; I have stayed at many hotels, and no one has ever been so kind to make you feel welcomed. I most definitely will stay there again upon my return.

• Emily (7/5): Good - The room was cute for 1 night. Spent a night there for my birthday, loved it had a fridge, and stove top. Bathroom was clean, pretty decent room for what I needed. The outside looked amazing, but inside didn't match. The hallways smelled like straight cigarettes and weed, anywhere you went, the outside at times also smelled horrible but not that bad as inside.
• Zenobia (3/5): They need to do better. - It was a great location When I arrived at the facility around 3am, the front desk lady gave me a key to a room that was dirty. It looked like they were fixing the room for repairs. I went back downstairs, and the front desk insinuated. I just made my reservations when I booked my reservations early that morning before ten a m. She gave me another room and that keypad didn't work. I was unable to get in, and I went back-to-front desk for the second time.. She had to let me in the room with her master key and told me someone would come fix it in the morning. On top of that, the room was smelling like urine because the facility allows pets, so I had to stay in that room until the next morning and had them change my room to a room that does not smell like pet urine. They should have designated rooms for families and their pets. That was the longest 12 hours of my life. They won't allow smoking where I can open a window and air the place out. I can't pull up a carpet. That has pet urine in it. They need to do better..

• Tony (7/5): Worth It If You Are Looking To Save on Price - Good for the price. Was surprised to find no dishes or pans or any cutlery, yet a small mini kitchen. You have to get these for yourself from somewhere. But looks like customers were stealing before. Not a fancy or exciting place and worth the price if you are trying to save money and be in a seemingly safe place.

• Arnold (7/5): Good - There's no breakfast that I'm aware of. The location is fabulous. The rates are absolutely amazing. There were a few roaches in our room. That was the first time that I experienced that situation. Other than that, I always have a nice stay at Woodspring Suites.
