Bis man uns das gebuchte Zimmer zuwies musste ich 3 Andere ablehnen. Trotz Bildern und klarer Informationen meinerseits. Insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen Anlage. Kalte Dusche.

Arjundass (10/5): - My stay at Ananthi Hotels in Vavuniya was wonderful. The rooms were clean and cozy. The food at the restaurant was very tasty, with yummy Sri Lankan and other dishes. The swimming pool was clean and perfect for a swim. I loved my time there and would go back.

I complained to the staff about the room is not clean and rustic shower equipment. The staff was silent. Then the next day morning I complained about my experience with the staff. He also reacted the same way like the previous day staff. I think the management trained them to be silent all the time. I will never book this property in my life.

I told them I would only pay the price listed on Booking.com, and that if they charged me $22, I would file a complaint. After that, they agreed to charge the correct listed price 3.Despite the details shown on Booking.com, a tea/coffee maker was not included in the room

Barbora (9/5): Superb - Amazing service, the staff was very helpful and organised. Tasty food until late night. Very spacious parking lot. Quiet ceiling ventilator! As usually, in Sri Lanka, the cleaning was not 100 %> The towels had someone's make-up on them, shower could use decalcification and the room was not well ventilated. But all else was very good, and the cleanness was still much above standards.
