• Florent (9/5): - L’appartement était grand et très bien situé. Nous avons passé un super séjour et reviendrons sans hésiter. La piscine est également agréable même si le temps en floride est incertain pendant l’été.
• Studiner (7/5): - A great space, wonderful location. Great value to have a whole apartment. The kitchen was missing basic items to make it functional. On vacation, it would be helpful to have olive oil, spices, dishwasher pods, coffee, etc. Missing these things made the kitchen feel not super useful. Or quite expensive to stock for kitchen basics for only a couple days.

• Melissa (4/5): Good enough if its cheap, would have been upset if i paid more. - Location was perfect- centrally located, quit, and safe. Pool and yard were clean/nice. Floor desperately needed to be mopped. Bathroom tile and shower curtain was moldy, towel bar was broken. Cleaning crew did a good job but it seemed like the place had not been DEEP cleaned in ages.
• Angela (4/5): I am retired now but was a former Hotel (large) owner, my experience at your apartment was hugely disappointing. - Location We had two drinking glasses - we had to empty our water glasses to have a beer. More glasses were provided but we had to ask. The kitchen lacked a lot of items - no scissors, one, not very sharp knife. Just meanly provided for. The fridge makes an awful lot of noise, it should be replaced immediately. We had no sun umbrella, one was provided when we asked, but we had no stand for it We could not charge our telephones by the bed as there were no sockets. Spending $20 on matching hangers might have been nice! Generally, it was just mean - It’s certainly needs money to be spent on it, we certainly would not stay there again. Spending $20 a night more, on another hotel would be money well spent.
• Karolina (5/5): Good localisation. Bad apartment, but good price compare to neighbourhoods. - Definitely localisation. Really close to the beach, ocean dr and other famous place in Miami Beach. Price is pretty good compared to other places in this neighbourhood. Apartment is old - in bad way. Lots of mold and broken furniture. Mold and dust in air condition. Really poor WiFi (even there is 4 different network on the premises). Very important for all car users - there is no parking available. You can’t park on the street - it’s just for residents. Lots of parkings in Miami Beach are just for residents. All in all we finished parking our car about 10 minutes by foot from apartment for 30$ per day. Our rate will be definitely better if the owner took the time to general clean, remove the mold, buy a new couch and a better router.

• Mark (8/5): Decent apartment within walking distance to major shopping, dining, and convention center. - The size and space of the apartments was large and accommodating. I felt safe. Plenty of storage. Nice kitchen area. Although it was cool inside there was no fans or air option’s especially in the bathroom. We are offered extra towels but at a cost so I would bring my own for a longer stay.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Cheap staying, low standards. - This place didn’t meet our expectations at all, even though we didn’t have high expectations as it was a cheaper staying. There were few things working, as for example showers, dishwasher or sewers. The cleaning was poor and the whole apartement was pretty worn down. The guy who met us at the check-in was very friendly and serviceminded though, that was nice. It was an OK place to sleep at, nothing more.
• Matt (4/5): Overall it felt like a poorly-kept crash-pad. Location location location. - Location is GREAT. Everything else suffers. On the plus side: Property manager was very responsive, bringing us a brand new pillow when they failed to provide one for the (uncomfortable) fold-out bed, and coming back several times to deliver other things that we were missing. Owner was responsive when we complained about there being a back door that was locked, meaning no egress except the front door in case of fire. They changed the doorknob that day. But really it felt like the upkeep of this place has been ignored for years (given reviews, I think it has). The place (apartment D for us) was HUGE but really poorly appointed so it was uncomfortable. Uncomfortable seats, things falling apart, door handle on shower door missing and windows cracked (as seen in in previous reviews from over a year ago), headboard from master bed is peeling material onto the sheets - gross. Corners dirty, floors thin and creaky, doors don't close properly, faucets broken (including shower) and shower takes literally 10-15 minutes to get warm enough to shower in. Lighting is cold-colour LEDs or fluorescents so the whole place lacks warmth. Windows don't open for ventilation and AC blasts cold air over us (and is noisy). Walls and floors are thin so we heard neighbours all night long. Electrical outlets cracked and broken, electrical panel painted shut (dangerous). I had to jerry-rig a shower-door handle out of a hanger just to open the shower.

• Nydia (6/5): - The location is great, the place is for 3 people, not 4, sleep in a sofa couch is uncomfortable. The floor in the bathroom is broken, no ventilation in the area, the windows are blocked, and bugs enter.
• Sheldon (2/5): Not a good stay - No to little running water in the kitchen. Apartment smelled bad, apt c sounded like someone was screaming and sound of a drill in the walls even after quiet time which was at 11pm. Dishes was dirty had to wash before cooking. The guy at check in gave wrong WiFi password. Request paper towels and toilet paper and he said okay after it stops raining and never came. Was told we couldn’t park in the parking lot yard at the front the people who rented apt A parked their car seems like the people in apt B was have some altercations with them parking saying they need to move it and they never did was able to park there when we had to leave and pay for parking. Same ppl in apt A while in the pool which was dirty flashes us from there back glass door. Was told we had to take out the trash. Wasn’t a good stay between the apt it self and the people in it. Very uncomfortable

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Good idea. No parking. We parked in a parking garage all week. No water pressure in the kitchen but overall, it was a good stay.
• Verified traveler (4/5): OK for a bunch of college kids, but not for family - One night was ruined by a party. Many people entered the secured door and went up to the party. This caused my kids to worry. Speakers were blaring and the lights were rattling from the music. We complained but it continued until 2 a.m. and then another hour of people moving things we could hear above us. I only got two hours of sleep that night. The owner of the property refused to reimburse us though the noise went well into the night. The owner said he would take money from the other tenant's security deposit (but offered us nothing for our trouble) The apartment was just ok. The water was luke warm. The faucets in the kitchen never got hot. Made we wonder how they cleaned the dishes. We had no WIFI, though they claimed it was there. We asked for them to fix, they never did. The TVs were left on and could not be turned off without unplugging them, as they did not have remotes that worked. The property manager was in a rush and did not go over things with us, but later tried to claim the WiFi was working. Do not let him rush you. Go through the place. Make them turn off the TVs so you can think. The location is good, but not great. It is close to beach and shopping, but lots of run down buildings nearby and issues with homeless people . We found bottles with urine in the area.
• Cassandra (10/5): Amazing vacation - We had a fantastic stay. Mauricio touched base with us early on arrival day to make sure we knew where the property was and to let us know he would text us as soon as the property was ready so we could just store our luggage and enjoy our afternoon. We arrived to Mauricio waiting for us to give us a tour of the property and go over guest rules. The apartment was clean, smelled great and was exactly what I expected based on photos displayed. The pool was amazing very private could use better lighting at night( like mood lighting) but overall it was terrific.
• Robin (10/5): Nice Place - Overall, this was a great place to stay. The location was an easy walk to the beach and main strip but it was far enough away so that it was not loud. The condo was spacious and clean, the pool was great and management was responsive. The only criticism would be that the kitchen water pressure was weak, the shower took time to heat up and the wi-fi was only strong in one area of the living room. But we feel we had a great stay and got a great deal at the price we paid. Would stay here again.
• Raquel (2/5): - I couldn’t make my trip due to new stay at home orders in Chicago. I tried reaching out to the hotel and they completely ignored my emails and voicemails. When Expedia was finally able to get through to them and request an exception for me to get a refund or a voucher to move my stay to any other time I could travel, they said no. Horrible customer service, zero understanding with customers specially in these hard unprecedented times.

• Anders (10/5): Superbra läge men väldigt lyhört. - Om man är ute efter att göra South Beach är detta det perfekta boendet. Nära till allt. Man behöver ingen bil. Har man en bil så har dom två p-platser. Dessa går att hyra för 15 dollar per dygn vilket är väldigt billigt för att vara south beach. Dock bör man veta att detta inte är ett hotell utan ett lägenhetshus. Dvs ingen reception eller daglig städning. Jag har bott här vid två olika tillfällen och det enda som jag har att anmärka på är att det är väldigt lyhört samt att det är kass tryck i duschen.

• Brian (8/5): Fint for et par - Havde 4 nætter i øverste lejlighed med tagterrasse. Lejligheden er noget slidt og køkkenet lidt mangelfuldt, men vi havde et fint ophold og fik da også lavet mad selv. Terrassen var et stort plus. Vi brugte ikke sovesofaen, men var glade for vi ikke skulle sove i den. Elendig kvalitet, men sengen var fin. Spisebordet og stolene passede ikke rigtigt sammen, så det var en udfordring for ungerne at spise når man sad så lavt, men heldigvis kunne vi for det meste sidde på terrassen. Beliggenheden er til gengæld helt i top. Lidt mange blade i poolen, men det kan ikke undgås med træer hele vejen rundt. Det blev dog renset dagligt, men kom hurtigt igen. Generede dog ikke voldsomt. Alt i alt et fint ophold.
• george (8/5): - The appartment was an old renovated appartment as expected. Check in was a nightmare. There is no check in on location & they do not answer the phone. After a 12 hour drive, we didn't want to drive all over town trying to find a place to park and then walk to their location. Had to call Hotels.com to find out how to check in. They were able to get in touch with them. After holding on the phone for 30 minutes was told to call them and pay an additional $250 deposit before they would give is a combination to get in. After that was done they made an appointment with us for 8pm to come by and get a copy of our drivers license and sign a contract. They finally showed up after 10 pm and several phone calls. Rediculous! We were not able to go anywhere the first night, since we had to wait on them. The air conditional was great, appartment was roomy and cute. Floors very dirty, my feet were black after walking on them. Bed was terrible, mattress has a big hole and with two people sleeping in it, both roll to the same side of the bed. Kitchen was nice, but did not have a lot of supplies. No spatuchula, wash cloths or pot holders. Small inexpensive items would have been nice. They need to throw away the old used sponge in the kitchen. We we're also greeted by hundreds of tiny ants in the kitchen when we arrived. Bathroom was decent, but needs to be remodeled. Only 1 wash cloth was provided. $10 charge for clean towels. Very convenient location in a quiet area.

Belle piscine cachée à l’arriere et tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner comme à la maison. Seul point négatif: le sofa lit était trop petit (il faut s’allonger en diagonale) et inconfortable.

Pillow cases were clean and linens were adequate. Comfort was great. Large living space and big pool. Close to Lincoln and everything. Loved the 30’s Spanish architecture. Cable channels were 2-13. No cable to enjoy a day off from sun. Bummer.

• Cajsa (8/5): Toppenläge - Perfekt läge och jättefin pool. Gångavstånd till det mesta och stranden. Att det inte finns reception gör det lite svårt att checka in och vid frågor/problem (man måste ringa dem, vilket blir dyrt med svensk mobil).
• tashamac (6/5): Walking distance to beach and everything else - The photos on the site for apartment are catfished it doesn’t look anything like the pictures I was disappointed and the room we were suppose to have was given to someone else we didn’t have access to the backyard swimming pool unless we walked from the front door when on the pictures it showed that the room we reserved had a patio and we were basically in a box room with only one exit
• Verified traveler (4/5): substituted hotel by travelocity at last minute - Two Fold opinion. Our prepaid hotel stay at La Quinta was sold out from under us by it's management. Travelocity found this replacement booking after exactly 2 hours and 3 minutes. It is just FAIR. Old and dated, with broken glass windows at the sliding doors and paper window covers in the bathroom. The one shower had mold in the corners and where the glass door touches the wall. The rest of the place was clean. Other than that it was an old apartment bldg turned into 4 hotel units. But, on the other hand, their very nice hotel clerk met us when we were, finally, able to arrived at 2 am. For that we are VERY THANKFUL!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Apartment South beach. - Good Price, very good location. Big apartment. It was cheap and parking in the street or outside the building. The apartment wasnt cleaned , the pool was very cold and not cleaned. You need to call them to check in, bit i didnt get information about that. The apartment did need to be renovated completly. Overall okey for the price.

The Staff is friendly, very helpful, special mention to Nicole who'e been a great advisor for our vacation in Miami Beach. I will highly recommend this place to my relatives
• Neil (6/5): Miami May 2017 - Good location. Washroom needs a major makeover. Too small and water was leaking on the floor and was smelly. I think I overpaid for the type of room and the location. Not completely satisfied.
• Anders (8/5): Bra alternativ till ett vanligt hotell. - Fin lägenhet i bra läge två kvarter söder om Lincoln road. Egna p-platser på tomten är ett plus. Bra pool på baksidan av huset. Alla bekvämligheter men bullrig AC. Rätt slitet överlag men ändå en bra lägenhet.

Beliggenheden er god, tæt på indkøb, spisesteder og strand. Der er billig parkering i forgården, hvilket er en stor fordel i Miami. Vi vil ikke booke det igen.

I'm definitely staying again here upon my return. Great location, very responsive and nice staff- great experience. Unfortunately I didn't spend much time in the room, wish I did- but since everything around me is walking distance - I was enjoying myself outdoors mostly.

O flat, em si, está bem decaído merecendo uma reforma urgente. O atendimento é complicado, sendo necessário ligar várias vezes para combinar as coisas. Para o check-in, tive que fazer duas ligações de meu celular (infelizmente em roaming internacional) e mesmo assim ninguém foi me dar as boas vindas, recebi por telefone apenas os códigos das fechaduras para acessar o imóvel. Por fim, e pior de tudo, havia baratas na cozinha. Reclamei mas o problema não foi resolvido.
• glenda (8/5): Bueno - El lugar en si esta bueno, solo q habia algunas cucarachitas en la cocina, y faltaba un poco de comodidad. Lo negativo es q si bien es un depto vos tenes q comprar todo p la limpieza del lugar, jabon, detergente, papel higienico, etc. La parte de la pileta esta un poco descuidada.
• Nicole (6/5): Tolle, zentrale Lage - Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, aber auch recht abgewohnt. Sehr hellhörig, dünne Türen, oftmals lautere Nachbarn gehabt, Pool ist relativ klein. Kein Balkon oder Terrasse, um nasse Kleidung aufhängen zu können. Sehr sparsam ausgestattete Küche: ein größerer, ein kleinerer Topf und eine Pfanne. Sehr gute, zentrale Lage. Man kann zu Fuß zur Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive und an den Strand, Parkplatz kann man entweder im Hof vor der Tür mieten oder eine Parkerlaubnis für auf der Straße - gilt für die gesamte Zone 2, empfehlenswert.
