• E3688QEjos_em (10/5): Incredible stay! - The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, right near the Fredericton mall and easy to find. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The lemon water in the lobby was very fresh and well balanced. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant. The pantry area offers a wide selection of reasonably priced items. The King room was an excellent value for our overnight stay. It had ample supplies, was very clean, and offered plenty of space to move around in both the bathroom and the room itself. The soaps and creams offered were Lockwood New York, Rosemary and Germanium scented. The noise level was acceptable; you could hear your neighbours travelling through the hallways, but they were respectful enough to keep it low during late hours. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to try out other amenities, but the pool and gym area looked clean and spacious upon quick observations. The breakfast was also very good, offering a decent variety of options.

• Rey-Ann Camille (10/5): Best Hotel Staycation in Freddy - I like the facilities, the free breakfast and that the room has fridge and microwave. I love that the room has clean toiletries. I think the sound proofing of the hotel is not that good. I stayed in the 3rd floor and I can hear the kids running outside in the corrider as well as in the 4th floor.

La salle a manger reste ouverte pour pouvoir s'y asseoir le soir (parfait pour laisser les enfants dormir). La porte de salle de bain de se barre pas. Donc attention avec les jeunes enfants qui aiment ouvrir les portes 😅. L'eau de la piscine est probablement un peu trop chloré... nous sortions de la piscine avec des plaques rouge.

Je n'ai pas réussi à reçevoir le reçu au montant de 414 $ de l'hôtel, j'ai envoyé plusieurs courriels et on me dit que c'est Hotel.com qui doit m'envoyer le folio mais je ne l'ai pas reçu. Comme je travaille pour le Gouvernement du Nouveau-Brunswick, je dois me faire rembourser mes dépenses pour ce séjour. Le service à l'hôtel est lamentable, je n'irai plus jamais séjourner dans cet hôtel.

L'hôtel était calme ; il n'y a pas eu de bruit dérangeant la nuit. Le matelas était un peu trop mou. Au petit-déjeuner, un yaourt nature serait apprécié ainsi qu'une plus grande diversité de pain.
• Lesli (9/5): Good value, would stay again - Breakfast was fast, full of quality choices and in a good location with lots of seating. Front desk staff were helpful and efficient. Hotel was generally clean. Elevators were fast and smooth. Fun fact - the rooms are named after different cities around the globe! Our bath tub/shower had visible signs of mildew/mould around the caulking and the corners were definitely not cleaned or sanitized. (Typical pink/orange bacteria stains). The in room/smoke CO2 alarm has a flashing green light indicating it’s working, but had odd patterns and would flash 4 times repeatedly throughout the night. This could be a problem for someone sensitive to flashing lights. The curtains also don’t block out the light from the center panel at all.

That time passed and after almost 2 hour we got into the room. The rest of our stay was perfect..from the new fro t desk person to the people who ru the breakfast area.it was great
