• Aniko (10/5): - Receptionisterna är supertrevliga o hjälpsamma. Rent varje dag. Passar endast till småbarnsfamiljer med inte mycket krav på mat. Du behöver ha bil. Städerskorna öppnar dörren på dig redan vid 8 på morgonen.

• Rebecca (8/5): - Great hotel if you you have small children with you. We stayed in May half term so was a real struggle to get sun loungers, if you didnt get up at 5.30 you weren't getting one around the main pool. None of the parasols had the bar attached to be able to put them up so would have to search for a stick to be able to use them. AL options are very limited for the size of the hotel, more often than not there would be no deserts available. Unfortunately while we were there, there was a stomach bug going round (nothing to do with the hotel) rooms were cleaned daily, the maids works really hard as do the entertainment team. On a whole not a bad holiday, we were a party of 9 and the kids absolutely loved it.

All inclusive alkaa tökkimään viikon ajan mutta kävimme lähistöllä syömässä välillä. Rannalle ilmainen bussi joka päivä, mikä oli helppo. Sängyt huonot, kun petauspatjat puuttuivat kokonaan. Biljardi ja muut pelit maksullisia. Pienten lasten kanssa toimii ja hyvät yhteydet, helppo lomailla!!

Siamo stati invitati a recarci in reception a prendere il necessario per prepararci la camera per il nostro arrivo!!! Mai visto, tantomeno in un hotel che si classifica 4 stelle! Il giorno dopo ho esposto le mie lamentele ad una poco professionale receptionist mora che si è presa gioco delle mie lamentele. Nemmeno una misera saponetta nel set di cortesia - in compenso le signore delle pulizie nei giorni seguenti sono state molto attente e cortesi! Non avevamo previsto di sfruttare granché l'all inclusive, più che altro a colazione, ma la prima mattina ciò che ci siamo messi nel piatto era semplicemente disgustoso! Ci siamo fermati anche due volte a cena e una a pranzo, ci siamo serviti dal buffet dei bambini per mancanza di opzioni decenti. Mai vista un po' di pita o del pesce commestibile, solo piccoli pesci pieni di spine. Camere rumorosissime! Nessun segnale di non disturbare, le cameriere entrano in stanza prima delle 8. Nessun decoro nella stanza. Il balcone è un patio fangoso, in condivisione con altre camere e sedie rotte e sporche. Impossibile avere un bicchiere perché "poi me lo perdi". Nessun piano di appoggio nel bagno

Iltaisin oleva myyjä yritti ainakin meitä huijata antamalla liian vähän vaihtorahoja takaisin ja teki sen ihan tarkoituksella reaktiosta päätellen. Siivoojat olivat mukavia ja huone siistissä kunnossa.
• Expedia (8/5): Good stay despite some flaws - Overall a good stay but a few negative points. Food is ok, but not more. Mostly "Brittish" tastless food. Almost the same every day. Beds and pillows are very hard. Most of the activites during the day by the pool were for adults and not kids. Very strange.

I loved every bit of it (even if a renovation for the rooms would be appreciated in my opinion): food is ok and the hotel is really big. I'm not a big fan of animation etc, but I think thats gorgeous for family with kids (they seem having a good time too). I had fun and I felt home. • Verified traveler (4/5): Non cascateci.... - Teribbile. Albergo anni 60, lontano dal mare, 25 minuti di cammino facendo le stradine interne. Il cibo é sempre uguale. Non è mai variato in una settimana. Wurstel e fagioli a colazione, pranzo e cena. Il ristorante é pieno di mosche. Per entrarci ci toccava fare la coda per 30 minuti in quanto i posti sono limitati. La pulizia delle stanze si limita a riordinare il letto. Le bevande sono servite ad un unico bar con 5 tavolini. I baristi sono in due a servire per cui anche per prendere un bicchiere d'acqua la coda era lunghissima sopratutto verso mezzogiorno e dopocena. Le piscine sono belle, l'acquaparc e un valido divertimento per tutte le età, peccato per i lettini, non si trovava uno libero nemmeno pagandolo. Venivano occupati durante la notte oppure bisognava mettere la sveglia alle 6 del mattino per andare in piscina e riservarne uno. Lo staff e cordiale e disponibile. Troppa gente insoddisfatta,

• Silvia (8/5): - Super fanden wir, dass sehr auf Müllvermeidung geachtet wurde, dass gibt es nur sehr selten auf Rhodos. Herausragend fanden wir auch die Animationen und das Essen. Mit der Weitläufigkeit des Hotels muss man sich arrangieren, wir waren dankbar, dadurch zwangsweise ( unser App lag auf dem Berg) , jedenfalls ein bisschen Bewegung bekommen zu haben. Wir würden sagen, es ist für jeden immer etwas dabei, in jeglicher Hinsicht.
• CHRISTINE (10/5): Family holiday - We had a great time at Cyprotel. The pool area was fantastic for the children. The food was great with stunning views from the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was unusually quiet because of the collapse of Thomas Cook which was such a shame because the facilites weren't being fully used but its a lovely hotel and we still enjoyed it very much and would return.

Extremt prisvärt! Betyget blir över 9. Det enda är väl om man ska vara extremt petig är att det är bitvis I behov av smärre renovering.
• Sara (6/5): - Överlag ett bra hotell med mycket kul för barnen. Några dagar in på vår resa fick vi dock alla i familjen bett längs armar och ben, även ena dottern fick bett i ansiktet. Betten kom nattetid. Vi kontaktade personal och bad om byte av rum. De gav oss god service och sökte igenom rummet efter eventuella vägglöss, hittade dock inga. Betten kliade massor och oron över vad det kunde vara överskuggade till stor del resan. Några bett kom även efter bytet av rum och några när vi kommit hem till Sverige igen. Vi sökte läkare för betten i Sverige som konstaterade att det var bett från någon insekt, de kunde dock inte säkerställa vilken. Det var med säkerhet inga myggbett. Personalen tog dit en expert på områden som skulle övertyga oss om att det inte var vägglöss men han kändes mindre kunnig än vi själva var då vi legat vakna några nätter och googlat på detta. Våra bett var i rader eller zig zag mönster vilket är typiskt för vägglöss. Vi hade inte varit på stranden när betten kom så att det skulle vara sandloppor känns inte relevant. Vi är ganska säkra på att det var vägglöss vi hade men vi har inga bevis på det. Väldigt synd då hotellet var väldigt trevligt och bra i övrigt.

• Eva-Marie (10/5): Den trevliga ön Fhodos - Detta var andra gången vi bodde på Cyprotel i Faliraki. Även denna gången är vi mycket nöjda. Vi kan absolut tänka oss att åka hit fler gånger.
• Per (8/5): Familjeresa - Vi bodde 11 personer varav tre barn endast en natt,barnen uppskattade poolområdet mycket bra,maten var ok trevlig personal.Vi bodde i familjerum med en dubbelsäng och en våningsäng.Dubbelsängen kanske inte den skönaste man sovit i men annars helt ok. I övrigt helt och rent.Värt att tänka på är att hotellområdet är stort och det är en del promenader för att komma till olika saker,inga problem för oss.Vår resa avslutades på detta hotell efter en vecka på Rhodos i September

• Verified traveler (10/5): - ottimo soggiorno, bel resort, animazione che ti accompagna durante tutta la giornata, molto belli gli spettacoli serali! buono il cibo a buffet, ampia gamma di scelta. bella la camera con la porta finestra. comodo lo snack bar aperto per gran parte della giornata con gelati, panini, dolci e fritti, frutta, e anche i bar della piscina per avere vari tipi di bevande a tutte le ore. il parco acquatico da quel tocco in più che sta proprio bene! consiglio molto la posizione, vicina al centro di Faliraki e anche alla spiaggia, 10 min di cammino circa. parcheggio gratuito subito fuori, per tutto il perimetro dalla struttura, che e` davvero molto grande, sembra una piccola città! camera pulita, bottigliette d`acqua gratuite all`arrivo e frigo molto comodo. e` stata una bella settimana, lo super consiglio anche per il prezzo davvero conveniente per essere un all inclusive del genere, abbiamo davvero apprezzato il nostro soggiorno!

The food was tasteful with a very good variety, the restaurant along with the personnel were very helpful having all the time a smile in their faces. On the other hand, the part of cleaning the rooms need to be cross-checked in order to improve a lot. If they improve this sector the hotel will definitely be above 9.

CONTRO: La camera che ci è capitata (piano sotterraneo) era pessima in termini di pulizia (scarafaggi, insetti e puzza) e aveva solo 2 prese di corrente posizionate lontano dal letto. Per quanto riguarda il cibo avremmo preferito mangiare più cose locali. Non si possono mangiare per una settimana würstel e patatine fritte (cibo internazionale).

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Fantastic hotel. Pool areas excellent with plenty of beds. Foot for each sitting was to a high standard with plenty of choice. Hotel staff were excellent as where the Animation teams. Rooms were just a little small but spent little time there. Would gladly recommend.

Spacious clean room - only negative is that it was right above the workshop which made for some early morning disturbances with drilling and sawing!!

• Marina (10/5): Great family week - Good apartment on a steep hill so if your not a good walker or elderly you may struggle request a room on the flat floor great pool areas good food ,but down side to busy at meal times pick your time carefully and it's good great little water park all drinks were good great value plus points bus to the beach trips to Lindos and Rhodes town from hotel great price to noddy train to a bay centre not that far 8 euro from hotel 5 back if you don't want to walk in the heat defiantly worth a visit

• Dalziel (10/5): Great all inclusive resort hotel for families - A great family hotel, with enough to do that you never need to leave the resort unless you want to. We stayed in one of the rooms closest to the main building, which was convienent, but being a bit older, was looking a bit dated. Newer rooms looked excellent, but we enjoyed the convienence of being close to the restaurant, bar, etc. The two pools are great, with activities in the large one daily, water volleyball was my favourite, and very popular with other guests. Evening entertainment was varied, and (for our stay at least,) hosted in English. Shows included bands, Rhodian dancers, acrobats, as well as a quiz night. Excursions were easy to book through reception, or there are "land train" trips daily to local places of interest. It was our first time on Rhodes, and we would definitely stay here again if we get chance to return.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Fun three day stay - We visited with a 7 year old so spent most of our time at the waterpark, which we all enjoyed. The rooms are a bit basic - no kettle, very old TV with limited channels. But the food was good and the entertainment better than expected. My kid is keen to go back!

• David (2/5): Good hotel infrastructure - very badly run hotel. - This hotel sells more rooms than it has available. At 10:30pm, we were told we needed to spend the first 2 nights of our holiday at another hotel (Blue Sea Hotel) meaning we couldn't unpack and had to spend time transferring back on day 3. Another traveler was complaining that she didn't get the room she booked. As we had a hire car we had to find the other hotel in the dark at the other side of Faliraki in a town we had never been to before. Cyprotel management\staff should visit Blue Sea Hotel to see how a hotel should be run Cyprotel management dislikes any party size greater than 4. The restaurant staff are obsessed that guests should not pull two adjacent tables together so that a family of 5 can eat together at meal times. This unwritten hotel rule is policed with a zero tolerance by restaurant staff who would add more value to the hotel if they concentrated on having plates, glasses, cutlery, cups available and serving food that is edible and cooked thoroughly. This isn't the occasional outage that you find at all buffet restaurants, this is every meal and multiple outages. Families of 5 are not allowed to eat on the very pleasant exterior seating area of the restaurant, but are restricted to the interior canteen sweatshop, with inadequate air conditioning. Signage on the entrance to the restaurant requires men to wear long trousers and no streetwear. This rule is not enforced and flouted by all hotel guests. Hotel staff regularly just quote "Tell the manager not me"
• Verified traveler (6/5): 1 week stay with two kids 10 and 16 - Hotel a bit far out for walking to beach and falaraki. Entertainment needs more work during day and defiantly at night, same every night aimed at young kids.
• Mark & Melanie (8/5): Great well located international hotel - This was a surprisingly good hotel giving us a fab time on Rhodes. It had a great international feeling with guests from several countries meaning not too many Brits. This meant the food was very varied and of a good standard. It was always plentiful with something for most tastes. Our welcome at reception was very efficient and friendly. Although our room was a little tired it was functional, clean and linen and towels were regularly changed. There are newer nicer units in the development too. Other staff of note included the PR women Marketta and Nicoletta both very kind, helpful and friendly. We also loved the restaurant manager who was very kindly. The Animation team were real fun from several countries again. We especially loved Heidi from Germany who even got our self conscious 11 year old son to dance! The location is great very short walk of 15 minutes to a pan flat sea and clean beach near the small pretty port. Also ideal for going either to the lovely Rhodes Town or Lindos. There's good value relaxed car rental too at the hotel which meant some great day trips including to Kameiros. This was a lovely stay and we thank all the staff for making us welcome and commend it's general facilities and pools as well as the frequency and range of food...
• dave (8/5): very nice resort, especially for the kids - reception looks like a youth hostel, as this is the only place you can get wifi, if you can get it. room was basic but spacious and had everything we needed. food, plentiful and good variety. staff, very friendly. my kids loved it here. what more could we want
• Rodica (2/5): I wasn't enchanted of this hotel - I had a bad experience in Cyprotel Faliraki ..the staff wasn't very kind ,the room was dirty,the maid didn't clean the room every day .. I hadn't the conditions of a four stars hotel .. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends and I will never return here .
