• Chloe (10/5): - Apartment was nice and comfortable and well situated would highly recommend to families or just couples.
• Zoe (6/5): Mostly pleasnt and reasonable. Small improvements would make a huge difference. - Basic needs met, warm and good location. Good oven and pretty clean. Only 3 glasses and 3 mugs. 4 of us in the property. Stated a hair dryer in the property but there was no one when we arrived. Bed in the main room was on wheels and moved when rolling over in our sleep. Triple bunk bed in the other room unsafe. Was wobbling and the ladder was not attached at the top (screws missing) so did not use the top bunk for safety reasons. Sofas in the front room were safely very awful. Incredibly uncomfortable and cushions do not stay on it at all. No support on your arms or back.

• Dorran (8/5): - The place was only a couple of minutes away from sea front, everything you need all in walking distance. Flat was fully equipped for what you would need. Great location. Beds comfortable. The only downside is the sofas small and uncomfortable 😣

• Jessie (7/5): Perfect for what we wanted. Perfect location - It was great. The sofas were abit small and couldn't get too comfy as the cushions always fell through the gap. Other then that. Was perfect I didnt like having to pay to park everyday
• Steve (4/5): Not recommended for a family. It’s cheap for a reason - The area is perfect for families and a nice stroll to the beach as it’s 2mins away. The facility was basic. Furniture was not comfy and the dishwasher was full of all the crockery which smelt like the unit needed a clean and service. The bedrooms smelt of what could only be described as weed, but could be damp as there are signs of it. The property windows had all been left open on arrival, which now seems like it was to cover up the smell in the property. Contacted the agent, not very helpful. More worried about keeping pocket full rather than helping the customer.
• Lorraine (5/5): Not value for the money paid - Location Old tired and not clean uncomfortable furniture looked liked it belonged in the garden (iron garden furniture) Book for reference not accurate Entrance and hallway and stairs were not clean looked better in the photos

• Irving (4/5): Poor - Not applicable We had to ask the next door neighbour for assistance in parking. The fridge was stinking, the longe carpet was a bad tripping hazard.
• Petre (5/5): Passable - Great location , easy to check in Not clean , outdated furniture . I don't think they hoovered before we arrived and the glass bin was disgustingly dirty
• Chloe (2/5): Unfortunately this was very disappointing, with the missing parking pass, dirty kitchen utensils and cutlery, and broken - The property was in a great location There was no parking pass upon arrival, dirty plates and cutlery left for us in the dishwasher, and the sofas felt like children’s sofas, we could only fit two out of three of us on one sofa at a time, they were also missing slats underneath, which left the side cushions constantly falling down the brackets.
• Jacqueline (6/5): Pleasant - The location was perfect. Near to everything without being noisy Cleaning not good: Food bits from the previous tenant left on floor. Coffee/tea stains on kitchen floor. The baking trays for the oven were not cleaned, still had food residue. Empty bottle left under sofa. The sofas are not comfortable. The cushions keep falling out of the frame. Seating for 4 if you are of medium size. The dinning table only has seating for 4. Not enough cutlery. Too much of one and not enough of another Looked as if it had been fitted out with odds and ends. The information book needs updating. Would not recommend for 5 adults.
• Joe (8/5): Perfect location, lovely apartment, just a few minor grumbles - Location and decor were lovely. The TV has been upgraded since the pictures. Beds were all comfortable and our 3 children loved the triple decker bunk beds. You couldn’t get much more central if you tried a couple of minutes walk to pretty much everything. The sofas were very small and uncomfortable and let it down. Every door bar the bathroom has unnecessary fire door closures on them which made the doors really heavy and loud. This wasn’t ideal when our youngest couldn’t physically open them and every toilet trip disturbed the whole flat in the night.

• Ian (8/5): Convenient well equipped flat - The living space/kitchen is light and open. The kitchen is well equipped and in good condition. The flat is located in an excellent place for getting around Weymouth. Parking is difficult. The flat's residential parking permit was missing when we visited which meant we needed to park in the local car parks (of which there are several) and carry bags etc to the flat. The one-way system and parking arrangements in this part of town are difficult to negotiate. The double bed is not super-comfortable.
• Steve (7/5): very nice other than sofas, good location to imenities. - the flat was well presented and reasonably cleen, the owner did inform us that he only aqquired the keys 2 days before, therefor it was clean and tidie for the time frame. the sofa are very uncomfortable and side cusions keep dropping to floor.
