- rahul (2/5): Good location, courteous staff but still the facility do not give Taj level experience. - Location is good. Within airport premise. Property is neat and clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly and courteous staff. They have invested time to listen to the feedback. Facilities are available, just lack of signposting makes the experience less pleasant. Following are some of the examples: 1. From airport to hotel, there are no easy to spot signboards for people to come to hotel. Its frustrating, especially when one has to walk with luggage in hand / dragging the bags, and then taking wrong turns few times. 2. Similarly, finding reception, finding swimming pool/ spa, restaurants, banquet hall is not easy. There are very sparingly posted and hard-to-spot signboards. Its nightmare to find your room in a maze of two wings and 350 rooms. I have met 3 more people who faced similar issue like me. ( see attached pics.) 3. The food taste is not living up-to the standard one would expect at TAJ! 4. There is a mix of veg and non-veg dishes with hard to read smaller font dish names. If you are using prescription glasses, its not an easy task. 5. There is no established process of feedback form, neither at banquet hall, nor at check-out counter. That makes it hard to provide feedback. One has to go online and type. Often the detailing may be missed. Note: Thankfully staff and management made extraordinary efforts to listen to the feedback and promised to look into the points. I am leaving this feedback here so the implemented changes can actually be experienced against this as a baseline status. Thank you Taj Airport staff and management.

First Impressions Even though we arrived very early in the morning, the hotel reception was operating with the efficiency and vibrant energy you would normally expect during peak business hours. Both the reception area and the restaurant were amazingly well-kept, spotless, and incredibly welcoming. Food & Service The service was truly outstanding. The staff was attentive and quick, ensuring we had everything we needed before our flight without ever making us feel rushed. The breakfast itself was fantastic—the idli and dosa were fresh and perfectly prepared, and naturally, starting the day with a flawless cup of coffee. If you are flying out of Bangalore and need a high-quality, quick meal before your flight, I highly recommend stopping here. The exceptional standards and warm hospitality shine through at any hour of the day.

- Candolim78 (10/5): Exceptional Service and a Truly Memorable Stay at the Taj Bangalore - I recently had the pleasure of staying at Taj Hotel Bangalore for two nights, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The level of service was truly impeccable. Every member of staff we encountered was kind, courteous and highly attentive, making us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Priyanka, who took outstanding care of us. Her warmth, professionalism and attention to detail made a real difference to our experience and did not go unnoticed. The restaurant team were also excellent. A couple of the young men in particular stood out, one of whom we remember as a Liverpool football fan, and they went out of their way to look after us. Their friendliness and attentiveness really enhanced our stay. The food was of an excellent standard, offering both quality and variety, and further added to the overall experience. What stood out most was the dedication of the team, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We leave with wonderful memories that we will cherish for years to come. We would not hesitate to return and will certainly choose the Taj again should we find ourselves back in Bangalore.

Everything worked perfectly- well maintained. I also had an excellent deep tissue massage. The food in Cafe 77 was disappointing; in comparison to other international 5 star hotels, both in India and beyond. While the selection of dishes was plentiful, many were not particularly tasty or interesting. Bar service was also poor- long wait and 2 requests for 1 glass of wine. Email communication prior to stay was extremely poor. Despite responding to what may have initially been a booking.com email offering 'deals' such as discounted extras such as airport transport, I received no response regarding my acceptance of transport offer, communicating my WhatsApp number or a couple of additional questions. Yet in the few days prior to arrival I received several emails offering the same add-ons (some at higher prices). Again no response to my follow up email including a cut and paste of my previous response including time of arrival, flight number etc etc until the day before departure.

- sbt022 (10/5): Great Club Lounge - The TAJ has a solid lounge with a good happy hour for food and beverage. Prajwal was our server and took the best care of us after a busy week of work. Our team was tired, but he kept spirits high and served us all with a smile.

- Passport32882620462 (10/5): Short but sweet - Shankar was waiting for us just after baggage collection and escorted us to the car. 2 cars had been made available for our transfer due to number of bags and 5 people. Very efficiently handled. Lovely welcome at the hotel and quick check in. Arpita made sure the rooms were as requested and arranged for Chef to speak to me about my sons allergy. Food in Cafe 77 was excellent and Keshav took good care of us for both afternoon and evening visit. Concierge managed to arrange a car for us to visit Isha Foundation, very last minute but they managed in less than 10 minutes. The driver Vishal was excellent and helpful. Chef Regan was very helpful in organising a take away breakfast for my son and also came and checked on us while we were in the restaurant. Unfortunately only a one night stay but hope to be back for a longer visit next time. Staff were very welcoming with a very professional manner. Everyone spoke excellent English.

The staff at the front desk Priyanka (who helped get us a family picture) and another lady (can't recall the name, sorry! but I assume Priyanka should know her) at the front desk who checked us in, greeted us in with the Tulsi mala and arranged our take away breakfast and airport transport. Makes us want to come back again soon!
- marikbalinya (10/5): Excellent experience - We had a very happy and relaxed 2 nights at the Taj Bangalore. The staff were truly excellent and went out of their way to make our stay both comfortable and memorable. Our room was large, super well appointed and with some special touches like a herbal foot bath. There were sweet little gifts at checking in and checking out. The front of house concierge arranged for a broken suitcase zipper to be fixed and it was no problem to store our suitcases for 4 days while we went to Mysore. Special mention of concierge Anas Shahid Jamal who made our meals extra special with his recommendations and careful attention to our needs. He also kindly followed up on my husband who was unwell. Top marks for a top hotel experience, I wish all hotels were like this.

To highlight the lady from guest relationship - Aditti for her warm hospitality and complimentary airport transfer provided. This hotel is actually right next to the airport but very challenging to walk to te terminal. You need to get the hotel transfer service at about 500+INR.
