Polly (9/5): - The pool, my room location right by the elvator, my room. I liked the fruit offerings at breakfast. The egg omlets were good. The biscuits were goid. There are no "C" charging in the room.. I didn't have a Blick charger with me, so I couldn't charge my phone. The AC didn't work. The food prep area in the room didn't have enough lighting. When I got to breakfast at 8:30, most of the food was gone. Breakfast had another hour, till 9:30. No pancake mix for the pancake machine, the Oatmeal well was empty, no yogurt, no sausage links, very little gravy left. I would expect to see that at 9:20ish, but not an hour before the end of breakfast.

Not only did they not have the room grade I booked, they gave me a key that opened up a room already occupied! I walked in to a couple on the bed….. yeah. That bad. That is a first for me. The security concerns and privacy violation is inexcusable. How does that even happen?

Verified traveler (2/5): Doesn’t fit the rating - Booked based on the good rating - rating does not match. We found the property slow, dirty, and rundown. I did not get the room I booked. SOMEHOW the property charged me for the room even though I booked it through Hotels.com. Our fridge was leaking. The pullout couch was despicable. No noise control. Breakfast was subpar. Staff were not knowledgeable or helpful.
James (1/5): An absolute nightmare - We made a reservation, got there about 10pm. The line was out the door and 2 people were already mad and complaining. We received our room and key and went upstairs to the room. Neither key would unlock the door. We go back downstairs and receive another set of key cards and another room and they don’t work either. There is also 2 families on our floor and a couple downstairs who can’t get into their rooms. The lady at the desk is horrible at customer service and even thought it was funny. It’s now 11:30pm and we are exhausted and just want to sleep. She doesn’t help us so we tell them we just want our money back and she tells us she can’t do that. We ended up reloading all the stuff in our car and driving a mile away and renting another room and finally laid down at midnight. I really want our money back so do I go through Booking.com or Holiday Inn Express? Everything
