Would stay again!" The only drawback is the cramped room—you might not be able to open your luggage fully.

- Janet or Sof (10/5): Perfect location. I would stay here again. - Perfect location to everything. Stairs going up into the lobby very difficult if you have larger than carry on luggage or if you have large packs. I almost fell several times to the steps and down the steps. Just be prepared. Same thing for the stairs inside going to the rooms. But the locations is very much worth it. It’s directly across the street from the famous Jayeondo Salt Bread, 2 blocks from the subway station and close to many well known businesses.

- Chia-chi (8/5): - 地點位置很棒，弘大地鐵3號出口一下下就到了，很方便。我們住6人房間在1樓不需要爬樓梯，頂多兩個階梯還可以。冬天入住熱水水壓很足夠。房東夫妻人很和善照片跟實際住宿一樣。沒什麼問題 冬天入住，地熱有些問題，導致晚上客廳蠻涼的。我們入住6人房（2個房間4、2）客廳的桌子真的太小了，靠牆壁只能坐2位、2人房的房間位置不大要放行李有一個人行李要放在客廳。

The room is very clean! Will definitely visit again! There is only stair to the guesthouse and the second floor. BUT this is not a big deal. The stairs are short that everyone can handle.

Convenient location, close to subway, airport railway, Olive Young, GS25 etc. 5. So close to Jayeondo Salt Bread. I was able to buy some to take home to Malaysia with me. The stairs. If you have large bags you'll find it difficult to carry it up the flight of stairs.

- Deki (8/5): It was amazing overall. - Everything was systematic so it was nice to check in. The place was clean. The location is amazing right in the center of everywhere. Check in time is quite late. It’s not the fault of the staffs but even though it’s written to be quiet after 11pm, I could hear people coming in and going out with loud noises. The walls are very thin hence everything is audible. It would be nice to have water bottles inside the room. I asked for a single room with private bathroom just to find the bathroom outside the room separately. Would have been nice to have it inside the room .

- Jeremy (10/5): Cozy guesthouse with seamless checkin/checkout - Location was very convenient, only a couple of short blocks outside of the Hongik University Station (AREX and Metro), and communication with the hosts was very smooth. We unfortunately did not get a chance to meet them but they were very helpful in clarifying policies + what they needed from us (as we were checking out very early the next day to catch an early flight). Messaging via booking.com was very prompt and helpful, especially in explaining the contactless checkin process, and alternate contacts (e.g. LINE and WhatsApp) were also provided in case those were more convenient. Although we didn't get a lot of time to explore Seoul / see the room, the temperature control was very good especially on a night where windchill had temperatures "feeling like" -12C and we have no complaints regarding the facilities. People who are *very* sensitive to noise and prioritize that when booking may want to be aware that your experience may depend on who is staying in other rooms - house policies obviously note that there are quiet hours, and all guests were respectful of that during our stay! (We did not hear any street noise, either.) However, it does feel like a space that was originally a home/apartment and you might hear a stray noise from other guests from time to time. No complaints! People who are not used to shared shower/bathroom spaces may want to be mindful of moving the trash can out of the bathroom before showering so that the can doesn't accumulate water.

Owner is easily contactable via Line and let me drop my luggage off before check-in. Note that there's 3 sets of stairs if you have luggage but the owner generously offered to help carry it up. Tonnes of bars, restaurants, cafes, and shopping nearby but the general Hongdae precinct is within walking distance.

- Henriette (8/5): Very Basic but still nice! - Lovely Guesthouse. I felt very safe and nice there, but it is very basic and minimalistic accommodation, as to be seen on the pictures. Everything was tidy and the area is greaaat! Perfect if you want to experience Hongdae and Seoul, but not a very cool or impressively pretty room! Wifi did not work very well for me, walls are quite thin, and you could not look out of the window, as it was blurred. I would still definitely recommend this room if you are just looking for a place to sleep and not spend time!
