Staff is too rude and disrespectful. No Room service or House keeping is provided. Gym is in very bad shape. Charges for room are very high as compared to other Hotels in neighbourhood. No one should opt for this Hotel for stay in Singapore. IT IS TERRIBLE for stay with extremely dirty premises.

- Paul (6/5): - The hotel room was tiny the bathroom was awful shower was in the corner and you had to bend down to get under it every time you have a shower it floods the bathroom almost to the point it goes into the bedroom complained about it and was told thats just the way it is
- Ronald (8/5): - We were very disappointed when we first checked in. Our room was very small to the degree that there was maybe 50cm either side of our bed. It was very difficult to find somewhere to put our suitcases.I went to reception and asked politely if we could be upgraded to a larger room, happy to pay the extra. We were shown a corner suite on the 16th floor which had a large balcony and much more room inside. We took this immediately and we were told we were VIP's and no further payment was required.To this we were very thankful. My advice is to check the size of your room before booking. It should be noted that there were no wine glasses or tumblers at all. We had to use either coffee mugs or bring home the plastic cups from purchased drinks. The staff were lovely and the rooms were very clean.

No toilet paper in any rooms. Fridge not working. Very hard pillows. Location was ok. Pay the extra and stay elsewhere. Never again.

I stayed here before an early flight, on reflection a hotel near the airport would have been so much better. It’s okay, but no more than that.

- Alfredo Eloy (6/5): - I had read some reviews about this hotel. The rooms are so small if you travel with big luggage but if you travel with carry-ons, they are ok. We did not find watter bottles at the room but the receptionist informed us that the water is drinkable. Any way, we bought water in a convenience store on the corner of the hotel. I think that the only possible thing to improve is the breakfast because it is focused on the oriental tourism. Western tourism breakfast is extremely poor.

- Siddiqui (6/5): - The hotel is a good choice to stay. Very close to Little India. Got a supermarket and a South Indian restaurant in the complex which makes it very convenient for travellers. Malabar Mosque is just opposite the hotel which makes it very easy for Muslim travellers like me for prayers. The main drawback are the rooms which are very small. I guess its the same case of all hotels in Singapore.

- Mohammad (6/5): - The location was good very close to Lavender station. The biggest drawback was the size of the room. Rooms were too small for the price they charged we could hardly fit our suitcases inside the room. Breakfast was nice and had wide variety. Overall it's an ok hotel for this price.

- Tareque (4/5): Horrible Exp. - Cheap Treatment by Hotel Boss - We stayed at the Hotel Boss for 4 nights. During our check-in at the hotel lobby, they assigned us Level-1 “Salt & Pepper” for complementary breakfast. Oh boy, what a horrible breakfast is that… They are serving South Indian Rasam- Vada for the breakfast. There’s no variety in the breakfast, South Indian food everyday morning. Taste sucks. We didn't know that the level - 4 restaurant also serves breakfast. We figured out on our Day-4. We called the Lobby for the change, then they mentioned that we have asked for Indian breakfast during booking and nothing can be done at this stage. I challenged and mentioned that hotel.com app never had that option to select Indian Vs. English breakfast. App only has option to add Complementary breakfast or not. It is during our check-in, lady at the desk randomly assigned Indian breakfast to us … Upon my challenge, finally they switched our complementary breakfast from Indian to English at level - 4. Didn't like this cheap attitude from Hotel Boss at all. Level-4 Restaurant had better breakfast quality and variety, but for us to figure out that, it took us 4 days … Additionally , Room is tiny, some folks leave their luggage / stroller outside the room, on the hotel passage, it sucks. Water gets clogged everyday at the shower. Hotel doesn’t have any laundry service, they have coin laundry , it’s weird . We have stayed at other hotels in Singapore and other countries , never saw this . The only plus point for this hotel is the locatio.

- Clint (8/5): - The hotel is a very busy one as it caters to the many Indian tourists that visit Singapore, but theyre able to keep the place very clean and tidy. My room had an incredibly loud AC which was somewhat annoying. Other than that, it has the facilities one needs and the room itself was satisfactory. Staff were efficient and friendly
- Mun Tat (6/5): Feedback for improvement! - The aircon air vent is rather noisy, even at low speed. The fan running sound is loud. The location of tissue paper dispenser is rather unfriendly to user of toilet bowl. Awkward posture to retrieve tissue paper while seated. The balcony is a wow Factor. Nice view. However, if the room could be bigger it will be ideal. Lifts lobby serving carpark L2 shall have indicator of lift-at-which-floor. Hotel location is great!
- Veronica (10/5): - The staff were really friendly and helpful, I came in really early and they accommodated early check in for me. The only thing I would say is that I could hear a bit of noise outside my room but I think it was just families that were a little loud but it wasn't all night.
- ILUMINADA (8/5): - Hotel Boss is just right for our 4 nights stay. The housekeeping staff are very accommodating and they provide what we need! the rooms are a bit small , though the beds are ok, no more extra space to work about. Rooms and washrooms are clean. Its satisfactory! Thank you!

- Mary Grace (10/5): A convenient place to stay - I like the fact that it was quite convenient in terms of train and bus accessibility, a convenience store and money changer, restaurants a few steps away from Lobby. The concierge/ Lions Tour desk was within the hotel and as in my past experience, was very helpful. Special mention to Danny Soh and associate Jasmin. The only drawback for me was that no complimentary drinks in room and water dispenser for refill Is only downstairs outside of the lobby by the driveway.

- Douglas (10/5): - Building had a beautiful 4th level pool, garden, gym, and lsundry. Room was a little small, and near the elevator is a little noisy, but overall a great stay and the location was really convenient.

- Jasmine (6/5): Okay room - The room was very small, and there was a constant humming sound which was very annoying. When someone on the floor above us had a shower it also sounded like it was leaking and coming through ours. There was a drainage smell in the bathroom and the bed was lumpy. Check out was easy , location was convenient and most places walkable or via the metro which was easy to use.
