- Ewelina (10/5): Pobyt bardzo udany - Personel bardzo miły piękna lokalizacja Hotel dość stary jeśli chodzi o łazienki i wyposażenie
- Jerzy (10/5): -
- Marek (10/5): - Lokalizacja , czystość
- Sława (8/5): -
- Marcin (3/5): - Widok z okna, lokalizacja, śniadania. Zdecydowanie stosunek jakości do ceny.

- grzegorz (10/5): Super miejsce - Wszystko Brak wody w basenie

- Anita (10/5): Idealny, ekskluzywny, a jednocześnie super przytulny. Widok z okna pokoju i windy cudowny. Kawiarnia Monte Carlo też ekstra. Baseny i sauny bez zarzutu. Cudnie!!! Naprawdę ma duszę, dla mnie idealny. Wszystko mi się podobało. Bez zarzutu.

Świetna strefa spa - kilka saun do wyboru, masaże, kosmetyczka, duża strefa relaksu, 2 duże baseny, wygodne łóżka do wypoczynku.

- Jarecka (9/5): - Lokalizacja super

- Magdalena (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ewa (9/5): Great stay. Will be back. - Location spa facilities
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Location, facilities, luxury pools, beach. Need coffee in room.
- robert (10/5): - Older resort but in perfect condition. Facilities are very nice and very clean as well great food right on the beach
- Pa_alias (8/5): Very good - Great location, just on the beach. Excellent breakfast. Good common areas (open air). Good beds. Quite large and light room. Nice people at the reception. In general a nice hotel (if a bit pricey given the equipment but that's Jurata in high season). The room furniture and bathroom equipment was of a really cheap standard, very "plastic". Strange procedure for dogs (extra fee quite high but that's ok, deposit of over 100 EUR for hypothetical damages!, one and a half page of special house rules regarding animals to be signed, security asking at the entrance "do you have permit for the dog"...). No room for bicycke (there are 2 small sheds but there were probably 3 times as much bicyckles).
- Magdalena (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marta (9/5): Superb -
- Mark (10/5): - Very nice hotel, located on the beach. Hotel staff professional and polite. Limited dining options in Jurata, however few very nice in Jastarnia.
- Przemysław (10/5): Hotel right on the beach and the standard one dreams of - Delicious huge breakfasts but with the gym and pool you can burn them off quickly …:)
Great place we are already thinking how to book another date, despite the fact that the hotel has its years, You can feel the "discreet charm of the bourgeoisie" …:) While breakfasts are excellent this dinner we had some comments that they were not distinctive and to be remembered as outstanding cuisine, but that's probably because we are above average picky ...:)
- Ewa (9/5): A great relaxation place on a beautiful location. - Location Staff
- Kasia (7/5): It was just OK - The food is amazing and the location of the hotel is fantastic. at the seaside, you can see the Baltic sea from your room and when having breakfast.
Staff is super nice and helpful, SPA area is good too. The rooms were very small, small bathroom and facilities makes you feel uncomfortable, like in a 3 star common hotel. Ive expected better standard for such high price and got an Ibis Hotel standard. very disappointing
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rafal (5/5): Passable - So overpiced hotel !! My good !!
- Janusz (9/5): Superb -
- ola182 (8/5): Nice but old school hotel - The hotel is located very nicely, it was a perfect out of the season stay to relax and enjoy the spa that was top quality. Interior seems quite old fashioned, rooms were a bit small for the price of it. Restaurant was very good, chef did amazing job adjusting menu to vegetarian options. Only downside is the lack of English language across the staff, not in the reception neither in the restaurant, but yes in the spa.
- 41annar41 (10/5): Best massage experience - Fantastic medical massage performed by Mr Marcin. Best class, would be the star everywhere. Worth every penny. I feel much better and my back does not hurt at all though it has been really tough recently. I wish I know someone alike in Warsaw I live in.
- Peter (8/5): - Great location, nice amenities, free parking, good breakfast. Very narrow beds, no coffee maker in the room. Overall nice hotel but for the price you pay, you would expect little bit more.
- Rys1968 (6/5): excellent location but hotel needs good refreshment - love the place as it is on the beach, hate for quality of interior design in rooms, looks like very good hotel 20 years ago, breakfast is OK, staff is friendly, good location to start walking, quite place
- sauron1906 (10/5): Great hotel, especially after summer season - I have been in this hotel few times but always after or before summer season, as during that part of the year hotel is extremely expensive. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They have very good SPA with indoor swimming pool and sauna. Hotel restaurant is great - food is excellent and tasty. They have a very nice cafe where you can get nice drinks. Rooms are rateher small.
- 307aleksandrad (10/5): perfect holidays before holidays - I've been there with my 3-year-old son on june/july last year. The time was perfect - empty beach and empty hotel swimming pool. Perfect service, great food and very comfortable room. And the perfect location next to the wonderful beach. We were delighted.
- Margaret (10/5): Close to beach - Good location. Very secure parking. Very good full breakfast.
- M2763UCmarieb (10/5): Must be a great hotel though we visited only the beach bar - The beach bar of the hotel is splendid if a little pricier, but very pleasant to sit in and watch the Baltic sea and the beach activities. Good drinks: we had rose wine and some cocktails and enjoyed our time greatly. The hotel has a luxury beach equipment, needless to say only for the accommodated guests.
- ewac395 (2/5): Scandalously overpriced for what it is/Po najniższej linii oporu - We had two nights booked at the Bryza hotel last month but after one night in a very small, old-fashioned room in the oldest part of the hotel at a hefty price we decided to leave!!
We had two rooms booked as we were travelling with extended family but for some strange reason the travel cots for the children were placed in the smaller of the rooms. There was literally no space in the room for anything else. We had to climb into and out of the bed through the bottom part of it.
The decor was shocking with cheap furniture and an old bathroom with a rickety shower.
For this kind of money you can stay at a wonderful hotel in Sopot or elsewhere on Hel so don't bother with this place. The restaurant is decent and the beach is lovely and that's about it. I have spread the word to everyone I know as this was the worst hotel we have come across on our travels around Poland which is otherwise stunning.
- michaelcorleone2017 (6/5): Better English and food - Hotel personal need to talk more and better English. Not even the reception could speak English and talked Polish. Also many mistakes in the Restaurant because of the language.
Other than that service was good, cleaning also. Good to have the car inside the area. The location is great but not the village and areas around. Early closing time at outside restaurants and shops.
This is a hotel for just relaxing, bathing and some exercise when weather is bad.
- T0urist7 (10/5): See view - Bryza since time immemorial has been consider to be the best hotel in Jurata and Hel Peninsula. Bryza is located just one the beach and I believe it is the only hotel in Jurata with see view. You can find pretty small swimming pool for children.
- Anette (10/5): - DET VAR ETT KANON HOTELL , DET ENDA NEGATIVA VAR ATT I BESKRIVNINGEN STOD DET ATT DET VAR 3.5 MIL FRÅN FLYGPLATSEN . MEN DET VAR 8 MIL . GANSKA STOR SKILLNAD.
- AgnieszkaG942 (8/5): A piece of paradise on Hel Penisula - Just came back from this hotel and I need to say it's been a very pleasant surprise. The location is simply stunning and spa is the world class. I also liked the airy and light deco throughout the hotel that blends perfectly into the surroundings and reminds me a little bit of the Palm Beach. The breakfast is awesome especially the fish selection. Perhaps a small section with superfoods and healthy options could give it another dimension. I knocked down couple of points for the bed which although comfortable is tad too small ( we are not big either ). I was also missing a bath and nespresso in the room , which at this standard would be a nice addition. The rooftop decking is very handy especially on a windy day, perhaps in future it could benefit from a pool or even a hot tub. Finally I would suggest to get some modern hair dryers in the rooms.
- ga878 (10/5): Peaceful place, courteous and competent staff -- what a wonderful place! - There are so many things I could say about this marvelously restful and beautiful spa. I came to relax and celebrate after earning my PhD. I loved the wonderful different sitting areas on the rooftop, by the pools, on the deck with pretty blue-and-white striped booths, outside the Monte Cassino cafe. The beach was lovely. The spa was fragrant and peaceful; it had good lighting and pretty music . I remember "Claire de Lune." Yay! The buffets and the food I ordered from the menu were outstanding! I like especially the spicy fish soup with tomato, the chicken caesar salad, and the icecream with hot rasberries and lime-honey.
I don't have children, but if I did, I might bring them, because it was also so kid-friendly. I loved seeing that people brought their kids. The staff had high-chairs; there was a toy-room; it was really fun to see parents taking their kids down to the beach.
I especially appreciate the staff. The staff at the desk were really helpful and courteous in answering my questions and helping me start my stay. The gentleman who worked behind the bar at the Monte Cassino cafe was excellent. I asked if he could make me something with less milk than a cappucino but more than a macchiato and he brought me an espresso with my own little pitcher of foamed milk so I could mix it as I liked. Fantastic! The staff of the restaurant were hard workers and good at guessing what I needed even though I can't speak any Polish! The women at the spa who gave me my massages were not only competent but also so kind. I have suffered from back and neck pain, and I really appreciate how gentle they were in helping me to the room, in lying down, etc.
Finally, you know a place is good when they make a mistake and then fix it quickly. I scheduled a spa package. On the Polish website it offers 1 free spa treatment. On the English website it offers 2 free spa treatments for the same package. When I arrived, I was told I could have 1 free spa treatment. I was surprised, but all I had to do was to pull up the website and explain the discrepancy and what I had thought I purchased. The staff immediately said there was no problem and they could schedule me for two treatments and they did. When I got my bill at the end, there was no extra charge. They saw the mistake, honored the promise of the English website, fixed the mistake -- these are all signs of a competently run, professional resort. And the treatments were awesome. A wonderful place!
- DarioKarbonara (8/5): Great destination on the Polish coast - I am writing this since I read so many negative reviews of this place.
The hotel is really nice, the cuisine is excellent if you know your food, no , you will not get your huge greasy sausage if you are looking for one - no pun intended, no it is not meat and potatoes type of place. If you are looking for lobster from Maine or Cajun style crawfish bisque you will not get one more than likely, although I am not so sure, got to ask.
Anyway, there is a variety of rooms, some are better than others, aren't they all different at most hotels?
The hotel was converted from an old communist "resort" for the supposed elite to modern style resort, and yes the building or buildings has its limits.
Stuff is not friendly? haven't notice, it is not in Polish culture to smile at everybody or say: "hi, how are ya, I am great and you? ", stuff is friendly, the reception people are maybe not the best example, then again, I was there in the summer prime, seems like they are overwhelmed at times especially on Sundays when everybody is checking out or in , they do have some let's call it socialist times attitude but only a slight one.
The spa is excellent, the Bali masseuses are great( or maybe not I haven't been to Bali) , always had great experiences.
They weather, well, it is Poland and not the Caribbean after all, yet the beach is wide and excellent, beautiful white sand, hard to come by anywhere else in the World, Cancun has nice sand and so does the Bermuda but not as great as Baltic coast one for sure, ok, maybe close second.
The restaurant is not open 24/7 , yes this is the fact, and? In the high season of summer months they sell packages only, Sunday through Sunday, meals included - and it is not in fine print when you make a reservation.....
Note to foreign visitors, this place is ran as old times vacation resort with modern beach style edge to it. The restaurant is closed at 10 pm and there is only room service left with its limited menu.
When it comes to prices, ECON 101, Supply and Demand.
- W8314CPscotts (8/5): Enjoyable family location. Even if you're not famous! - Have stayed at the hotel a few times in the past couple of years and I'm surprised by some of the reviews. Just because it's a luxury resort I can only assume your attitude impacts on your stay. I'm an Englishman with a Polish wife and kids and we find the staff friendly and helpful. We usually stay in a big suite and it is always clean and the views are stunning. Plenty to do if you're prepared to explore the surrounding locale. Been on and off season so experienced waiter service and buffet service. We found if you treat the staff like ppl and not serfs they go out of their way to help. WiFi can be touchy depending on your location and no international TV channels which is strange for a prestigious hotel. Had an issue with a bill once which was amicably resolved and the maitre d' even told us to let the reception know when we booked again so he could order our favourite wine. I will continue my patronage and continue to recommend Bryza to my friends.
- Manta105 (10/5): Again, again and again ....great 4 days in this hotel - SEA, really big BEACH, PERFECT FOOD, QUIET ROOMS, and AEXCELLENT SPA
we were looking for nice hotel with good food. We took the wellness packet which include 5x food/ day, few procedure in spa. Spa is free .
The location of the hotel is on the peninsula which called HEL in Poland.
If I decided the wellness packet about, I thought that it won´t be good to eat 4 day some food for good health.
What was reality?
Excellent and rich breakfast, fresh food, loooooong breakfast, great first snack, lunch DELICIUS, second snack again perfect, and dinner without compromise.
Very good staff!!!
Room was clean, all function, quiet, no complain.
Spa: clean, professional staff, they have excellent massage beds, really comfortable.
We will go back there.
- susannem2015 (10/5): Quiet and nice hotel - I stayed at Bryza hotel for 3 Days and took the package Regeneration and Relaxation.
Me and my friend had great 3 days with good food and SPA treatments.
Everything was excellent.
The SPA treatment that was included was very good. The personal at the SPA was very nice.
The hotel was quiet and clean. The rooms was very good. Also the cleaning of the room
We was there at end of the season, so that’s why I think my experience of the hotel was that it was quiet.
The beach was wonderful.
The breakfast was one of the best breakfast I ever had. A lot of fresh things.
The food that was included in the package was OK, but could have been more fish or chicken.
It was a lot of vegetable, but I guess that was the reason for this package. But it was good.
Regards, Susanne Mattsson, Sweden
- kas0s (2/5): A huge disappointment - Worse hotel ever in terms of value- money. It is very expensive and except a beautiful location you get nothing. Hotel is old, the rooms are nothing special and smell canalizations. The hospitality desk at check in is zeros do the only restaurant available starting June in outside and at the see in Pl in the evening it is like 14 degrees. Having evening meals in this temperature is a nightmare. and and the worst is service. When u enter the restaurant nobody welcomes you, you have to pray for the wine list...etc. at the beach you have to pay for a sunbed between 100-150pln . The only think they are excellent with is to run after you to sign the bill and to charge you for extras. I will never go there again.
- AniaMrovka (2/5): Big, over prized dissapointment ! - This Hotel is very well located...But that's all good I can say about this place!
In my opinion best times of this place are far behind but I would say that owners are still not aware of that! Hotel needs renovation and better cleaners for sure. But the biggest dissapointment is service! Staff is arrogant. They don't even bother to say hello when entering caffe. We had some coffe and cakes in caffe and when waitress was told then cakes she brought to the table is not exactly what I've ordered she made face and didn"t bother to say a word..not mention to say sorry...but I have to be honest and say that cakes we had were very tasty..but with such service..well..i don"t want to try them anymore! If you plan to be in Jurata stay away from this place !!!
- AtaWind (2/5): The worst hotel on the cost - price and service - Hotel is very nice placed - in this regards one of the best places in Poland. The owner don't know how to use this advantage or won't spend some money. Service is horrible, arrogant personal, the room are in very bad condition. Very bad cleaning service. No comfort at any place of this hotel. Only SPA building is of some quality but the prices there are much too high. The place is very trendy among polish celebrities cos they get discount on everything. They work as a great advertisement for the hotel. But the ordinary people are treated as garbage. If you do not have 'a name' you are only a guest who pay a horrible high price for filthy room and arrogant service.
Unfortunately it is the only one big hotel in whole Jurata. I stayed there two times just to be sure if the first visit was 'an accident' but NOT. The second time was even worse.
And one of the worst condition of booking is that you can only book room at least one week and only from Sunday to Sunday, you can't choose your own date of staying. What kind of hotel is that?
- JuliJuli_10 (4/5): 3 star standard with 5*prices - a big dissapointment - We stayed in Bryza for 4 nights/5 days in June. Over last 5 years we went to Bryza 4 times, and each time was a little bit worse. This time we managed to book a room just a day before our arrival. It should have ring a bell, as usually good hotels are fully booked on long weekends. Usually everything is fully booked. On arrival at the reception desk I was informed that price for our room will be higher than on-line booking we made. By 200 euro. Why? Due to system mistake. Well, nice try. Eventually we paid our booked price, but it required some time and some discussion with manager.
Room - nice furniture, clean walls, but instead of one bed we had two separate beds pulled together. Impossible to sleep on. Room service absent – for four nights sheets in the bed were not changed even once, nobody made beds at all, bathroom really dirty (see my picture). When I called reception asking how often sheets are changed, the lady told me “I don’t know”. In Poland you can suspect rainy, cold days in summer, especially in June. In spite of this there was no heating at the hotel. But the worst thing is restaurant – there is only one restaurant in the hotel where meals are served, and it is open air restaurant! At breakfast we noted only 13 C degrees inside, and when it was raining, the water was running through the roof. It would be a lovely place, but in Caribbean. There is also a cafe, but all you can eat there is a two kinds of sandwiches. Again – I have asked at the reception when can I eat not wearing gloves and hat, and I was told that there is a bar at the beach. Wow! With an infant, during the heavy rain I was supposed to go the beach bar to eat in warm. Nice. At the beach, when you get there, there is a nice bar and mattresses where you can lie down. At the webside the hotel beach is advertised as a beach for hotel guests, but in fact it is a public beach (ok), and even if you are a hotel guest you have to pay for a use of it (not ok). Maybe all this can be acceptable in any 3star hotel, but here you pay over 300 euro pay night and you could expect more. The only perfect thing about the hotel is location. So decide.
