Guest Reviews
- katherine (10/5): Great find tucked away! - We we're lucky to have the larger room. It was clean, spacious and very well equipped. Lots of extras. The location is excellent...about 4 miles from the main town. There is a City Market with reasonable prices. About 9 miles to The Arches and a bit further to Canyonlands. The owners are responsive to any requests.
- Richard (10/5): - The house was adorable! There were lovely phrases on pillows, painted on the walls, everywhere. The rooms were large and comfortable and the breakfasts were complete with homemade (?) items. A wonderful place to stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent.
- Dan (10/5): Very nice - Great breakfast choices, excellent decor, very homey....only concern was no king bed, which we knew, but prefer
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This was an amazing place to stay! The personal touches, emenities and breakfast were amazing. The room was so nicely set up with bathrobes and even chocolate on the pillows. I would definately recommend this place. Stay for more than one night!
- Paulette (10/5): - This was a great B&B! Tammy was very warm and welcoming- from a distance since this was in June 2020 and traveling was just opening up again. She was very thorough in her preparations and disinfecting the property.
- Brian (10/5): - Clean, friendly, and comfortable -- I wish we could have stayed longer!
- Linda (10/5): Best BnB - Loved our stay here. Every detail at this cute BnB was well thought out.
Wish we could have stayed longer. Next time!
- David (10/5): A Great Night in Moab - Everything about Moab Beds and Bagels Xpress was wonderful. So much time and effort has been taken to make it a fantastic experience for anyone staying there. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The various reading material about the Moab area and its history was enjoyable, as were the various items available for breakfast. The concept of being able to have breakfast in your own room, at your convenience, as a great concept. The solar lights along the driveway for arrival after dark were appreciated. We would definitely recommend staying here, and would hope to do so again next time we are in Moab.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great bed and breakfast - nice accommodations and excellent communications.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The directions to the house were terrible. Drove around for 20minutes, through torn-up roads & sketchy trailer park...& never did come to anything that looked like the place. Would not have felt safe staying in that neighborhood & certainly would not leave the motorcycle parked there. Went back to town & stayed at LaQuinta= excellent decision!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The express check in/out was easy. Property is located on a quiet street south of town.
- Barbara (10/5): Owner gives 150% consideration to your needs. - Particularly attentive management. Every need has been considered.
Unique.
- David (10/5): Comfy, easy, well worth it. - We had a great experience here. Very easy checkin and checkout. Breakfast was in the fridge for every day of our stay and was delicious. Everything you could need was in there. We stayed in the Dream Big room. What a shower!!! It felt great at the end of long days of hiking and jeeping. I have to get one of those at home! You might want to note that this is an older home and the walls are a bit thin. Didn’t bother us given how tired we were every night and how early we got up each morning. Just noting it for those that don’t sleep as deep as we do. Overall fantastic experience. They deserve their high rating.
- Thomas (6/5): frustrated - We were not aware that we would have to prepare our own meal. Also the area available for preparation of the food was cramped and made the process very challenging.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Cosy on up! - If you want to meet your host, move along. However, loads of work has gone into the location and you will have a very comfortable stay with a breakfast all in your fridge waiting for you. So, while a little impersonal, it will serve you very well. Just an overnight stay for us but perfect.
- Andrea (6/5): Good and clean. Bad area - Good ans clean. Bad location
- AlanandMary (10/5): - The do-it-yourself breakfast was very interesting and allowed us to move at our own speed in the morning. Our suite was large and comfortable. Tammy was a very gracious hostess.
- Lee (10/5): - Excellent room and bed and breakfast. Everything about this place is top notch. Tammy does a superb job with this place. We plan to stay here again on our next visit and we will definitely recommend this B&B to everyone!
- Bruno (8/5): - This BnB home .. Very nice, cozy and nice facility .. Wonderful stay 1 night .. One thing is little bit tight room space but shower room have very good space and clean.. I probably stay again when come again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Little too far from downtown and national park area
- Aimee (10/5): Beautiful, comfortable, just outside downtown Moab - With self check-in, we didn't have to worry about what time to arrive, so getting there after 9 p.m. was no problem. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had everything you might need, and there was great closet space. We appreciated the small refrigerator - with freezer to freeze our water bottles the night before hiking in hot and sunny Moab. DIY breakfast in the room provided plenty of options, and made mornings efficient. The owner responded instantly to any text messages. Would definitely stay here again!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very quiet lovely home hot tub great
Take the road by Colorado river great
- Michael (10/5): - Great concept for early risers. Breakfast ingredients provided each day so we can eat early and beat the heat. Spacious and comfortable room. Great stay
- Verified traveler (10/5): - As soon as you walk onto the walkway leading up to the house you feel like you’ve escaped into a different place. You can’t help but feel the positive energy. Tammi has taken time and effort to provide the most relaxing environment! Don’t skip this charming bed and breakfast!
- Theres (10/5): - After 4 days of hiking the national parks in Utah, we decided to stay somewhere different than a hotel. Wow, were we in for a treat. This place is a bit off the beaten path, but located in a quiet neighborhood. The room was clean and nicely furnished with comforts like a robe and slippers. The bed was so comfortable. We stayed in the room with the jacuzzi and let me tell you after all the hiking we did, that jacuzzi just melted away all the muscle fatigue. After a short trip to town for dinner at the Moab Brewery (definately recommend) we returned to our room where we could enjoy the quiet. The breakfast is a do it yourself service in the room. I actually had fun making our egg and sausage bagel sandwiches in the provided egg sandwich maker. I had such a good night's sleep that it was difficult to leave. Would definately recommend indulging yourself.
- Neil (4/5): Minority view - Cute with a great shower but tiny room and no one on site to provide assistance (though you could phone for help if you want to) and while there were multiple items left in our fridge for breakfast, we found most unappealing, like an egg to scramble in the microwave or supermarket style bagels.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Did not see staff or owner but everything was payed out nicely and easy to understand.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent BNB in Moab, UT - I wish I had known what a gem this BNB turned out to be. The attention to detail was excellent. Checking in and checking out was seamless and quick. Extremely cozy and really clean. I will go back to enjoy this BNB and Moab!
- Kevin (8/5): - We chose this B&B for a 2 night stay near Arches NP. I requested the first floor for issues with my knee. We were put on 2nd floor with a free upgrade to a suite on 2nd floor. Very nice room. All the amenities, two TV's, whirlpool tub (difficult getting into and out of due to my knee issue), excellent choices for a "you make" breakfast. I would stay here again (on the first floor). Very well thought out B&B.
- David (10/5): A just right time. - A beautiful accommodation and a relaxing comfortable night's rest.
- William (10/5): - Absolutely great. Beautiful historic home. Wonderful service. A touch of pealing paint on the exterior here and there. Only real caveat, being a historic home it is not built to modern code. The stairs to the 2nd floor are steep and narrow. Anyone who has any sort of mobility issues should avoid a second floor room.
- Andrea (10/5): Surprising gem of a room! - We weren't too sure how our room would be given the location and surrounding homes, but the room was wonderfully comfortable. The details such as slippers, robes and chocolates were a welcome change from some of the more standard accommodations my husband and I experienced on our road trip throughout Utah. I'm sorry we were only able to stay one night in this lovely B&B.
- Lawrence (10/5): Great little place - Lots of food for breakfast
- Verified traveler (8/5): Very nice B & B - The room was very comfortable and the owner provided excellent food for breakfast etc. She had thought of everything.
- CHING YI (10/5): Best Air B&B in Arches NP - June 19-21. This Air B&B was such a pleasant surprise to us comparing to our other stays at commercial chain lodgings. The room "Love Deeply" is a one-bed room suite with a nice jacuzzi inside. The owner, Tammy took very good care of the room. It was very clean, artistic and comfortable. The breakfast was a particular treat. It was fresh and abundant. Tammy filled the breakfast in the refrigerator beforehand so that it is ready when you wake up. It save you precious time to visit Arches National Park. All in all, we would recommend this place to our good friends.
- Stacey (10/5): Best anniversary trip ever! - Amazing, simply amazing! The room was great, loved the jacuzzi! The attention to details was fabulous, inside as well as the grounds! The owner, Tammy was so gracious and kind! I can't recommend it enough! We will be back!
- Mary Beth (10/5): - The B&B is a bit outside of town, but within a five minute drive of all the action. The room has everything you could think of to have a filling, delicious breakfast, including fixings for bagel breakfast sandwhiches with eggs, sausage and cheese.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good experience. Given an upgrade. The neighborhood getting to the B&B was not desirable in appearance, but the home ais nc yard was lovely.
- Mitchel (10/5): FANTASTIC VALUE - Great stay! Breakfast was a great surprise! I strongly recommend this place to anyone in Moab.
- Alice (8/5): Comfortable B&B just outside of Moab - This is a very well managed and clean B&B located in a neighborhood a couple miles out of downtown Moab. There are 4 guest rooms, 2 with en suite bathrooms and 2 that share a bathroom. Tammy, the owner, was very sweet and provided a great breakfast each morning with many choices. The check in process was especially easy and allowed arrival at a convenient time for the guests. It's a great place to stay during a trip to Moab!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - A wonderful place to stay. Friendly, hospitable and excellent breakfast. A real home from home
- James (10/5): - Only spent one night, however the room was cute, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was home made and very good, and yes they did have bagels. We would like to stay there again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Best bed and breakfast ever ! - Tammy is great really makes sure everything is in tiptop shape .
- Marlene (8/5): Great hospitality - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this sweet BnB. Warm and gracious hospitality, lovely accommodations and yummy breakfasts. It's not walking distance to town but only a 5 minute drive.
- ML (10/5): Perfection - Great location, comfortable, Tammy is awesome
We have appreciated secluded location
- Linc (10/5): Nice and quit. - We enjoyed this b&b. It was quit, well kept and offered a perfect breakfast. The host was delightful and offered a very comfortable place after a hot day of hiking in Arches NP. Just a little south of Moab proper.
- Karl and Lisa (10/5): A little outside of town but worth it - We went to Moab to bicycle and golf. It is about 5 miles to get to the trail hub and about 4 miles into town and blocks from the golf course. Bed was awesome, nice outdoor areas to relax, great breakfast, and super friendly hosts. Nice and safe so no worries about bikes etc.
- Shashank (10/5): Homely bed and breakfast - Tammy runs a really tight ship. This place is a little separated from the noisy main town making it peaceful. I loved the express check in. So I didn't need to wait for anyone to give me keys. The bagel breakfast was delicious. Given that Tammy does it all alone I'm impressed. The room was very clean, and the bathrooms too.
- Bill (8/5): Quiet elegance near national parks. - This B&B was our base for a couple of days exploring Arches and Canyonlands NPs. The grounds are nice, the location well away from a noisy highway, and Tammy's breakfast filled us up for the day.
