- Silvia (8/5): - Das Hotel und die ganze Anlage, vorallem der große schöne Pool war wunderschön. Besonders die Dachterrasse mit allabendlichen Sonnenuntergang war atemberaubend . Auch erwähnen möchte ich das überaus freundliche Personal. Unvergesslich die guten Massagen.

The breakfast was okay not the best we've had in Thailand. We all felt the price of rooms was a little more than what should have been.

- Marjolein (10/5): Heerlijke luxe bijzondere ervaring in Pattaya! - De prachtige kamer! Vanuit mijn bad kon ik uitkijkend over de zee de zon zien ondergaan. Het enorme bed was heerlijk. Ontzettend lief personeel, mega behulpzaam. Het hotel is niet massaal, de ligging is prettig (niet in centrum) wat ook heel fijn is. Als vegan/vegetariër kun je ook perfect eten hier, voor de avond vraag naar de vegetarische kaart, bij het ontbijt buffet vind je weinig maar als je vervolgens aan het personeel ernaar vraagt maken ze zo de heerlijkste gerechten voor je klaar. Ook is er aan het gebouw een let’s relax spa, waar ik een geweldige massage heb gehad. Ik kom zeker een keer terug :)

Very friendly staff Dark dingy bathroom in the room made it very difficult to get ready. Breakfast is poor quality with very little variety across all fronts.

- Boontiwa (7/5): (Personal Opinion) I think the room quality is not valued for its price, but services and all else is great. - Location Service , all staffs were very nice including the cleaning team The let's relax spa is super good and calue for money The facility donot warrant this daily rate the hotel charge in my opinion The room facilities is fairly poor, and not well designed. Lots of poor functioning equipments like cupboards doors not properly closed, shower door also doesn't close properly and water leak Many furnitures are poorly positioned and ergonomically mis- design ? in my non-professional opinion, likes the small side table beside the bed is sized too big I kept kicking it walking to the bathroom, I had to move it away Worst part is the mattress, it's so uncomfortable and very run down greyish bed sheet My room is opposite to lift door, i can hear people talking coming out of the lift all night, if a foyer has been designed better, this wouldn't happened Staffs were all very nice which is the good part otherwise

- Martin (8/5): Very good - Staff at check-in and check-out The design of the rooms is such that there is a toilet outside of the main bathroom but not enclosed! In other words, no door! The other problem (not hotel's fault) was that the hotel is at the very far end of Jomtien beach and seems to not feature on Google Maps and we had great trouble using 'Bolt' (Uber equivalent) for taxis.

- Edyta (6/5): Comfortable Rooms, Disappointing Service - The hotel and rooms are quite nice, with large and comfortable beds. Breakfasts are also good. However, I found the level of service from the staff to be quite average, with little effort put into the reception and restaurant areas. Lady serving soups was very kind and knew how to smile and engage in conversation, unlike the rest of the staff. We had to leave early because our daughter fell ill, and when we asked if we could get a refund, we were, of course, denied. There was absolutely no human understanding. The hotel seems to cater primarily to Chinese guests and prioritizes them, while Europeans, being fewer in number, are given less attention.

- Em (10/5): - The ocean view resort is worth the money. However, the noise from the hallway can be a bit distracting if you have noisy neighbors. The toilet was also a bit odd. Nevertheless, these don't take away from the overall experience.

- Sulav (4/5): Not up to 5 star level. - Nothing For 5 star the staff weren’t as expected and they charged us for something we didn’t eat and after 5/10 minutes of long discussion they didn’t charge us. Most Disappointing thing was at the time of check in the reception lady was using instagram instead of trying to check us in.
- Kongla (10/5): Exceptional - The sky bar and subset view are super amazing The staff co-operation was not that good. My luggage was supposed to be in room at 16.50 hour but it was delayed delivering at 17.20 which almost caused me missing sunset dinner! However, the manager(on duty) handled my complaint quite good.

- Sanjeev (7/5): It was value for money, and would visit again during lower occupancy. - It was a long weekend, the staff especially in the F&B area were friendly and trying their best but it was very clear that they were understaffed. The beach was clean and facilities were good. The food was good and would stay there again but on a weekday when its less crowded. The drop of point is not well designed. Guest walk in and out from the residence building to the lobby passing through drop off point. Its very dangerous while driving as there are too many blind spots and we cannot see people walking in front or behind the card when loading luggage. Should reconsider the drop off area or walkway. Also our room was on top floor and when it rained at night the drain noise was heavy. It seems that there were not enough staff in F&B area therefore service was slow and had to wait for long for breakfast on the first day the second day it was ok. Maybe on the first day there were many guests from the condominium also.
- Panida (9/5): Superb - Room was comfortable and quite clean. Buffet breakfast was ok too with wide variety of food. The bottom of the in-room pool was filled with sand. They should have cleaned it better.
