• Terry (1/5): Stay away from extended stay so called hotels - This hotel, had nothing in the room to meet my travel needs, no shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer. The so called kitchen came with nothing to use, and no paper towels and no coffee maker....this was deemed a select status, so for 90 bucks on a Monday night stay, you can't even get a coffee maker in the room.... Everything

• Susan (1/5): Unpleasant - The only positive part of the stay was that the hotel allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated. I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately my experience did not meet expectations. On check-in, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, which was disappointing. On my last night, I also found a cockroach in the wall area of the room. In addition, noise from other guests made it difficult to sleep, with loud disturbances continuing late into the night (around 3am). Overall, the stay did not feel comfortable or well-maintained, and it affected my rest and experience. I hope management addresses cleanliness and noise control to improve future guests’ stays.

• Sergio (1/5): Terrible! Mold all over… - Entire property smells mold, but rooms are even worst!. I gave up staying there after first night by feeling sick and nauseous.

People outside of the side entrance smoking weed and drinking. Took almost a month to finally get a refund for the room which was ridiculously priced at $257.

I didn't get there till after 11pm and the front doors were secured like Fort Knox which is a good thing. I called as instructed and the front desk person ..sorry can't remember his name let me in and he was an extremely nice guy! Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Everything was good!

• T6506OLsimones (2/5): Roaches, Pubic hair on walls, mold, bad smells - DO NOT STAY HERE. Explain to me why in the world the receptionist didn’t seem at all surprised when told that there there were PUBES ON THE COUNTERS AND WALLS. My boyfriend spent 2 nights here and it was disgusting. We tried to get him out of there asap, even ended up staying with a family member for night just so he wouldn’t have to stay there any longer. I examined the room myself and sure enough there was black pubic hair curled up on the wall next to the bathroom sink. My boyfriend is blonde. That was NOT his hair. The room also had a noticeably bad smell as soon as you walked in. There’s alot to take in here so I’ll give bullet points. -roaches -bad smell -mold -broken faucet -pubic hair on walls -pubic hair in kitchen sink
• Bim59 (2/5): Keep On Driving - Check is published as 3 pm. When we arrived at 3 rooms were not ready. It took them an hour before we could get into our room. Unfortunately, we had plans for the short time we were in town so missed out on some things. Once we got into the rooms only had 2 towels even though we made reservations for 4. No soap, no shampoo no hair dryer. Once we got in our room and we getting organized to get back out to proceed with our delayed activities the door opened and in walked the maid. No knocking or anything-just walked straight in. She said she needed to check the microwave. She should have checked the cabinet for the liquor bottle that was left there. Floor was clean, but the cleaning product they used made the floor sticky. Lots of weird cleaning product smells throughout the building. Dirty men’s underwear in the parking lot. Lots of maintenance issues. Conveniently located to PIE airport, but should have made a different choose and driven a little further.

• Trudy (5/5): It worked for us as we were in a bind but would not recommend to friends. - The location & price were good. We wanted something with a kitchenette. Bathroom was clean and spacious. The hallways, elevator and outside areas were not clean. The kitchen had no useful utensils or pots/pans. Not even a coffee maker. No table/ chairs to eat at. Furniture was old, chipped, beat up. Also, the freeway noise was very loud at night.

• Maraha (5/5): I won’t stay here again due to the discrepancy in there advertisement. - The room was clean. I booked this hotel because their website stated breakfast was included in our stay. There was no breakfast, no coffee or any snacks other than a vending machine. Also, this facility did not have an ice bucket or ice. I also think it’s ridiculous to have to pay an additional fee for towels when we were not even provided the appropriate amount of towels for the amount of people in my party.

• V465GStraceyf (10/5): Clean and Safe No Matter How Long You Extend - I’m not sure if the previous guest actually stayed here. They don’t have a pool, free breakfast, or coffee, however the rooms are clean, inside and outside are clean and Tom the maintenance man is amazing. Please come see for yourself. The people that extend their stay are hard working people and help keep this place a nice place to stay. It’s not dirty, it does not stink, and the staff are constantly making changes to make experiences better. No matter where you stay you have guest and/or that make it bad or better. From the Gm to the maintenance man. Cynthia and Tom will ensure your stay is amazing.

• Isabela (4/5): - I ended up checking out early to go somewhere else because there were bugs throughout the entire room. I’m not talking about 1 or 2, I get it’s Florida, but it was about 15 I killed the only night I stayed, from brown beetles to cockroaches. The staff was incredibly gracious and understanding when canceling and gave a full refund.

• Elena (2/5): - When I went to check in, the lady acted like I was bothering her. She was extremely rude, and did not want to answer questions. Snapped at me and was very slow to assist. The hotel had people hanging outside smoking and men were outside in groups. The smell was horrible. The carpets were stained very bad. Food in the middle of the hallway floor. I woke up with my door unlocked, thankfully I placed a chair. I did not feel safe. You can hear everything going on the floor. Window has no blinds to block the light, it beams into the room. The worse experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel in my life!

• Claudia (2/5): Painful experience - Me and my husband stayed at the Stay America hotel for only one night. We purchased for 3 days but we barely were able to stay there for one day, the room and the service was nice. However the floor we were on smelled very badly of smoke, plus the people staying around us were very loud all the way to 1 in the morning. We hurried on out and got a refund. What didn't help it looked nice on reviews till we got there and stayed a bit.. it felt like a horror movie. Would not recommend if you like to not smell smoke and hear loud banging till it's very late.

But also my belongings were stolen from my car in the parking lot and they have no cameras looking at the parking lot. And they were of no help. The police came and I filed a report but tbh feels like the thief know there’s no camera and they just took my stuff.

• Adventure221157 (2/5): Horrid - Honestly, I have personally never seen a hotel this ghetto in my life. I guess, if a person is homeless - this is a step better than living on the streets. The common areas are filthy and stink. Front desk folks - zero customer service skills. Pictures of room online must have been taken at a different location. Kitchen is NOT fully equipped - no dishes, pans, etc. Cabinets are ancient and look disgusting. Refrigerator rusted. Bed looks like ....how do I even explain? There is a metal bedframe, bad mattress and super thin bed coverings. If this was the last option for a hotel when I am traveling again - I will choose to sleep in my car.
