• M (10/5): A beautiful location, comfortable with goid facilities - The location was stunning. The room suite was a good size with very good facilities, including a washer and dryer. No complaints

• Stephany (10/5): - The room was spacious, everything was clean and new. You get your own space and get a fantastic view. It's about a 15 mins drive from Queenstown, but with how busy Queenstown is, we found this to be a great location that was quieter but still near everything.

• Paul (9/5): Excellent King bed, suburb some distance from the cbd ,fridge useless and bathroom good. - Quiet (despite being under the flight path for Q’twn Airport). Main room got the afternoon sun, so despite being cold outside it was hot enough for shorts inside. Bed was excellent. The refrigerator either froze everything or it leaked. Shotover is some distance from the centre of town. Around 9am the traffic was jammed and it took 10-15 minutes to get out of the suburb.

• Christin (9/5): Schöne Lage und super Blick in die Natur. - Es war sehr ruhig und die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr schön, um einen herum befinden sich die Berge und der Ausblick ist wunderschön. In der Wohnung ist alles notwendige vorhanden, man hat sogar die Möglichkeit etwas zu kochen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind per Auto, aber auch per Bus gut erreichbar.
• Patrick (9/5): Great base in Queenstown - Had everything we needed and then some, with a fantastic view. While a bit outside Queenstown, Arrowtown down the road was lovely. Sandflies got me after getting too comfortable on the verandah taking in the view at the end of the day!
• liliane (9/5): We loved our stay. - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The location overlooking Shotover Country and the distant mountains was very tranquil. It was even enjoyable to watch the nearby planes. Nothing really, but a dishdrainer could be useful.

Both kitchen and bath amenities including tea/coffee, shampoo/shower gel. Washing/drying machines available. Soft towels. Comfortable bed. Ample lighting and outlet availability. WIFI was excellent. 5-7 minute drive to Queenstown Woolworths/Pak n Save grocery stores. Very quiet neighborhood. Fun to watch the airplanes fly into Queenstown (didn't hear them at night) Small size fridge
• Diana (8/5): Netter Aufenthalt, gute View, allerdings mit Fluglärm - Sehr unkomplizierte Abwicklung und Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Die Location hat alles, was man benötigt, dazu einen sehr schönen Ausblick von der Terrasse aus. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack zu weich und die Einflugschneise vom Flughafen schon sehr laut, da relativ viele Flugzeuge starten und landen.

• Greg (10/5): A great place to use as a base to explore the Queenstown area if you have a car. - Plenty of room including a lounge and well equipped kitchen. There are nice views over the valley towards Queenstown. The washing machine and dryer were a bonus. This property will suit those who don’t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Queenstown. A car is required to get to shops and into Queenstown. There is plenty of parking space at the property. Everything in the property is modern and clean.

• Jay (10/5): Nice property and area - The property is in a really nice neighbourhood just a 20min drive from the centre of Queenstown. It feels safe and secluded. The property itself has everything we needed. The airport isn’t too far away and the planes comes into land right above which is quite cool

• Helmut Thomas (9/5): - Very clean and nice place. No food, cafes or restaurants in walking distance. Everything is a 10-15min car drive away. Due to the proximity to the airport regularly some noise from planes and helicopters.
• Selina (9/5): Erholsames Cottage ausserhalb vom Stadttrubel. - Die Aussicht war wunderschön. Man konnte Flugzeuge starten und landen sehen, was für uns flugbegeisterte natürlich mega war. Gastgeber sind gut erreichbar. Es war an einigen Oberflächen ziemlich staubig, das Wichtigste (Bad, Bett, Küche) war jedoch sauber. Lage ausserhalb der Stadt, Auto wäre ziemlich von Vorteil.

• Don (10/5): A nice private 'cottage' in a quiet location. - Loved our stay at this 'cottage'. An excellent, quiet and private location with a nice semi-rural outlook. The room was spacious and clean with excellent facilities. 'BONUS!' Being an aerospace nut, we enjoyed watching the airliners pass overhead on their approach to Queenstown airport.

Ist super gelegen für eine Ankunft oder Abflug ab Queenstown. Ruhe Lage, trotz der Nähe zum Flugplatz. Gut ausgestattete Küche, das Appartment ist recht gross.

The situation was amazing watching the aeroplanes come in through the gap between the cottage and mountains and then land at the airport. Lovely outlook from the cottage. Needed a little maintenance - the handrail needed re-attaching. This did not affect our stay.

• Michael (9/5): Would definitely stay there again, but not with a family next door - Exceptionally well maintained and kept. Great size for a couple and very comfortable. Views. Sunrise and sunset photos are postcard perfect First night was beautiful and quiet. Nothing but nature to be heard whilst sitting on the front porch looking out over the city and alps. Second night we had neighbours in the adjoining room. They had small children who insisted on running around all afternoon and up until 10pm or so. The timber floors amplified the footsteps of our neighbours.

• SHIHTING (10/5): - 我們在這裡住了三晚，我認為對自駕的旅客來說這裡也是探索皇后鎮的絕佳地點。房子很大，熱水供應非常穩定，房子的暖氣非常足夠，洗衣烘衣、煮點東西都很方便，感覺能夠一直住下去也沒有問題。房子在一個感覺與世隔絕的地方，但開車到皇后鎮其實也只有20分鐘的距離，我們認為這非常迷人。白天可以看見整個皇后鎮，晚上可以看見滿天星星，周遭非常安靜，超級浪漫！房東也是個容易溝通的人，我們因為滑雪行程臨時有變動，房東也大方讓我們寄放行李。 只有一個小小缺點：自助的鑰匙箱很難轉動，似乎有點卡住了，我們花了不少時間又請了隔壁的房客幫忙才得以解決
• Justin (10/5): - Terrific location if you want a relaxed self cooking place that has amazing views. The outlook is amazing and Arrowtown and Queenstown are only a short drive. It is in a suburban location so no restaurants etc.

• LondonDoc (8/5): Lovely little studio cottage overlooking Shotover - Lovely little studio cottage overlooking Shotover with views to the airport. Really convenient for the Lake Hayes estate. Comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. There was not a lot to dislike.

• Samantha (4/5): Good idea, bad execution - The room was nowhere near as private as we were expecting, you could hear the footsteps from the adjoining room at all times.. especially when they are shuffling around from 8-10 to check-out, car parking was not clear so we had the neighbouring couple with their car right by our window, and using our side of the walkway and steps which had large windows and was really inconvenient especially considering it is a studio room. The room was also just equipped with a lot of faulty/ill-performing products ie. unreliable wifi, dated tv that only sometimes responds to the remote (this wasn’t even on the right wifi so that took a hot minute to sort out so we could access streaming apps), bathroom heater was sparking so we did not use, outdoor sensor light would turn on for half a second (was off before we’d put the car in park so we were using our phone for light), pedal bin.. but the pedal was basically not working etc. For the most part, they’re minor issues, but there were so many of them, it all added up and really took away from the experience.
• Gabrielle (8/5): Cosy stay that gives you a feel of Queenstown without being in the busy centre - The location is great if you want to be a little bit out of the Queenstown centre. Warm and cosy feel to the property. It isn’t as secluded as the images in the photos make it seem. The cottages are also split into two which isn’t made clear in the images.

• Tp24 (9/5): Nice cottage on the outskirts of Queenstown - Beautiful little cottage on the outskirts of Queenstown. An easy bus ride away from town (parking in town is hard to find). Comfortable, clean and warm. Well appointed. Lovely deck to watch the evening light fade, and good for plane spotting as it is right on the flight path. Planes stop around 9:40pm.

• Julia (10/5): Cozy cottage near Queenstown in quite neighborhood - Super cute and cozy cottage near Queenstown in a very quiet neighborhood, which we greatly appreciated. Parking available directly in front of the cottage. Kitchen had all necessary appliances for cooking. Big window front on one side of the cottage with a great view. Very clean, my wife has a severe dust allergy and didn't have any issues. Would definitely stay there again! Nothing really comes to mind, we had a great time there!
• Rachel (9/5): Comfy and homely. A awesome spot to stop and reset. - Loved waking up to a stunning view and watch a beautiful sunrise run rise. When cooking dinner it would be handy to have an extraction fan over the stove to get some ventilation through. We ended up having to open the windows and door to to get the salmon smell out. But overall best bang for your buck. We wanted to stay another night
