- danny (8/5): Mooi hotel met prima locatie maar nooit meer via Booking.com - Prima kamers, vriendelijk personeel heel lekker ontbijt met verschillende keuzes. In de buurt verschillende winkeltjes en snacks. Booking gaf prijs aan van 580 euro maar eenmaal ingecheckt vroeg men 755 euro. Upgrade kamer zonder overleg en verhoogde prijs. Nadat we dit aanklaagden zou men 105 euro terugbetalen. We zijn benieuwd......

- Richard (6/5): It did the job for one night. - The staff were friendly. Both the air con, shower, TV and bed were good. Great to get two key cards. The room looked like it needed a lick of paint. The bathroom sink tap wasn't properly secured and wobbled from side to side. The room is on quite a busy road.

Le personnel réactif, nous avons eu un problème de voisinage extrêmement bruyant et on nous a changé de chambre à 3h du matin donc merci pour ça ! La literie est très confortable. - Jana (9/5): Perfekt für einen Städtetrip - Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Es befinden sich Bushaltestellen und eine U-Bahn Station in der Nähe, dadurch ist man innerhalb von ca. 30 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Außerdem ist das Restaurant, welches zum Hotel gehört, wirklich sehr gut! Wir waren jeden Abend dort essen und alles war sehr lecker. Zum Frühstück konnte man sich etwas von der Karte aussuchen. Für einen Städtetrip perfekt. Der Teppichboden hatte ein paar Flecken. Außerdem ist es sehr hellhörig, vor allem wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite hat. Es macht kaum einen Unterschied ob das Fenster zu oder offen ist. Im Badezimmer hätte ich mir eine Ablagemöglichkeit gewünscht. Die Handtuchausgabe wirkte etwas willkürlich. Am ersten Tag hatten wir nur zwei Duschhandtücher, am zweiten Tag bekamen wir dann einen Duschvorleger und ein drittes Handtuch, am letzten Tag hatten wir dann keinen Duschvorleger mehr. Das Personal im Hotel und im Restaurant hätte etwas freundlicher sein können. Man merkt es einer Bedienung an wenn sie keine Lust hat… unfreundlich war aber niemand!

- Jeni (4/5): Not great but acceptable for the money - I didn’t realise you had to book a car park space and they only have 4 spaces which were full. However the man on reception was super helpful and found me a place to park close by. The room was small and very basic but to be expected for the price. The bed was comfy and the room was warm. Overall not bad for the money but I wouldn’t go again Small room pretty basic. The en suite was really small. The plug sockets were too close to the work top uprights so none of my plugs would fit in. Luckily there was an old plug under the desk which I used

Snídaně jsme nezkusili, ale večeře byly super, velké porce a velmi chutné. Určitě při další příležitosti půjdu sem. My jsme měli pokoj do dvora, ale i tak jsme občas v noci slýchali sirény sanitek a policie. Hádám, že pokud by byl pokoj na druhé straně u silnice, tak by to bylo horší a hlasitější.

Tube station is a short walk and there are grocery shops around as well as cafes and restaurants. No fridge

Rooms were very modern and supplied with plenty of shampoo products and fresh towel daily. Coffee and tea was available in room. Plenty of small shops and take away stands in area. Close to transportation. Helpful staff.

- Samantha (8/5): One night in Hackney - Nice size to the room. Very effective A/C-heater-combination. Meets all the expected standards of room within a 4 star establishment. The restaurant that accompanies the hotel looked very great. I didn't try it myself but everyone looked more than satisfied. Also the menu with its prices looked very inviting. No shelf space in the bathroom. Very bad lighting in the bathroom (for make up purposes). Very keen-eared and quite loud on top of indoor sounds, when the room faces the street level. Quite surprised that a 4 star establishment charges for their branded utensils such as a disposable toothbrush.

- hillviewengland (10/5): FIRST CLASS HOTEL, AMAZING STAFF - This is still the only place in London that we will ever stay when we visit. You cannot fault the location, excellent staff, superb freshly cooked food and the fact that you’re made to feel like one of the family, not just a guest. We arrived on my birthday and I had such a massive surprise when we went into our room as they had decorated it beautifully for me. This was the most perfect start to my birthday visit to London. As per usual the room was perfect , I love the sweeping view of London from our room, .housekeeping is immaculate everywhere, food is freshly prepared and how they manage to do perfect poached eggs every time, is amazing. All the staff are so friendly and helpful to all the guests. My husband and I have extremely high standards but they always managed to exceed these every time we visit . Once you have stayed here, you will be a returning guest forever .

Convenient location. Little or no parking available. Would have to use public transport. Fortunately we were able to park at relatives nearby.

Value for money hotel but better than a lot of the more expensive options in London. Attentive staff. Breakfast was well prepared, well presented and delicious.

Rooms to a high standard, and very clean, with comfortable beds. The restaurant food was outstanding, reasonably priced and plentiful and again staff very welcoming. Felt like a family business who could do enough for you. No hesitation in recommending to family and friends and to finish the experience the boxing was amazing at the Tottenham Hotspur Ground. Value for money.
