Manjunath (3/5): Very frustrating - The room size was ok.the wash basin was very tiny and clogged.the shower not great.the low point was the mattress.the springs were sticking to my back.had to readjust the position to sleep in awkward position to avoid the springs.very very uncomfortable,not sure how the management have not checked them.

Sharon (5/5): It was a break from home - I like the staff on front desk they were very helpful I didn’t like the bed . It was 2 single beds made as one and was not done properly as was a gap in between them. And the bathroom is a bit small.

Duggan (10/5): Lovely Stay at R Inn - Friendly and helpful on arrival and the room had all I needed, coffee, tea and 2 bottles of water supplied. Didn't use the shower, but the bathroom was modern and clean. Very quiet, so easy to get a good night's sleep. The taxis advertised on the reception desk were not local and charged more as they were coming from Market Harborough. I googled a taxi from the Kettering area and this was about £4.00 less.

Staff at reception absolutely amazing both seem happy and warming, helped us with Internet access as I didn't work to begin with. We asked for plates and cutlery so we could get a take away and even offered us an area we could go and sit. Just needs a little extra clean around bathroom.. top of bath quite dusty and door handle to bathroom quite sticky but that's just my ocd sorry

We're there any? Apart from shower gel? My bed was uncomfortable. I could feel the springs. The place isn't soundproofed very well. Could hear people returning loudly yo their rooms, someone having a massive sneezing episode (poor person), and someone hit my door (presumably accidentally).

Will be using for quick breaks again. Only thing was the towel rail radiator nect to wc. Might be tricky to use when heating on. But only issue. Every thing else was 100% great.
Kevin ev (7/5): Good value with its pros and cons. - Parking wasn't a problem during my say. There was plenty of room in a large car park to the rear of the complex. Staff were very welcoming, and the check-in process was handled quickly and professionally. My room was presented in a clean, tidy manner with plenty of drinking water, coffee, and tea on hand. There's a lively pub just across the road with plenty of fast food outlets within walking distance. The hotel complex has a vending machine for late night snacks. The hotel felt and looked as if it had recently had a make-over. Depending on which room you're allocated, the stairs leading up to it may be a bit challenging, especially if you're carrying a lot of baggage. Top tip, only carry what you can easily manage or need from the car as you book in. The TV in my room wasn't picking up on many of the available channels, but the basics were available with minor interference. It soon became noticeable that there was a drainage issue from the on suite toilet area, and my bed was uncomfortable down the middle where the two mattresses came together. Point to note: The pub across the road has live music most nights, so if you're after a quiet night, think again.

Samantha (2/5): Very unorganised and absolutely not what was described online - Bed was comfy No parking available even though said parking - did not like having to leave my car on the street. Would have booked elsewhere if known. Beer was off. And not offered anything else in replacement. Messed our booking and rooms up so after unpacking the reception knocked and we had to pack up and move.
Sarah (6/5): - Cheapness. Abundance of tea/coffee and milk in the room. Staff were lovely and waited for us to arrive. Bed was so uncomfortable. We asked for a double and got two singles joined. The mattresses have seen better days for sure, we both slept awfully. Room had a bit of a smell (couldn't put our finger on what it was) and the room needed a decobwebbing in the corners, floor didn't look hoovered. You get what you pay for.

Room was clean and suitable for our overnight stay. The mattress was a bit thin. A topper on top of the mattress would have improved comfort. The bathroom was very small. As a suggestion, a smaller sink would give a little bit more elbow room :)
