- Ching Jou (7/5): 除了餐廳人員服務棒以外，跟其他大的親子飯店比，還有進步空間 - 戶外設施 Check in時櫃檯人員態度有些敷衍⋯很快交代完，也沒有提醒一泊二食的內容。
- WENRU (8/5): - 孩子的設施，工作人員也很貼心 聖誕節氣氛好，孩子得到很多聖誕造型的糖果
- QIAO FANG (5/5): 這個住宿費很貴，裡面很多東西還要另外花錢，我寧願拿去捐給流浪動物，也不會花在這邊 - 床舒服 泳池標示不清，導致撞傷，向人員反應，回應冷淡
- 江 (9/5): - 整體都很滿意 房間的床太軟了，二個晚上無法睡好，腰酸背痛
- 惠敏 (7/5): 入住當天天氣晴朗，入住的房型也很舒適且戶外設施很好玩可惜餐點沒有期待中美味！ - 房間的空間很舒適、床也很舒服！ 戶外的遊樂設施小孩玩的很開心！ 小確幸聖誕節的棉花糖無限暢飲！ 晚餐的牛肉沒有嫩⋯吃的很辛苦⋯ 公共區域要丟垃圾都沒看到垃圾桶？ 剛好遇到接待團體也入住及用餐，所以整個很吵雜⋯感覺我們好像走錯飯店了😵💫
- LING (9/5): - 服務人員都非常貼心，服務到位 晚餐跟早餐的菜色偏少，口味可以再加油一些😅另外房間的熱水會忽冷忽熱，以這個價位來說不太行
