AHMAD (10/5): الفندق عائلي ويلبي جميع متطلبات العائلة . - موقع الفندق رائع والشقة كانت رائعة ونظيفة والإطلالة كانت أروع . وجميع الموظفين كانو رائعين وأخص بالشكر موظف الأستقبال ( عثمان ) وكذلك يوجد بالقرب من الفندق جميع الخدمات التي تلبي متطلبات العائلة ، ويوجد محل صرافة عملات ممتاز تحت الفندق مباشرة وكذلك يوجد عدد من السوبرماركت المشهورة قريبة جداً من الفندق . وبعض محلات الملابس ومحل قراتس كذلك . لا يوجد

عبدالعزيز (7/5): فندق اقتصادي جميل - الموقع ومساحة الشقة واسعة ونوافذها كبيرك تعطي منظر رائع جدا السرر لم تكن مريحة جداً ، الحمام لم يكن نظيف بالشكل المطلوب، الغرفة حارة قليلا ولابد من تشغيل التكييف حتى في فصل الشتاء لأن التدفئة عالية فوق المطلوب وطلبت عدة مرات تخفيضها، صغر حجم المصعد

Patrick (1/5): Pior de todas - Não gostei de nada, primeiro no anuncio fala que tem ar, so que isso e pura mentira porque o sistema de ar eles que controlam e é horrivel, tivemos que passar noites com a porta aberta porque não tinha ar, só o quente, e quando fomos pedir para ligarem falaram que não podiam, tevem um dia que o senhor mais velho que fica la a noite gritou com meu amigo e chamou ele de mentiroso, experiencia horrivel nunca fui tão maltratado em um hotel. Pardis (7/5): the host was accommodating and changed our initial booking. the view and location was good. - we booked a 3 bedroom but upon arrival we realized that the 3 bed apartment was not to our liking. there was not enough natural light and windows. we voiced our concerns to the host and they were so accommodating and gave us several options. we decided to move into a 2 bed on the top floor which had a beautiful view and a lot of natural light. i liked the apartment it was nice and open. I appreciated the flexibility and accommodation. the location was great. it was 5 min walk away from Osmanbey metro station and the shops nearby had amazing deals. it was about about 15 to 20 min walk away from Taqsim sq. and the slope of the street was not intense and walking around was generally easy. we also received and used a hanging weighing scale which i think shows 1.5 kg less than what it is. because my luggage was overweight and caught me by surprise at the airport. also prior to arrival they were very prompt and reachable via what's app for any questions which I appreciated. the bathroom in the master room had glass doors and you could see in the bathroom with the door closed which caused a bit of inconvenience for us as a family but i guess would be good for a couple of honeymooners. also one of the chairs seemed a bit wobbely and insecure. one of the sofachairs also seemed a bit crooked. the toothbrush was not included in the room service. the hot water was not as hot as i am personally used to but alright i guess. and there was some scaling happening at the shower floor and the water was not going into the drain as fast as it should have. if the host wouldn't have changed the apartment for us it would have been a bad experience but I'm happy they were very nice and accommodating and understanding of our concerns because the 3 bedroom apartment was not to our liking but the 2 bedroom was nice.

Julia (8/5): - Personal, Large, großes Badezimmer- super. Man kommt sehr schnell überall hin. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit. In der Nähe gibt es alles zum Essen, Shopping, Ausgehen. Das Bett war bequem. Hellhörig, zu wenig Steckdosen, Möbel zu alt. Allerdings für den Preis ist es ok.

Kateryna (3/5): Clean room, but persistent sewage odor made the stay uncomfortable - Location was good just for one day stand, staff friendly and kind Unfortunately, our stay was not as comfortable as expected. We accidentally booked a room without a window, and it did not meet our expectations. After using the shower, a strong sewage smell appeared both in the bathroom and the room, which made it very hard to stay inside. There was also no bath mat or towel for the floor — it was unsafe and slippery after showering. We hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves the conditions.

Onur (6/5): Tam merkezde daha iyi konum olamaz - Merkezi ve çok güzel konumda, fakat penceresiz odalarda nem rutubet kokusu hakim. Genel olarak yataklar temiz banyoda her ihtiyacı karşılıyor. Otelin genel havası biraz kasvetli ama konum herşeyi telafi ediyor. Çalışanlar çok nazik ve yardımcı koşulsuz size her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar.

It is insane and not normal. The concierge is friendly but that is irrelevant while you don’t get basic needs. Only good thing is the location, very central

Ayan (8/5): Very good - The receptionist were nice morning shift and night staff specially osman was at some point directed me how to take bus to taksim . Anything I need I always ask them . He carried my bags till to the taxi . The staff you can’t compete them really very helpful and good manners . My room was good and I only stayed three days . Very nice location everything you can access easily . If I am coming back to Istanbul I would definitely come back .

Egor (7/5): Good - Metro station is really close. You may walk to it less than in 5 min. There are couple nice places to eat around hotel. Reception checked in us a bit earlier because our apartment was ready. Old building in old area brings unavoidable disadvantage such as shabby furniture. Bathroom and at least one bedroom require renovation to make it really nice. There were not much staff in the kitchen. For example, we had only one knife for cooking. In addition, only one electrical oven burner could boil water when another wasn't strong enough.
