- инна (5/5): - Отель нуждается в срочном ремонте. Обои ободранные,очень жутко выглядит. Общее состояние запущенности номера. Белье застиранное. Матрас достаточно удобный. В ванной наполовину вывалившаяся розетка,очень опасная, тк рядом кран. Просила починить,не починили. Тв не работал ,починили. Номер заявлен 17м,по факту думаю 7. Нет даже стула,некуда ни сесть ни положить вещи. Очень шумно ночью. Беруши не спасали. Но расположен отель удобно ко всему. Персонал очень приветливый и оставил приятное впечатление.

- inga donadze (5/5): - location was great i did not like the room - first room they gave us was extremely uncomfortable - the bed was low - just on the floor, it was very uncomfortable - no space to sit. the bathroom had glass door which did not close properly - no noise isolation at all- basin was damaged and all water flushed on floor. the staff changed our room without hesitation, but anyway this hotel needs urgent renovation

Requested the receptionist to change our room but was fully booked on that night. The bed did not have any blanket and had to request one. Upon request we received a smelly, used and a bleached blanket. The room itself was suffocating for the mouldy smell. The toiletries had marks, shower head holder was broken. To summarise the room was a total disaster. The receptionist requested us to stay for the night and a change of room was promised. The new room was decent but again not the best. Staff were great and friendly just the hotel itself was not for us

A fürdőben éjszakánként néha csatorszag volt. Az ajtó kinyitása után sötétben tapógatózva kellett megtalálni a villanykapcsolót (ahová a nyitókártyát kell illeszteni, hogy fény legyen). Az ágy kerete üléskor nyomta a lábat, szék nem volt az apró szobában. A reggeli túlnyomóan édes ételekből áll, de voltak felvágottak, sajtok és tojásételek is. A tea finom, a többi ital gyengébb minőségű.

- Jocosta (10/5): Always Excellent - South African living in Dubai. This was my third stay at Sanat Boutique Hotel and I always enjoy it. The hotel is close to all the restaurants and shops you need. It's an easy walk down to Old Town and all the sights. It's my go to Hotel when I am in Istanbul. I know what to expect and the staff are so friendly and helpful esp. Ali and crew. Will defiantly be back. Nothing

While the property is a bit dated and could benefit from some renovation, it was very clean and impressively quiet, especially considering its location near one of the busiest areas of Istanbul. The staff were professional and polite. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. A more varied selection including fresh juices, fruits, and yogurts would make it much more satisfying and enjoyable.I hope the management takes these suggestions into account, as the hotel has great potential.

- Aoife (1/5): Terrible experience warning others not to stay here - Nothing Very unsafe experience – would not recommend I arrived at this hotel as a solo traveller late in the evening, and from the moment I walked in, I felt extremely unsafe. Despite requesting a low floor due to a knee issue, my room was on the 5th floor, which meant I had to climb five flights of stairs in the dark. The hallways were poorly lit, I saw many rooms with doors left open, and the overall environment was dirty and neglected. On the stairs, I actually fell, which made the situation even more stressful. When I got to my room, the door wouldn’t lock, which made me feel completely unsafe, so I chose not to stay there at all. I ended up spending €164 for a room I could not use and spent no time in the hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, especially solo travellers, those with mobility issues, or anyone concerned about safety

Koca arabayı cebime koyamayacağım için konaklayamayıp yeni otel tuttum iade istedim normal şartlarda olsa zaten iptal etmeyecektim fakat sorun onlardan kaynaklı olduğu arabamı bırakmadan da konaklayamayacağımı belirmeme rağmen reddetmişler rezil bir mekan hotelsin bile telefonlarına 3 günde döndüler
- Linda (8/5): - Das Sanat Hotel war sehr zentral gelegen. Auf der Einkaufsmeile war man innerhalb von 2 min. Richtung Bazare ging es schnell über die Galatabrücke zu Fuß in 20-30 min. Der Standart der Zimmer war ausreichend.
- Hayri Can (10/5): - Odalar temizdi. Fakat içerisi biraz pis kokuyordu koku sorununu düzeltmeleri gerekiyor onun disinda herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık.

- Ramez (6/5): - L’emplacement de l’hôtel est bien seulement pour faire Galata Tower à pieds, si vous n’aimez pas les montées, évitez car le retour à l’hôtel est toujours souffrant sauf si vous avez des cuisses bien musclées. Il ne faut pas compter non plus sur la vue ni sur l’espace. Vous êtes la seulement pour se doucher et dormir.
- James (8/5): - We had to change room as the neighbours were fighting/arguing until 4am. Hotel staff didn't seem to do anything about it other than agree to a room move the next morning. Similarly the first room (101) didn't have a fully functioning light in the bathroom, the sink leaked, the wallpaper was filthy with not sure what.... And anytime you showered it flooded the bathroom. Room 404 was better but the rooms generally needs a deep clean, strippng down and repainting.

Kahvaltısı dolu ve güzeldi. Özellikle kahvaltıda verdikleri magnolia da ayrı bir tat katmıştı. Personeli güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Deneyimimizden gayet memnun kaldık. Kısa süreli konaklamalar için güzel.

- Sina Austin (6/5): - Mid October 2024 CONS: This is a beautiful Art Deco building in need of a deep clean, repairs, and restoration. Dead, dark, and depressing. We went through 5 different rooms in the first 24 hours and ended up with a better one that we couldn't lock the door from inside, sheets were not clean, 3 electrical sockets were out of order, room light were too bright that hurt your eyes but there was not enough light in the bathroom, the nightstand tends to flip over when the drawer pulled out, No hot water in the morning happened twice in our 15 day's stay. Very strong foul oder almost in the entire hotel lasted for 3 days, sprayed chimical, ordered by the city, when we asked. Dark hallways that we purchased a flashlight. Only one receptionist could speak English that we have seen him 3 times. PROS: Great location, steps from Istiklal Street. Good breakfast buffet. Fast internet connection with no interruption. Elevators were in good condition. The maids were nice. The hotel had a front and a back entrance.

Walkingdistance to the bazaars and mosques. Ok breakfast. Quite a bit of noise from other rooms and corridor. Friendly staff.

- Philip (8/5): I'd happily return to this hotel next time I'm in istanbul. - The breakfast is the best thing about this hotel. A good range of choices. It runs for 3 hours to so whether we were up early or late it was available. A good selection of healthy turkish foods too. We definitely left the hotel ready for the day. The location is near a busy area but is just a little bit quieter. There is a supermarket nearby so we used the fridge a lot. It's near the metro station and the funicular which was fun to use at the end of the day. Saves walking up the hill. Getting to the airport was easy at the end of the trip. I've been to this hotel about 15 years ago and the breakfast and location made me book here again this time. The shower fixture and toilet seat were broken. The TV only had the Turkish channels.
