Stephen (10/5): Good value qiality hotel. - Good facilities, friendly staff and a nice gym/swimming pool. Lovely lake and park directly opposite too. Some nice bars close by. It is a little bit out of the centre, so a car or taxi trip is needed to go to the centre.

Brent (9/5): Great place, good location helpful friendly staff - Breakfast is set menu either american or thai, with coffee and juice, if you have a childs Bed in your room you also qualify for breakfast for them as well. There is no other food sold in the hotel but you can order grab or go to a restaurant nearby

Hotel certainly has a Wow factor although it is showing signs of age. Swimming pool had a few bit of rubbish floating around. Hotel could do with a bar or somewhere close to buy some beer and snacks. The certificate for cleanlyness of the matress and bedding was about 9 years old!

chris (8/5): Hotel for Giants! - I think overall its a very nice hotel, they provide all the usual amenities, good gym, nice pool etc. Good price with free upgrade to a large deluxe room. All the corridors and doors are huge! Room door must have been 3m high! No idea why. The location right next to Bung Tau Lua lake, or reservoir is nice. But very remote. I had a nice run around the lake one evening, about 2 miles round. Very busy with thais, mainly walking, some running and there is a separate bike track. The hotel has bikes, I think for rent. They let me lock my bike up with the ones they have. The only things I didn't really like the isolated location. There is only one bar and perhaps two restaurants nearby. Also, they ask you to pre order breakfast from a set menu with 3 or 4 options. Ok if you like Thai style brecky. I dont. I'd rate the breakfast as below average. Zero English language channels on the tv. Smart tv in room but all services need to be paid for. Unless u already have subscription. Had a fire stick but the tv was set on a revolving panel and couldn't access the hdmi. Other superior rooms, which were smaller had stand alone tvs. Nearly changed. But stayed put, only stayed 2 nights and wasn't in much to watch tv anyway.

Eric (7/5): Overnight stop at Beverley Hills korat - The rooms are very big with very high ceilings and the spa bath is great. Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was offered in the room as well as downstairs. While it positions itself as a premium hotel and the facilities and room size certainly suit that, our room at least had a few issues that let the image down - lighting is pretty dark and dim in the evening. The spa bath is quite hard to get into, especially if you're older. And the airconditioning was very loud and difficult to adjust - the climate control system was not working and a cheap substitute had very few settings to adjust.

They do provide free bike service. Very good opportunity to hand a basic breakfast delivered to your room every morning. Gym and sauna and pool were good. Internet was good. No convenience store close by or bigger restaurants. You definitely need to rent a car to be here. Not easy to find a taxi or tuk tuk at this location. Must use a grab service.

The air conditioning is unacceptably loud for a hotel room. Definitely bring earplugs if you want to sleep with it on, or noise cancelling headphones if you want to work in the room. Poor lighting throughout the hotel, especially in the bathroom. Breakfast, while plentiful, wasn’t great.

No food or drinks available, and the next shop is about 700m away. Only staff was at the reception. Gym without AC, and no towels also for the pool, Pool water poor quality. No proper light in the Bathroom, very dark, Balcony no furnitures, and not usable, due to noisy and hot AC on both sides. This just to mention a few of many more disappointing things.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Can play table tennis and pool upstairs which was quite fun. Disappointed the bath didn’t work and no hot water. The breakfast wasn’t that great either. The bikes they offer for free to cycle weren’t great all wheels were flat. No balcony furniture. Pool wasn’t great sheltered , no sun reaches the rooftop.

Hmh1402 (4/5): Disappointing - Big rooms, nice interiour, stylish big hallways Infinity pool, not big but nice with a nice view to a park with lake Gym well equipped and big Jacuzzi in room Staff at reception friendly Aircon unbelievable noisy, even in low level shower in the room with some technical problems breakfast unbelivable bad, have to fill out a card for ordering a day before. Last time I saw something like that was in youth hostels in germany in the 80s or in hospitals. Not big choices, and takes 10 minutes to prepare after you have arrive at the table in the morning Dog of the owner was loudly barking during the day, of course staff could not do anything because the dog of the owner... Only a few sunchair at the pool and all in the shadow, even there is a big area which could be used for that.

Domenico (8/5): Good staying. As expected. - Position very near to the lake. Very good Jacuzzi. Frigo very big. Room cleaning service excellent. Free bycicles. Breakfast very poor and not acceptable for a 4 stars class hotel.
