- Frederic (6/5): Très très mitigé - Nous avons été surclassé sans rien demandé donc nous étions très content de cela Les chambres vieillissantes, pas propre! J’avais une chaussette sale de l’ancien occupant en dessous de mon lit . Le restaurant très décevant beaucoup de choses manquantes sur la carte l’excuse du personnel c’est nous hors saison donc la carte n’est pas complète ce qui est pas normal car ça aurai du être indiqué lors de la réservation petit déjeuner médiocre comparé à la haute saison. La plage une déchèterie ! Très décevant nous avions été en 2024 dans cet établissement en haute saison et c’est pour cela que j’ai voulu y retourner mais je suis extrêmement déçu je n’y retournerai plus !

- Fehima (9/5): Séjour en famille ressourçant auprès d'une équipe hôtelière bienveillante - Le personnel est accueillant, polyvalent et disponible en cas de sollicitations. Ils sont très aimables envers les enfants (mention spéciale pour Bilkis et ses collègues). Nous nous sommes sentis à notre aise. Il y a un service de bagagerie. Ce dernier peut vous attendre directement à votre arrivée vers l'embarcadère, et vous raccompagner pour votre retour. L'hôtel est idéalement situé. Côté plage : vous pouvez la longer à pieds pour atteindre l'entrée de walking street, ou bien emprunter un petit chemin au fond de l'hôtel, qui mène vers le milieu de l'île, direction sunset beach (vous y trouverez aussi des tuk-tuk si besoin). Le petit-déjeuner est plutôt bien fourni, il ne faut pas hésiter à demander si quelque chose manque (les œufs peuvent être cuits à la demande). Le réfectoire du petit déjeuner est juste devant la plage, de quoi se ressourcer dès le réveil. En clair : nous recommandons le séjour dans cet hôtel, les pieds dans l'eau, très reposant. Personne n'a réussi à nous affirmer si le buffet est halal ou non, je conseille donc de se contenter des œufs et du poisson. De plus, il y a parfois pas ou peu de réassort de certains mets victimes de leur succès (pommes de terre par exemple), La chambre, la salle de bain et le mobilier mériteraient un rafraîchissement au vue du prix, mais n'oublions pas que le confort sur une île loin de tout, a donc un prix ... l'essentiel y est. Le ménage à notre arrivée était plutôt bof, ils ont nettoyé après réclamation.

- Valentina (10/5): Da sogno e indimenticabile, ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore - Struttura meravigliosa, sulla spiaggia più bella dell’isola. Resort piccolino a pochi minuti a piedi dalla walking street, qualche dettaglio estetico da rivedere nelle camere, ma sono talmente tanti i punti positivi che passano in secondo piano. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Anche la cucina è veramente ottima. Angolo massaggi proprio davanti alla spiaggia, da sogno. Qualche dettaglio da rivedere nella camera, necessita di un po’ di manutenzione.

Lækker morgenmad som indtages 20 skridt fra vandkanten. Personalet er super søde og hjælpsomme. 6 min’s gang til walking street via stranden. Virkelig et skønt og anbefalelsesværdigt sted. Jeg kunne lide det hele.

Bom local para almoçar também, onde comi o melhor Pad Thai de sempre e bem servido. O staff foi super prestável, foram buscar-nos ao pier e carregaram as nossas bagagens num carrinho. A limpeza foi impecável também. Não tenho queixas e voltaria a ficar e agradeço o upgrade de quarto 🙏 Nada a apontar.

- Sabrina (8/5): Very nice stay, some details would make it perfect. - The breakfast is very nice and suitable for any taste. The massage center close to the resort is a must. The proximity with walking street and the other beaches and the fact that there are no boats in front of the resort. The rooms are clean and the terrace is nice after a long day. The staff is super friendly and helpful :) Rooms are a bit outdated, furniture are not really matching and especially the floor where some tiles are moving. The shower head was broken but for 3 nights we didn’t mention it. The sunbeds are old too, it would be better to buy new ones with mattresses and a few additional umbrellas. Pattaya beach is not the best as you hear the boats coming and going, but for a first visit to Koh Lipe it’s a good strategic spot. Those are details but they make the difference sometimes for a perfect stay.
- Vins Love (10/5): - Absolutely stunning resort right in front of the main beach in Koh Lipe. The rooms are little villas and they are very close to the shore. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast in the morning right in front of the sea. The hotel arranges the collection of the luggage when arriving on the island which is very nice! I have nothing negative to say, I enjoyed staying here.

The environment is pleasant and relaxing, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, our last two days were ruined by an incredibly loud Indian family whose constant shouting and screaming completely disturbed the peace. While this was not the staff's fault and they couldn't have prevented it, it was a very frustrating experience that disrupted an otherwise perfect stay.

- Louise (10/5): Loved my stay, it made Koh Lipe an unforgettable experience - Straight off the boat and help with luggage to hotel, it’s a nice little bonus to not haul luggage. The staff are really nice and welcoming, so friendly and accommodating. A very easy check in! The bungalows are so cute right on the beach and the whole place just gives pure holiday vibes, very nice breakfast with a good selection. If I had to say anything about this property, the interiors are slightly dated, but that’s being really picky to be honest. Everything else was perfect.

Staff were so helpful and knew exactly what was needed. Food was excellent never a problem. Clean and literally on the beach. The only problem was the shower head holder had broke. A shame the restaurant closed early but had plenty of other choices to go to.

Massage precis där vid hotellet. Vi fick bungalows för jättebra pris. Möblerna på rummet var gamla, dörrar vattenskadade, rester av målarfärgen kunde torkades bort.

Das Zimmer ist alt, die Möbel teilweise kaputt, die Duschhalterung defekt, hellhörig und schon morgens ist es vor der Tür laut. Es gibt nur 5 Schirme und die Liegen haben keine Polster. Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir haben nach 2 Nächten das Hotel gewechselt.

La habitación es de un dos estrellas a lo sumo. El ingreso a las mismas es a través de un pasillo por detrás de la cocina, lleno de tachos, sucio. Las habitaciones son de estructura de madera, se oye todo lo que ocurre al lado o abajo. Tiene una pequeña ventana que da al patio del vecino. Esta muy mal mantenida, partes rotas, el espejo del baño caído...no volvería!

- Caroline (10/5): Amazing stay in Koh Lipe! - We loved the location, it was a short and enjoyable walk to the walking street (by the beach) to access great restaurants, laundry services, 7-eleven, pharmacies, etc. The staff was super friendly and smiley, the facilities well maintained and very clean, and the food at the resort very good and not too pricy. Our cottage was the perfect size for 2, and offered everything we needed for our stay. If we ever come back to Koh Lipe, we will choose this resort again! The only negative thing we can mention is the lack of beach chairs and umbrellas, which can be a bit frustrating, especially when we see that guests reserve them very early in the morning, but only show up at the end of the afternoon. It doesn't prevent us from enjoying the beach, but makes it less comfortable.
- Rhiannon (7/5): Great location - hotel in poor state - Great location. Aircon worked. Staff were friendly. Beach chairs and umbrellas. Room was in disrepair. Bathroom sink falling off the wall, TV did not work, tiles falling out of the shower, shower head didn't stand upright and had to be held when in use, some unpleasant drain smells in the outside area. Water stains down the wall under the Aircon.
- MonyTravelSpecialist (9/5): - Ottima struttura in una posizione eccezionale, nel lato della spiaggia dove non sostano le longtail. Spiaggia di sabbia fine e bianchissima, quasi abbagliante al sole. Mare di colori talmente belli da sembrare finti. Ottima colazione sulla spiaggia. Possibilità di fare massaggi ma è necessario prenotare perché sono i migliori e sempre affollati. La nostra stanza 203 era perfetta, vista mare, letto enorme, bagno grande con molti appoggi e doccia grande, asciugacapelli con anche diffusore. Tv ( che non abbiamo usato mai!). Aria condizionata. Terrazza con tavolo e sedie e stendi panni. Wifi inesistente, segnale davvero basso e incostante. Sedie e ombrelloni vecchi e danneggiati, andrebbero sostituiti in una struttura così bella. Personale delle pulizie attento solo il primo giorno, poi molto approssimativo.

Hotel znajduje sie na samej plazy , blisko walking street, z dala od łodek i promow ktore przywoza ludzi, latwo dostac sie tez secret beach i sunset beach. Fajna opcja jest ze zarowno przyjazdu jak i odjazdu walizki sa odbierana przez hotel. Polecam masaze. Sniadania niezle , ale kawa FATALNA (zrobcie cos z tym ), mogla by byc do snaidania jakas bagietka a nie tylko chleb tostowy. (Przydalaby sie czasem jakas wedkina na chleb, avokado jakis smoothie do sniadania) Pokoje ok z klima , czajnikiem, wygodnym lozkiem, mala lodowka i ciepla woda pod prysznicem, jest bezpiecznie ale przydalby sie sejf! Codzinnie 2 butelki wody. Co prawda nie sa najnowsze, ale na plazy sa darmowe lezaki(moze przyadalyby sie jakiss pufki) Po za hotelem totalny balagan, ale to klopot calej wyspy. Najwieksza wada kawa praktycznie nie zdatna do picia najgorsza na calej wyspie.(mysle ze to kwdtia gatunku) Kiepski intenet raz jest , a raz go nie ma- zrobcie cos z tymi 2 rzeczami, bo wszyscy o tym pisza!!! Gdybym byl managerem wprowdzilbym sety/brunche obiadowe, zrobilbym jak w innych hotelach happy hour na drinki. Obnizyl ciut ceny w karcie i troche ja urozmaicił Z wieczora kompletnie nic sie sie nie dzieje- w porownaniu z innym hotelami.( ale to tez kkopot wyspy -smetna muzyka na zywo/pokaz ognii/lub podziwianie zachodu na plazy sunset to jedyne wieczorne arltrakcje)
- Angie (8/5): Nice visit to Bella Vista on Koh Lipe - We were met at the ferry port, our luggage was transported on a cart to the resort. We had a large room with plenty of storage. The bed was comfortable, the shower good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK. Not bad by any means, but not fantastic either. Resort is a little dated, but clean. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible. The resort needs a few more umbrellas.

- Łukasz (10/5): - My mieliśmy domek z widokiem na morze, fajnie blisko plaży, blisko do nocnego marketu i pozostałych plaż. Hotel jest położony w części plaży gdzie nie stają łodzie. Domek czysty, duży przestronny, klima działala perfect. Łazienka duża, woda ciepła bez problemu. Także wszystko było ok. Ekipa hotelu pomocna i miła. Polecam Nic nie zwróciło mojej uwagi
- Melanie (9/5): - Direkt am Strand, schöne kleine Bungalows. Der Strand ist einer der wenigen Abschnitte, an dem keine Boote halten. Es ist dennoch laut und man hört und sieht die anderen Boote.. Riffe vor der Tür zum schnorcheln. Bei Ebbe eine kleine Sandbank. Liegen sind vom Hotel kostenlos. Jedoch sind nicht ganz so viele vorhanden und einige kaputt. Handtücher für den Strand kann man täglich bei Bedarf wechseln. Das Hotel liegt eher in einem ruhigen Bereich. Da Koh Lipe mittlerweile sehr überlaufen ist. Man ist dennoch in wenigen Minuten bei der Walking Street und somit mitten im Geschehen.

The beach in front of the Resort is very good, you can snorkel just in front of the beach and you can see fishes. This part of the beach there is no boat, so you can swim peacfully. The breakfast was really good with 4 types of fresh fruits and a lot of other options. The staff was nice and helpful. Some minor maintenance in the bathroom is needed (toalett paper holder was moving). Sunbeds without matrasses are not so comfortable.

- Anna (9/5): Ottima sistemazione per chi si adatta alla semplicità - Se sei una persona semplice, bella vista fa per te! La nostra king deluxe era essenziale, ma dotata del necessario per dormire serenamente. L’isola è così bella che passare del tempo in camera diventa proprio inutile. Se non ti interessano gli standard di pulizia occidentali da 10 e lode, il posto è perfetto. Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile, la distanza dalla meravigliosa spiaggia di Pattaya è minima e la colazione è variegata (italiani non lamentatevi della poca scelta di dolce, è un’ottima occasione per provare cose nuove e internazionali). La struttura mette a disposizione asciugamani da spiaggia, bottigliette d’acqua fresca e sdraio sulla spiaggia. Ad essere fiscali, le sdraio dovrebbero essere un po’ sistemate. La qualità è un po’ scarsa e si staccano i pezzi. Forse farei maggiore attenzione alla pulizia delle lenzuola e opterei per una maggiore illuminazione della stanza da letto.

- Natalia (10/5): - The customer service at Bella Vista was excellent — very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. They even contacted us via WhatsApp to arrange beach pickup with a signboard and luggage trolley, which was a nice touch. Our beachfront villa was spacious and comfortable, and we really appreciated the beautiful birthday decorations. The beach was lovely and peaceful, with no boats nearby. Breakfast was also very good. We truly enjoyed our stay.
- Maria Rita (10/5): Quattro giorni a Koh Lipe - La posizione sulla spiaggia che incredibilmente non ha mai barche ormeggiate. Ci hanno fatto upgrade dandoci la camera king che in realtà è un bellissimo bungalows a due passi dal mare. Colazione varia e abbondante dolce e salata. Yogurt, frutta, muesli top! La cortesia ed il sorriso di tutto lo staff. Nulla.
