Also the consistent and professionalism of the staff at the front desk especially Mr.Sami the manager who always remembers my name and greets me with sincerity and warm, and also at the Spa, especially Jennifer and the one guy (sorry forgot his name) who were always welcoming, professional, and extremely flexible when I had to make changes to my massage bookings Only slight compliant was that I had the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign hanging on the outside of my door, yet still got staff knocking on my door. I understand housekeeping have to do their job but that's the point of the sign if people are constantly knocking? Also, sometimes the door bell would ring but when I would open the door nobody was outside, so not sure if the doorbell has malfunctioned or what but it happened a few times..but I just ignored it.

This time, I probably caught the Ramadan period, but at breakfast, I didn't like the coffee or the variety of food. There was nothing open in the lobby or the restaurant in the evening.

- Cillin (7/5): - A/c was locked on 22 and it was far too hot. Didn't sleep all night. Everything else was fine. At 5am I managed to figure out how to unlock it (Youtube) and set it to the right temperature. Had to get up at 6.30am though so was pointless.
