- Fadelly (6/5): Mejora en el horario del Gym y del desayuno - Muy bien ubicado, todo limpio el personal amable Es increíble que tienen un gimnasio amplio en otra torre y solo se puede usar hasta las 8 de la mañana cuando en realidad no molesta a nadie, escogí este lugar por el gym y abrí cuando ya tenía que ir a la oficina, esto no puede ser. El desayuno en realidad es muy malo dure 5 días en lo cual tuve que comer lo mismo, no dan opción ni siquiera de tener pedir unos huevos diferentes a los servidos que están revueltos.

- malenagattidillon (10/5): Spacious comfortable rooms, attentive staff, prime location and very well priced - We hosted all of our wedding guests at the Almarena and had a wonderful experience staying there! The staff was incredibly attentive and responsive - you could tell they really cared about our experience and put all their effort into making sure everything went as perfectly as possible. The rooms are huge, very comfortable, modern, clean, and have wonderful views from their floor to ceiling windows. This is a small detail, but their water pressure in the shower is amazing, and depending which room you get, they come with a really nice bathroom and walk-in closet. It's also very conveniently located and safe to venture out on foot at night over to Puerto Madero. They also recently redid their lobby and got a whole new restaurant area for the breakfast - it's nothing crazy but the ambiance is lovely and its a nice way to start the day. I wouldn't say the Almarena is a high luxury hotel, but it's an incredible value for what you get - a very comfortable home base, even for an extended stay, with an excellent attentive staff.

Y al hacer el check in encontrarte que asignan al lado tuyo las que pediste tú hace un mes atrás y a vos no porque no hay disponibilidad. Detalles menores: El gimnasio no tenía agua algunos días, tampoco música, estaban sucias las máquinas y con falta de mantenimiento. También creo que podría mejorar el sector del desayuno! La diversidad en las opciones ejemplo: en los huevos (duros, revueltos, poche), más variedad de frutas y opciones sin lactosa & sin gluten, entre otras cosas. Le falta una tabla de planchar a la habitación y más enchufes con diversas tomas.

- Chimera (7/5): Buena, aunque fue en gran parte afectada por la falta de jacuzzi, motivo principal por el que elegimos este hotel - La ubicación y la atención del personal fueron buenas, muy atentos y amables. Las instalaciones en general están muy bien cuidadas y limpias, el departamento un lujo, muy cómodo. El desayuno no fue el gran desayuno que esperábamos pero estuvo bien. Problema con jacuzzi: Durante nuestra estadía de dos noches, el segundo día el jacuzzi compartido dejó de funcionar correctamente, ya que no alcanzaba una temperatura adecuada para su uso. Informamos la situación en recepción en varias oportunidades y se nos indicó que se trataba de un problema técnico que sería revisado, pero no fue solucionado antes de finalizar nuestra estadía. El jacuzzi fue uno de los principales motivos por los que elegimos este hotel, por lo que la imposibilidad de utilizarlo afectó directamente nuestra experiencia. También enviamos un correo electrónico al hotel el mismo día dejando constancia de la situación y solicitando una propuesta de compensación, pero hasta el momento no hemos recibido respuesta.
