tackett (7/5): Would stay again, but don't expect much - Location was good. Room was clean,tub drained well. Front office person was very helpful and so friendly. VERY CLEAN. A little dated, bed was hard and the pillows could have been better. Towels need an upgrade. For the price I did expect better. However these negatives would not stop me from stayong here, I would bring my pillow.

Terese (2/5): - There was litter all over, went in the office and it stunk, noticed a sign that gave you 10 minutes for refund if you did not want to stay there, we made it by 4 minutes. There was a busted up air conditioner in the parking lot and when we walked in the room which stunk and a guy came over and looked in too, just weird. We asked for a refund which he did and went over the comfort suites. Cost for the room was about the same, it was the pet fee that added up. I didn't care about that anymore. Expedia should really take this one off the list. JMO

From the moment you walk from your car to the front desk you will see that there is little regard for the presentation of the hotel. Dirty, things broken, dirty entrance. It continues in the room. Dirty, things broken and haphazardly repaired and generally not inviting. When I checked in there was a not on the desk where you sign in that the phones and tv's were not working due to a "repair and back ordered parts". I would have immediately left but there were no other rooms anywhere in the town unless you wanted to spend 3x what this place was,

Leah (6/5): Not bad. - We had a late check-in and when we arrived the open sign was off and we called to get someone to let us in the office to check-in. The room then was tiny, and not what we'd requested, but there was a bed, fridge, microwave and coffee pot in there. The floors were not clean but it had snowed the night before. The bathroom was tiny and they never did tell us what time was breakfast. We found out it ended at 9am, and were they kind to let us take a few scraps since there was no coffee except decaf available. For what it costed it was not the worst.

Kimberly (6/5): Not the best but not the worst - Not the best even for a cheaper motel- Toliet paper dispenser falling off the wall- large burn holes in the comforters- one room smelled of smoke - other of animals (it was an animal room but didn’t smell like it had been cleaned). Breakfast was literally toast, cereal, and grits packets. Beds not bad and they had clean sheets that smelled nice (under the burnt covers).

Hotel star level at 2.5 is highly misleading and should be incorrect due to the state of the rooms.I want to preface that I was assisted by the staff, and they were kind and accommodating to my issues. This does not hide that this facility is in massive need of an overhaul with its rooms if it wants to be called a 2.5 star. The issues: Photos used in this Expedia booking are quite misleading. First rooms had paint corrective splotches all over walls general deterioration, and furniture looked like it hasn’t been replaced or painted since the 1980s - all damaged, unappealing, and old. My first of 3 rooms hit you like a truck with a rank odor akin to a dirty litter box and poor pet care, and contained cat hair engrained into the carpets and side of the walls, and literal cat litter was found under the top mattress - you know how you check a mattress for bed bugs? Well, I found cat litter. Second room I was led to had the same odor and unappealing furniture, though minus the cat hair, it had a non-functioning toilet. These issues are indicative of select rooms being designated as pet friendly, but absolutely does not excuse the lack of attention given to cleaning and sanitation of these spaces. After reporting these issues, I was given a room that was cleaner and acceptable but still showed age and had the similar odor as the other two rooms despite being on the other side of

However, a sign at the check-in desk mentioned that they would not offer refunds once the reservation was made. This is good if you want to stay for a night, get a shower, and be out the following day.

crystalwW8234CY (2/5): Handicaps beware! - This was the worst hotel ever for a handicapped person! Spent one night in July. Checked into the room at night and the young lady told us that we had room 104. Get the TV to work so went to call the front desk to find out why and the phone didn’t work. Walk to the front desk and was told how to work the TV but it didn’t work still. No smoke alarm in the room has been gutted out of the wall. Went to bed anyway TV turned itself on three times in the middle of the night. Got up in the morning and put my handicap mother into the shower and as she was about to sit down, I realized the chair was about to break. She is not overweight. Took her back out of the shower and realized there was a grab bar on the back wall but not on the sidewall so I had to hold her entire 180 pounds. forfeited the shower for that trip and the water wouldn’t drain anyway. Went to the front desk and young man told me that it was the only handicap room and he could do nothing as far as a discount. It would have to go through management. Management was supposed to call me in 2 to 3 days, but I have received no phone calls. worst hotel I have stayed in. Excuses excuses and no return phone calls. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else!

That is not true ! I paid cash for the weekend. I woke up with over 20 bed bug bites all over my body. Management has not returned my phone calls !

I don’t mind an older motel, no frills but the prominent sign in the lobby stating if they find hypodermic needles in the room will be charged a fee was a huge red flag that this wasn’t the place to bring children. We were too tired to find something else so we figured it’d just motivate us to get up early and out. No towels in the room, pillow cases not on pillows, it was a DIY situation…toiletries reused from prior guest, giant dead spider in the tub, empty toilet paper roll on dispenser, remote control was greasy, generally unclean. Parking lot had quite a few shady characters, did not feel safe. Definitely would not recommend for families.
