- Smith (9/5): The room and comfort was excellent, but the parking situation was not very good. - Room was great! Food court was great! Room was a good value The only thing that I did not like was the parking situation. I don't let valets park my car. I am particular about that. So, half the parking lot was only for valet parking and the other half was full. So I had to park in the garage. The garage was nice, but getting from my car to my room was like a maze. You need much more signage.

- Brian (1/5): Absolutely terrible experience by hotel staff and security - Restaurant Police showed up pounding on our door while wife and I were in bed. Said someone complained we had Destin violence happening. We were asleep and would not even apologize for having wrong room. Security for hotel was extremely rude as well as the front desk personnel. Will never stay there again. We immediately checked out and went to another hotel down the street.

What surprises me is that they do not have free wifi. And I was shocked that the bottom sheet was not fitted. I hate a sheet that wads up. The staff was first class. It needs better options on food. We do not eat there.

- dons118 (2/5): got to give credence to "rumors" - We stop at the Valley on each trip up to Cherokee casino. (we live on the south side of ATL and if we leave at 9 we can catch a few pulls at Valley grab lunch on the river heading to the Cherokee. So we've been to Valley-- not to stay over night but to make a midway stop. Without exception over a 12 month period the RTP has been a disaster. So, we stop in for a drink,a few pulls-- very few and sometimes something to eat. We've gambled all over the place in the USA and must admit-- I don't put much credence in RTP rumors-- but in Valleys instance It appears to have some basis. Especially since we've been reading here what other players are noticing. We started to pay attention. So as much as we would love to STAY here - yes we've been offered comps at all Harrah's-- NOT GONNA DO IT. Games should not be rigged for a higher loss at one property over another. Not publishing the RTP is a good indication the Western Cherokee Indians are winning-- and BIG. But your losing also. Let me say all other Harrah's-- world wide are great. Valley Tribe Council you need to look inward here.

- Benedetto (5/5): I ended spending the afternoon and evening in Murphy were my friend and I enjoyed ourselves. - The employees for the most part were very friendly. Location was very good. The elevator and rooms needed a deeper cleaning. The common areas were kind of dark, it felt more as a place for gambling than a resort, unlike the better Vegas resorts.

Wish there was another restaurant choice. Not a fan of 'food court'. Waited 20+ minutes to be seated at the Sports bar & that was on a slow night!! Pizza was greasy & soggy.

Our bed was comfortable. Had no issues getting what I needed. Staff was mostly very professional and accommodating I loved our meal at Ramseys.!. Loved our sandwich at Earl of Sandwich! Did not offer a veteran discount-was told later that you have to apply for one online. Slot machines hardly paid off-very tight!

Like having a fridge and coffee maker. The staff and housekeeping are friendly, helpful and accommodating No cleaning of the rooms. Having to call housekeeping for fresh towels and coffee. Finding parking can be tough.

Our server was very good and attentive her name was Holly. Though the person doing the seating initially told us 15 minutes which then turned into an hour.

Low energy Casino. - Parking to River tower was a maze and at the best was substandard planning. Food choices were dismal. Ok if it were a mall maybe. I did not eat at Ramseys Kitchen because in my opinion he is an arrogant jerk. Local restaurant Chophouse in downtown Murphy was outstanding. Room fees were 38% first night and 31% second night. This info as at best ambiguous during reservation. There was a glitch in the reservation system when I checked in. I was called in my room to return to from desk to straighten it out. No apologies, no recompense for issue. Said glitches were not their fault so there was nothing could be provided for my inconvenience. The room was nice and was clean. Housekeeping was pleasant and courteous. I had done my sports betting before I arrived, so I did not place bets on additional ball games. Payoffs on the floor seamed unremarkable, so after watching activity at the craps table, the roulette table, the blackjack table, I I watched a couple of games in sports betting. In my opinion, the casino is better at Cherokee and the accommodations are better in Murphy. I won’t return to either. No photos added because nothing was photo worthy.

Very convenient to get anywhere you wanna go weather’s restaurant or the floor to gamble machines are tight but we’re here to enjoy the experience and relaxation. Need to put microwaves in all rooms.

No tenía desayuno. Muy alejado de todo, aunque como dije, es un hotel para quedarte de paso si estás de vacaciones (aunque la gente se aloja allí fundamentalmente para ir al casino)
