- Michelle (8/5): - I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were especially accommodating and went out of their way to assist with any requests, which made a big difference. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free, adding to the overall convenience. Housekeeping did a great job as well, keeping everything clean and well-maintained throughout my stay.

We had to cut our stay short as the facilities were not up to standards and staff were accomodating with our requests. Cleanliness isn’t up to par. Was initially booked in a room where you can hear outside noise (busy street). Internet wasn’t working in this room, have informed front desk but not resolved right away. Maybe took another 2 days upon check in? Was offered a different room but decided on cutting our stay short already. Appreciated the offer of room change though.

- Fil-Am South Korea (8/5): Very reasonable hotel in great location! - The hotel is in the city center near a mall, stores, and restaurants. It’s easy access to transportation like tricycle (3-wheels) and taxi that the hotel can call for you. The check-in staff named Bren was very professional and helpful. Bren talked to the manager about modifying my stay. She was there to share the good places to go on New Year’s Eve. Bren also informed us how much is the cost from one point to another in the tricycle. We were able to find a nearby restaurant called “Inasal” with barbecue chicken and unlimited rice for less than $5 with halo-halo dessert and drinks. The buffet was good and it was available from 600 to 930 AM. It’s only 1.8 km from the airport and P179 ($3) if you catch a tricycle. Taxi will charge P300 to the hotel without meter. Nothing. The hotel was kind of old, but everything was okay for the reasonable rate I paid. I am still waiting for Booking.Com to send the modified voucher booking to get my refund for one night. I booked it for two nights, but my flight leaves on January 1st, not the 2nd.

Great location for family with elderly and kids The hotel is a total mess, I booked 4 rooms and all the bathrooms stink, one of the four still had an unflushed pee of the previous occupant, the toilet sit smudged with yellow dried pee. The next day the bidet hose was leaking and caused the flooding on the floor. They tried fixing it but ended the same, they told us no towel available when we requested to help dry the floor. So the remaining day and night we had a wet floor they didnt offer another room. So the hotel room was wet too each time we get out of the toilet. The worst hotel my family ever stayed! Never ever again!

- Rowena (5/5): I am sorry, but I absolutely did not enjoy my stay! - The location is perfect, it's in the heart of the city and it's accessible to the closest malls! The bathrooms stink, we needed to request and call at the front desk more than three times to have it cleaned! I booked 4 rooms, 1 of the 4's toilet had issue with flush, the bathroom in our room had water leak. I requested to have it fixed, but after an hour the issue was back. They didn't give us extra rags to keep it dry. It was the WORST HOTEL I stayed ever!

My bro-in-law had to call the owner to provide a ref In my room. The towels were so worn-out, kind of greyish k stead of white. You don’t want to use them. Kne tine the housekeeping staff had to apologically tell me that they could not give me towel in the morning because they’re short of towels. There was no percolator in the room, you have to go out in your pj’s to get hot water from a dispenser near the stairs. Wifi is very weak You have to look for hotspots in the room where you can find wifi.!!!!Terrible! Just stated above

Very friendly staff and always smiling with outstanding customer services. There is always room for improvement by rennovating the bathrooms in order to eliminate moisture smells due to humidity; Not a major issue though to discourage somebody from booking in this hotel.

The food in the breakfast buffet is excellent, the room is very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful to make our stay enjoyable.

- Ad (5/5): Up - Just one reason why, because a friend of mine mentioned that the hotel is near most of the tourist spots. A review on Ever O Business Hotel A certain hotel is being promoted by an application it should have standards that has to be upheld by the hotel. Standard that makes it on the list. Also I worked in a cruiseship so I can compare the standards. These are just some point of improvement that can be done to have a better service and booming business. 1. Upon booking I paid immediately because of the vicinity of the hotel to amenities and other tourist spots. My instructions were given via an application where I have to choose hotels and inns that my heart desires. I choose to be mysterious as to check if this really works and if the services are really what it says. So chat and email. There’s 48hrs time that I have to pay and be confirmed by the hotel so that my booking is official. I email the receipt and chat as well. 48Hrs has passed no message from anybody so I have to message through the application to follow up if my booking is confirmed. And my emails? Ignored. 2. I arrived at the city and took a taxi whom over charged for 2x the price of trikes of which I am tired and I want to rest to I took my chances and I discovered that via grab trike cost less than a hundred bucks. I could have used grab instead. Anyhows, when I reached my room the smell of overwheing mildew is there. No one even tried to sprit just a few spray of air freshener prior to guest entering their rooms. The toilet smells the same so I have to turn on the aircondition and exhaust fan in the toilet to atleast lessen the strong smell. A plant or an airfresher would do a great thing with this. 3. It seems like no balcony rooms for me but the view I had is an emergency exit path and storage of somesort. Instead of the seeing city view or atleast fresh air to make the room a little bit fresh. I have seen some hotel workers passing by and I felt my privacy has been undermined. 4. No clock in the room. I mean basic clock should be in the room.

- Catubig (5/5): Our stay with the hotel was generally acceptable but not as what I expected. - The front desk ladies were friendly and helpful. The room is big and spacious. The location is good as it is accessible to food chains and a mall. The variety of food served during the breakfast, except for the egg is not suitable for breakfast. The taste is not really palatable. When you arrived late, food served earlier either is no longer available or not being replenished. The coffee is bland and the waiters are not sensitive if the foods need to be replenished but still need to be told. Also, the waiters/waitress are not that hospitable and not well trained in handling customer service. The bathroom/CR is not well maintained, tiles are dirty; the towels does not smell good. When we booked, the hotel personnel do not respond through calls or emails and I tried several times contacting them just to be assured that they acknowledge the downpayments we deposited in their account. They should update their contact details as posted in their website.
