- Dustin (4/5): Disappointing Stay - We have always had good stays here but this trip was disappointing Booked a jacuzzi suite c/w a fireplace, neither of which worked. Fireplace would not turn on, jets would not work in the tub. Tried just having a nice soak but tub would not seal so all you heard was the tub draining. Talked to front desk and told that because we booked through a throw party there was nothing they would or could do. Very disappointed. I book through here for convenience as direct booking in the past has been a hassle but apparently my IHG rewards then do not get applied this way. Again VERY disappointed.

A working phone and a working cooling system in the room so that the temp could be lowered to a comfortable level. No pen or notepad in the room. no laundry bag in the room. Having to go downstairs to get each of these items and address the heating problem was an inconvenience. Room layout not great-two chairs, no table. Staff told us a phone is not an essential!

- Kimberly (8/5): Thankful for your wonderful staff! - Your evening staff on the night we stayed was wonderful. We were initially put in a terrible room - it was a great size but it was next to the pool boiler! The noise was outrageous. I was traveling with an elderly gentleman who had the TV on loudly, so the extent of the noise was not apparent until we had unpacked and turned off the TV. Your evening manager was amazing - she came up with a solution that allowed us to change rooms, and for us to have a good night's sleep. I'm incredibly appreciative. Really should warn people about being next to a boiler room - the pool heater is outrageously noisy - it should be fixed.

- Echo (2/5): Terrible experience, way overpriced, everything broken, moldy and sketchy. - The staff were not helpful, We booked this property for a place to relax in a hot tub and where the kids could have pancakes and swim as a stop along a long drive. The hottub was broken down, the pancake machine was broken down, there was a wire coming out of the pool with a light sitting on the edge and a caution sign. There were mouse traps everywhere, black mould in the tub and a concerning welcome list creating us upon entry. The coffee cups and stir sticks reaked like old man deodorant, I couldn't even drink my coffee.When I told them about the black mold they said oh ok we will get maintenance to look into that, no offer for discount and still haven't received my damage deposit back 4 days later.
- Adeniji (9/5): It was a great stay. - We came in very late at night and the lady that checked us in-Afisia- was very pleasant, despite the time of the day. The hotel should give her some extra credits. She was very helpful with us settling in. Also, I love that they have the room spacious enough and with enough beds to sleep my family of 6. It's always hard to find such hotels. I think the breakfast could have more stuffs to make it more appealing.

- GregD (7/5): Good place for family - Nice swimming pool with slide and hot tub. Spacious room. It seems that not all the rooms have been renovated as in the photos. Mine had worn carpet and the bathroom was not in good condition. Price was little expensive.

Note - with a few small Renos I bet this room could easily be made fully accessible. As my spouse has a mobility challenge I am increasingly aware of the need for more fully and semi accessible rooms
- Harry (2/5): Terrible experience - In a hot summer day, can you image there is NO air conditioning in lobby, exercise room and hallway (second floor that I stay). I remember the A/C in the exercise room was not working during my stay last summer. Also, pan cake machine and fridge are both out of order. The toaster comes with only one side working.

- Alicia (8/5): - The staff were so amazing, friendly and accommodating! My only complaints were the building temperature was uncomfortably hot in hallways and main areas(thank goodness the rooms had AC); and the hot tub had no jet power. There are other places I would rather stay next time.

- James (10/5): Exceptional - Clean. Big rooms. Good beds. The front entrance & hallways were an OVEN!!! The thermostat said the temperature at the front desk was 29C !!!!! Put the AC on at front desk & main floor hallway.
