- Haru (10/5): 絶対また来ます！！ - 駅直結と言いながら結構歩くホテルがある中、ここは本当に近くて良かった！改札出てから1分でホテル到着出来る！ 館内も本当に綺麗で家族みんな｢ここ雰囲気もめっちゃ良い！｣ってテンション上がりまくりでした！ チェックイン時のスタッフさんも凄く丁寧でずっと笑顔で対応して下さって悪いところ1つもなし！ 朝はエレベーター乗る時、スタッフさんがボタン押しておいてくれたり！ エレベーターが3つあるので長い時間待つことも無くて快適でした！ 部屋に置いてある足のマッサージ機が本当に良かった！まず音が凄い静かだったし、めっちゃ気持ちよかった！あれ家に欲しい！ 朝食も凄く美味しかった！ もうこのホテル全てが良かったです！！ 家族も気に入ってたので絶対またこのホテル来ます！！ 唯一の欠点はお風呂。 お風呂とトイレ&洗面所が別になってるのは凄く嬉しかった！ でも扉の根元？付近が鏡になっていて、外(洗面所)から中の様子が見えます！笑 入浴姿見られたくない人はちょっと不便かも😅

- Kaoru (6/5): 朝食残念。 - 高層階だったので、景色が凄く良かった。部屋もとても綺麗でゆっくり休めました。 前回宿泊した際、朝食のおかずの種類が多くアレルギー持ちの小学3年の息子も食べる物がたくさんあって色々選べて大満足でしたが、今回食べられるものがほぼ無く、不機嫌になってしまいました。朝食が目当てで来たので少し残念でした。

- Dan (10/5): - L'hôtel est très confortable avec une grande salle de bain et une grande chambre. Il est très bien équipé et les lits ne sont pas trop mous. Il est également bien situé juste à côté de la gare et à côté de kon INI et d'un grand centre commercial. La navette pour Disneyland et Disney Sea est gray pour l'aller et le retour. Nous n'avons pas testé le buffet mais il avait l'air très bon. Hôtel n'est pas très bien isolé du bruit. On entend bien les autres voisins quand ils marchent dans le couloir

- Kim S. (4/5): Overpriced and Rude Staff - The tepanyaki restaurant on 22nd floor had exceptional food. The "pool bath" in our room was the highlight. Staff were rude and disrespectful, bordering on racist. The beds were hard and uncomfortable The buffet dinner and breakfast quality and range was very disappointing and over-priced. We had better at a $80/night hotel at the aiport. There is misrepresented information on use of the pool - they charge 5,000 Yen per use ($45 AUD). I was told I couldn't eat my salad while sitting in the lobby, despite there being no signage to indicate this and nowhere else to sit. We spent alot of money at this hotel and were treated very poorly. Do not recommend staying here if your after a high-end hotel experience.

- Kerry (8/5): Very compfortable room size, even with 4 single beds. Great location for visiting Disneyland if you do not wish to spend - Room is spacious and shuttle bus service to Disneyland is great. The room we stayed in is a little outdated. We stayed in a renovated room the last time we visited.

- Hitomi (10/5): 泊まるべき！ - 今まで泊まったホテルで1番綺麗でした。フロントの方が丁寧に対応してくださったりスタッフの皆さんにこやかなイメージでした。 プラス料金ではありますが空きがあると言うことでアップグレードのご提案を頂き、そもそもがお得な料金での宿泊だったので全然ありだなと思いアップグレードしましたが大正解でした。 すごく広くて快適に過ごせました。連泊にすればよかった…という事だけが後悔です！ 朝食も全部美味しくて大満足でした！ 絶対にまた行きたいホテルです！ 良くなかったところを考えて数分… １個だけ気になる所があるとすればホテル内に販売機があればいいなぁと。天気が悪い時に直通ではありますが外に出てローソンまで行くのは寒かったかな。 飲み物だけ欲しかったので1台だけでも販売機置いてくれると助かります！

- Naomi (10/5): 安心できるホテル - 何度も泊まらせてもらってます。とてもいいホテルです。いつ来てもホテルの方は親切に対応していただき、部屋もキレイで使いやすく安心して利用させてもらってます。東京などに来たら、ここに泊まろうかと名前がいつもあがります。 ベット近くのコンセントが片側にしかなく、もう片方のベットで携帯などの充電ができなかったのが困った。 あと、フェイスタオルがもう少しあるとお風呂用と朝使う用とできるので助かります。女性は、髪などでも使うので足りなかったです。

- rdftcy (8/5): - 飯店有按腳機，超棒 2F有連通道到JR和便利商店和商場 有接駁車到迪士尼，班次較少，可以搭隔壁Oriental Hotel的接駁車，班次較多，走路一分鐘可抵達。 櫃台英文口音關係，有時候聽不太懂，而且講解很簡短，介紹也很少，譬如問機場巴士預訂，拿出QR code叫你自己預訂也沒有解釋太多，感覺沒有四星級飯店人員的親切。
- GABRIEL (10/5): Muito confortável e agradável - A localizai para que vai a Disney é ótima, e as acomodações são incríveis, muito espaçoso e confortável. Se vc quiser chegar antes das 07h nos parques, tem que ir de metrô pois o shuttle começa às 07h, porém é bem fácil o trajeto

- 三絵子 (10/5): ディズニー行くならココ！ - キレくて、清潔感があって、広いくて、リーズナブル。 シャトルバスは便利すぎ。ディズニーでクタクタになっても、ゲート出てすぐバスに乗ればホテル。 雨だったから靴の乾燥機心の底から嬉しかった。お部屋にあった足用マッサージ機、お陰で次の日足楽々。 目の前コンビニと、飲食店の入った建物これも便利すぎる。朝食めちゃくちゃ美味しそうやったけど、ディズニー優先した。次は食べたい。 ない！！！

- Floortje (8/5): Klassiek luxe hotel wat fijn is als uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Disney. - Mooi luxe hotel wat schoon en rustig is. Alle faciliteiten zijn er en openbaar vervoer naast de deur. Makkelijk voor een bezoek aan Disneyland of Disney Sea. Daarvoor is ook zelfs vanuit het hotel een shuttel. Er viel niet echt iets tegen. Wellicht een beetje gedateerd, maar wel goed onderhouden en een mooie stijl, eerder een klassieke uitstraling dus.
