- YU-CHIEN (8/5): - 地理位置超級方便，附近就是熱鬧的神農街、國華街、正興街，停車可以停在海安路地下停車場（飯店有售停車折抵券），家庭房空間很大，有兩個房間、兩間廁所，使用起來很方便，洗澡水量大、熱水熱、冷氣涼，以這樣的房型來說，cp值很高。 飯店的設施有點年代，所以地板和家具有些污漬，走廊有些陰暗。

- Eulalie (5/5): Nous n’avons pas dormi la première nuit, une cliente déséquilibrée hurlait toute la nuit. Et cela avant notre arrivée, l - Les chambres sont bien décorées et confortables. Les personnels de réception ne sont pas aimables. Le petit déjeuner est moyen, les plats sont tiédasses. L’isolation entre les chambres est insuffisante.

La pulizia dei corridoi potrebbe essere migliorata e le tende della camera necessiterebbero di una pulizia più accurata. La colazione non offre una grande varietà e in alcuni giorni mancavano anche prodotti di base come i cereali. Il personale ha qualche difficoltà con la lingua inglese e gli ascensori sono piuttosto lenti. Ho avuto modo di soggiornare in strutture a tre stelle che offrivano un servizio superiore a questo presunto quattro stelle.

- Adriana (8/5): Great stay for a few days in Tainan. - Nothing can beat this location. It’s great. The rooms were spacious considering that it’s in such a good locations. The bathrooms near the restaurant were a bit dirty, I found cockroaches. The gym was not well kept.
