- Bo (8/5): - The keypad door of the apartment (Flat B) is tricky and often doesn't work. We usually have to try several times to open it. This can be a bit unsettling, especially the first time you try to enter, as it's unclear whether the issue is with the password or the lock.
- Hoi Ka Carol (10/5): Excellent experience - Cleanliness is 10/10. Spacious Rooms. There are 2.5 bathrooms.
Oven, Microwave and kitchenware are in good conditions. We can cook there.
Convenience location, it’s near to Baron’s Cory station.
It’s comfortable to stay for 4 days and we hope to stay for another 4 days again. Unfortunately it’s booked.
However, there are some stairs before entering the room. It’s not good for having heavy or large luggage to move in and out.
- Rosemary I (10/5): - The flat was large, clean and had proper amenities. Close to transportation, shopping, eateries and immersed in the local culture. I highly recommend these apartments for others and we shall use upon our return. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
- weazel_cm (2/5): Do not stay in this Flying Butler apartment. Misleading website - This apartment in Barons Court by Flying Butler is not suitable for anyone to stay in. The apartment is next to a train track, which means very loud noise from trains going past from 5 am to midnight. The triple glazing windows do not block any of the noise. The bedrooms are street-facing, with traffic noise from early in the morning until late at night. Also, there are no curtains, so bright light enters the bedrooms early in the morning in addition to noise from traffic and trains. There is a terrible smell in the building, so entering and leaving the building is very unpleasant. The front door of the building was always covered with bin bags, adding to the unpleasantness. There was a sewage smell coming from one of the bathrooms during the period of our stay (2 weeks). There was a terrible smell in the fridge. The living room furniture/layout is disorientated. The location of the apartment itself did not feel safe to me. The housekeeping team were good with the weekly cleaning, but this one positive is not enough in such a terrible apartment and building. Do not be fooled by their website images.
