wifi didn't work for the apartment, and very hit and miss connecting through the other apartments in the block which are all managed by the same company

- Paula (7/5): As a business traveller I would stay at the Viridian Apartments again if the Wifi access is improved - The location is about a 10 minute walk to Richmond train station.
I found the apartment very clean and well suited for self catering. Wifi access needed to be better.
The instructions in the manual at the apartment and the emailed instructions on access to the Wifi were contradictory.
Assistance was friendly and responsive during working hours, but inconveniently for the Wifi issue, assistance was not available out of hours.
There is no mobility access to the upper floor apartments and this should be clear for guests booking the apartments.

The neighbour gave us the code for the gate so not the only ones caught out like this
- Claire (8/5): Good pleasant short stay. Access details should be requested if stairs are challenging. - Decent sized, practical and generally good amenities. Fantastic location! Safe and secure, easy check-in and generally prompt communication from the owners. Pleasant surprise to have housekeeping come in during our stay. A little lackluster for the vibrant Richmond. Regular wear and tear but perhaps a fresh repaint would brighten up the place. The main challenge was no lift, had to carry stroller up and down the stairs. Whilst I was happy for the towel/bedsheet change, I was not aware housekeeping was coming and I would have certainly preferred to be notified.

We were with an easy walking distance everything we hoped to see, including wonderful pubs and shopping. If you happen to have a car, the parking area is Secure and spacious.

- liang jing jing (8/5): Great location and very comfortable apartment, great customer service team. - Itâs a great location, 10 minutes walk to all shops and restaurants, train stations to London central, Richmond park and times river, parking space is a bonus. Apartment has all essential facilities, great for families. The shower in en-suite room only has hot water no cold water, maybe I didnât figure out how to use it. Didnât report to customer service team as we used the main bathroom. The toilet has a crack in the main bathroom and the tap was broken, but it wasnât affect using it.

- Declan (9/5): Loved it absolutely spot on. Two decent pubs very close by and one has music on Saturday nights. And the deli does real - It was clean well equipped and spacious for two. Would be nice if the parking was thrown in for the price but itâs good value for money anyway and so a tenner wonât break the bank. Would struggle to find any fault. Really stretching it but just a little scrub of the over head shower head will clear the scale that impedes the water flow. And a plug for the kitchen sink.

- Kirsty (7/5): Great location for a short stay - The flat was ideal for what we needed. The location is great and the building was very safe. Very comfortable bed and plenty of space in a one bed flat for a couple. We didnât need any of the kitchen facilities beyond the fridge but it all looked well equipped. Once we found the right building, the key pad entry through car park, front door and flat door was all very efficient. The flat was nice and warm with heaters that were easy to turn down when needed. Good shower. It would be helpful to have a sign at the back of the building at the car park so you know you are at the right place. We spent quite some time putting the key pad code into the wrong gate! The flat is a little bit soulless, some softer furnishings would be nice but for a two night stay, this wasnât really an issue. The motion sensor mirror light in the bathroom could do with being changed Itâs a tiny thing but was quite annoying. The building clearly canât help being on the Heathrow flight path â and this didnât bother us â but there is noise from the planes if you have the windows open.

Cons: furniture is terribly uncomfortable including bed and sofa so you can tell itâs low quality. No good night sleep as a result.
- Rawa (7/5): The bathroom needs to be more clean or needs some freshn up work - The location The bad is small and over all, it is not super clean. You can see stains on the couches and chairs.
- Maria (7/5): Good family apartment - Good communication with the apartment management team. The two bedroom apartment was a good size for a family of four and also well equipped. Short 5-10 min walk into the centre of Richmond. Was also able to park our car outside the building in a secure gated area for 10 GBP per day. As with other parts of west London the Heathrow flight path is very noticeable. Best to keep windows closed to avoid the noise disturbance to your sleep.

Would go back again. - The room I had was quite noise as it was facing Sheen Road, if I were to go back I would choose a room that was quieter. Not enough toilet paper and no tea towel was left in apartment. Noisy at night as on the main road, would recommend choosing an apartment facing the back of the building.

Dishwasher broke, was "fixed" but then it tripped the electricity so I had no electricity
Replacement counter top dishwasher was too small to accommodate the dinner plates!
Electric gates didn't work one weekend so I couldn't access the car park with my car

- Jane (2/5): Poor customer service, poor communication - Location, comfortable bed A few hours before check in we were asked to arrive later to allow housekeeping to complete the cleaning of the apartment, so we arrived later to give them more time. When we arrived, we notice a large wet patch on the carpet (not sure whether that was water or some other type of liquid). The apartment also had a revolting smell and the lights in the living room were flashing. The en-suite bathroom also had water on the floor (accident waiting to happen) and there was hair in the shower. We called customer service who advised that the smell was due to something being cleaned and it should just âgo awayâ after we showered. They apologised for the condition of the apartment and advised that housekeeping will come the next day between 9-5. However, nobody came the following day and after contacting them again, they advised that housekeeping will now come on the day after. We were offered a smaller apartment, but we agreed to stay in the existing one as long as it was cleaned properly and the issues were rectified. When we returned to the apartment after the âcleanâ, they had not cleaned the en-suite bathroom that had the issues, instead, they cleaned the main bathroom that had no issues. They also left the front door unlocked which could have caused potential security issues. Furthermore, the light in the living room was still flashing meaning that nobody has bothered to fix or raise the issue. We didnât bother taking this further as our stay was coming to an end.
The overall experience has not been positive. The apartment was not fully checked or cleaned before check in, despite them requesting for more time to clean the apartment. There is a clear lack of communication between customer service and the housekeeping team, and all of the issues we had were not rectified. Sorry but I wonât be staying with you again.

- Daria (10/5): Lovely place to stay in Richmond - Stunning apartment in Richmond, felt like staying home. Modern, comfortable, spacious and with all the utilities you might think of. Really enjoyed my 3 weeks stay. The area itself is amazing if you need to be in Richmond, couldn't ask for a better location. If you get your windows towards Sheen Road - it might get quite noisy because of the passing cars.
Be ware also that there's no lift so if you get an apartment upstairs you'll have to drag your luggage through the stairs.
