Guest Reviews
- Edward (6/5): Centrally located, but a number of things to note - The stay at these apartments was Ok.
We had a few issues worth noting
- The information in the apartment said it was serviced, this information was incorrect
- No dishwasher tablets provided - hardly practical to purchase a box whilst staying at this apartment as part of a lengthier overseas trip
- We had an issue with the safe, impacting our ability to access cash and tickets - we gained access after 8 hours (what should usually be a quick call to open with a key!)
- Insufficient basics for a few nights stay without having to purchase bulk items (toilet paper, 1 roll provided per bathroom; no soap etc)
- no tea towels provided, odd given it’s a full kitchen?
- Washing machine had a major fault so made a huge noise when operating. We were unable to get the drying function to work at all.
- As per other reviews, it’s centrally located (a plus), however it is noisy at night so prioritise air with open windows versus noise
A reminder there is no on site contact or waiting area and late check out is only able to be confirmed closer to the time, so you will need to find luggage store if you are leaving London later in the day
- Danielle Renee (2/5): - Pass on this property. The pictures are creatively taken to make this place look better than what it is. Reserved a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. 1 room with 1 bed and another room with 2 beds so my kids could have their own bed. Got there and it was 2 bd/2ba but only 1 bed in each room and a stained hard pull out couch in the living area. Contracted the property and was told there are 4 people in the reservation so that’s what we get. They wouldn’t even bring up extra bedding for the pull out. They wanted to charge me 50.00 plus VAT for bedding! Then had to contacted them again cause there was no housekeeping and property book said housekeeping daily and we had overflowing garbage and almost out of TP. They said that was a mistake and you had to stay longer than 7 days to get housekeeping and they would NOT be replenishing anything! Then the on suite to one room smelled so bad. It was either a mild stink or unbelievably strong and gross! Bedding had stains, can’t use washer while in the apartment cause it is soooo loud you can’t hear anything and the dryer didn’t work. The entrance is extremely rough and SMELLED. The location, yes is great. However, if you are looking for a nice place to stay in London, look elsewhere. Property management doesn’t care how your stay is and the place is a huge disappointment. If you want to hang out all night and just need a crash pad, sure this would work for you. I’ll never be back or recommend.
- Eugenia (6/5): - We were excited to arrive in London. We had an early flight and I requested an early check-in. The property manager was responsive and I paid for an early check in. We arrived around 12pm and all looked satisfactory. The location is great...just a 5 minute walk to the London Bridge station and lots of places to eat and shop in the area. Unfortunately we noticed a few things that were not great. Our unit had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The one bathroom shower could not be adjusted. The water was scalding hot. Also, according the amenities description, it said tea kettle and coffee maker. There was not coffee maker. Also, there were toiletries in each bathroom, but there was not handsoap/bar soap as most hotels/rentals provide. Also, the toilet paper was just sitting on the sink. There was no toilet papter holder, so it was getting wet. Also, by day 3, we had to go buy toilet paper. Each bathroom only had 1 roll each. We were 4 people staying for 6 nights. I've never stayed anywhere that didn't provide extra toilet paper. I emailed the help line to let them know about these issues, especially regarding the shower, since were 4 people. I specifically booked that unit because it had 2 bathrooms. The weekend supervisor told me that they couldn't get anyone to fix the shower until Monday. Monday came and gone and no one ever reached back out or followed up. That was disappointing. I have never given a bad review of a place I've chosen to stay at, but I felt the need to
- Cidalia (10/5): - The flat was perfect for what we needed for our getaway. Walking distance to public transportation. Supermarket and a 24hr convenience store super close. Lots of food options close by. Location is very secure. Would definitely stay again!
- Susan (10/5): - Great property, far better than a hotel room.
Clean, well furnished and good, safe location. Fabulous views of the Shard from the roof terrace
Only concern was the street is very noisy all day and night but as long as you’re prepared for that this apartment is ideal
- Marko (8/5): - Good location, easy access, worn out, smelly bathroom and smell didnt go away.
- Emily (6/5): - The apartment itself was fine. It was large and the two full bathrooms were a nice bonus (though, there was a lot of mold in the corners of the shower). It is on a very loud street, so bring some earplugs.
The location is fantastic, super close to the train station and walkable to the Tower Bridge.
The balcony and view of the Shard, which are the focal points in the photos, were not part of the apartment that we got. We were made aware after we reserved that the layout of the apartment might be different than the photos, but I thought this meant the bedrooms/bathroom/kitchen would be a different setup. We did not have a balcony, nor a nice view, which was one of the main reasons that we booked the place.
- Carole (10/5): Fantastic apartment - We did have a wee issue with a door but they sent someone round to fix it within 30 minutes - no complaints. Great location, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
- Donna (8/5): Great location but very tired and needs some TLC - Pros: great view, superb location, penthouse, 2 bedroom with en-suite, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid (but no plugs) and toiletries provided.
Cons: room wasn’t ready at check in, had to leave bags and go back. Very tired apartment: balcony wouldn’t lock, shower door hanging off runners, burn marks on carpet and food stains on blinds, frayed Towels, all paint work had good battering. Wasn’t very clean, long hairs from previous guest in bathrooms and found a receipt on the floor in 2nd bedroom from previous guest.
- Geoffrey (8/5): - Location was great. The rooms were as advertised. Not enough soap and other products for a family of 4 for 6 days. Loud. People drinking below the apartment every night. Not the places fault but just be aware.
- Sue (8/5): - The apartment itself was very good, but the entrance area and stairwells were dirty and uninviting. It was a shame, as first impressions, mean a lot
- Carlos (10/5): Perfect stay in the perfect location - Great location with an amazing view of the Shard. So many food choices around. A grocery store is right across from the apartment. A 24 hour mini market is just down the block. 2 minute walk from Thames River and a walking distance from the Tower Bridge. Perfect stay
- Michael (10/5): Amazing - Amazing apartment right next to London Bridge station.
Great view of the shard from apartment and roof top terraces both bedrooms had a good size and one is ensuite
Full kitchen with cooker, hub and fridge freezer
Washing machine and dish washer.
- Elizabeth (8/5): - Very nice apartment , excellent location
- katia (6/5): - Positive: location, large apartment, grocery store across the road.
Negative: Extremely noisey area. All common areas are very dirty

- Aren (10/5): - This flat was very spacious. We were 3 people staying, but one person was able to use one bed and one room.
- Kirsten (10/5): - Ghh
- Rosie (10/5): Exceptional - Home away from home!
After a long flight from Australia, it was nice to get easy contactless check in. This accomodation has a lift which was great as we had a lot of luggage.
Beds are super comfortable, I had read the previous review and yes there is a stain on the side of the bed but it didn’t effect our sleep. Little noise at night but again, this didn’t effect our sleep.
Has a well equipped kitchen and washing machine.
Also fans for those hot nights in summer, we used them every night.
Supermarket( Tesco) conveniently across the road for all your basic needs.
So many attractions within walking distance, London Tower, London bridge, boroughs market, Shakespeare globe, the shard and the list goes on and on.
Heaps of bars and restaurants on the same street as apartment. Do yourself a favour and have dinner at Iron flat just next door. Super close to train station, bus terminal and bike hire.
If your wanting a weeks stay or a month or just wanting to spend the weekend, this accomodation is perfect. I highly recommend and would most definitely stay again.
Just a side note, lift handle up to lock the door, took us hours to work that out.
Many happy family memories made, thank you very much :-)
- Verified traveler (6/5): Great location, apartment needs updating/cleaning - Location is perfect and the highlight of this stay. It is central and easy access to rail, bus, underground, and easy walking to many attractions. Across the street from a Tesco as well. The Tesco would’ve been a bigger help if the apartment were better appointed for cooking. No cutting boards, or basics you’d expect (e.g., cooking oil / spray, more than a couple fast food packets of salt / pepper, paper towels / napkins, a single trash bag). If you just want to store drinks and be able to grab pastries in the morning, great. Otherwise you’ll have to buy everything and leave most behind. The beds were spartan - no top sheet, and the mattresses had seen better days. A huge stain on the side of the master bed. Multiple lights were out in the apartment or constantly flickering. The common areas desperately needed cleaning - the carpet outside our place was badly stained. The shower hose was stuck in the lowest position, meaning for us (over 5’10”) we had to rig it to be able to shower properly, and it was near impossible to not flood the bathroom. On arrival, the door code we’d been sent didn’t work, and we had to try a half dozen more with the representative until we could access the place - a great first impression when everyone is exhausted. It suited our needs, mostly - but I wouldn’t stay there again nor would I recommend it. For the price differential from the Hilton across the street, I’d take daily maid service, comfort, and amenities that were working properly.
- Farrukh (10/5): - all Good
- Dean Charlton (8/5): - Very comfortable and stylish apartment well positioned for tourist activities and access to the transit system. Property could use some maintenance but overall a very positive experience. Would definitely recommend!
- Matthew (10/5): - Great location and communication with the property manager is excellent. Great for families and walking distance to the Tower Bridge, Tower Castle, and metro.
- Luiza e Lídia (10/5): Boa localização, espaçoso. - Localização central. Muito espaçoso. Cozinha Equipada. Excelente.
- Verified traveler (10/5): London perfekt! - Tolles Apartment in dem wir uns sehr sehr Wohl gefühlt haben.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The apartment was clean and comfortable, quite large for Europe, but we did have trouble with the phone and wifi not working. There is no one on site to assist, however we were able to speak to other guest and were able to use the wifi. The phone never did work and we did need to use it so it was a problem. I emailed and reported it but never received a response. I would definitely stay here again.
